These are sooooo cute, but the sizing is crazy. I wear a 9 normally, but the 9 was too small as was the 9.5 and the 10 was still not comfortable. So sad...love the look.

Zappos went above and beyond to get my shoes to me. When there was a delivery snag they sent me another pair at no charge and said they would track the first order and take care of everything. their customer service is fantastic!

Great shoes for women on the move! Just enough heel height to avoid that "flat fatigue" I get sometimes when wearing flats. i bought black and taupe metallic and they go with everything! My go-to work shoes!

These are adorable and the bright blue makes a statement. They definitely run small - I am normally a 10 - a 10.5 would have been perfect but had to go with an 11. Will fix it with insoles, etc.

This is my 3rd pair of the Zeppa. I love how they look and how they feel...like a favorite slipper. I highly recommend this shoe.

Great shoe, soft leather, comfortable and well made. The toe box was too small for my wide feet.

Sorry, but the fit was just not right. I do, however, love FS/NY shoes so will keep on ordering the Sloop style.

I purchased the French Sole Zeppa because it's really hard to find flat shoes in a basic (chestnut) brown color. I really wanted to love these shoes. They are comfortable and I love that they have a small wedge. But, I'm 33 years old (and consider myself pretty hip) and these shoes just seem a little 'old'. In fact, I'm thinking of buying my 70 year old mother a pair! They are great shoes - just not for me!

I don't usually write reviews but felt I must on this shoe. I absolutely love this flat! It is so comfortable and I have had so many comments on it! I am very disappointed as I see the black wave snake print is now no longer available. I was going to order another pair for when this pair wore out!

These shoes are remarkably soft and it's nice they have some support even though they look like flats. They look well-made, with high quality materials. So why am I sending them back? They do run a bit large, and there's something about the design that makes me feel a bit old. I'm a 37 year old mom and these remind me of something my grandmother would love. I will probably be looking for them again in 20 years!

Sized up to an 8.5. This is a good flat for a slightly wide foot. My feet want to swish out of the side of most ballet flats. Not these.

These shoes are very cute. They have a bit of shine, but not too much. They are super soft and there is no breaking in needed.

I love this shoe. Sadly an 8.5 is too tight at the toe. Exchanged for a 9 and there was NO difference. My big toe still hits to the very end. Impossible to walk. When they get in more (soon I hope) going to try for a 9.5 or 10 when more arrive. I have never worn those sizes. But this is a beautiful soft as butter shoe and I'll keep trying til I get one that fits!

Love, love, love these shoes. Wish they came in red and orange and royal blue and hot pink and lime green. Everybody of ages and genders compliment me on these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Stated by a person in the neuroscience field AND who has four plates and nine screws in my Tootsies.

Loved the soft shoe, styling and colors, but as others said this shoe runs very small.

I have three pair of this style: a black pair, brown patent leather and metallic gold pair. The first day I bought and wore these shoes, I walked miles and miles around Central Park and did not get a single blister or sore. They are the most comfortable shoes, with style I have. I recently brought all three pair to Italy, since I knew I would be doing a lot of walking and they look great with pants, skirts and even dresses. I came online today in hopes to find more colors being offered for summer (like an ivory or white texture or ?); however, I might purchase the pewter metallic since they look very different from my gold metallic pair and I have a tote that will go well with these. I was ready to buy another pair. I will tune back in for fall and get a suede pair or another color they will hopefully offer later this year. Buy and enjoy.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have had in a long time. I followed the sizing suggestions by other reviewers (order a half to a full size larger than your usual) and they fit great. I simply love them!

Very soft leather that forms to your foot. Great shoes to slip on and go!

I have some other FSNY shoes (Sloop) that are very flat. These are cute and comfortable and the slight wedge gives a little more support for walking. The gunmetal leather looks great with many things and has become like a neutral in my wardrobe thanks to these shoes. I would love these in red, burgundy or plum leather. I wear a 9 or 9.5 and in all FSNY shoes I size-up to a 10. So, size up!

This is a very high quality shoe. It fits to size, and the overall comfort good, but it's still a little tight on my foot in places. The heel digs a little. Still, if you're splurging on only one ballet flat, this could be it!

Great shoe, I tried to find a replacement at a lower cost and no other ballet flat was as good feeling and looking. Especially important is the higher vamp which avoids pressure in the "bunion" area. It will stretch so buy it a little snug.

I ordered a half size larger but still too short. Would advise a full size larger.

These definitely run small, I ordered half size up after reading other reviews and they fit well. They run wide, which is good because I have wide feet. Even half size up they felt tight initially but stretch quickly.

These are lovely shoes, but even with sizing up they were too narrow for my wide feet. They look very pretty out of the box, nice color , nice leather, and streamlined, but a bit plain on the feet. The pointy toe is best for narrower feet, in my opinion.

The top of the shoe comes up too high and cuts into your skin. Super cute but could not wear to walk in as it hurt too much.
