The caramel metallic suede is much more glittery and bronzey than I was expecting. More like something that would look precious on a little girl - not a 46 year old woman needing a neutral shoe to wear to work. I also ordered the Scarlet color which was straight up red. Bright red. Not bad just way more red than i was needing. I Have no idea if it is a comfortable shoe because I could barely fit my foot in it - either one. I wear a 7 1/2. Always. Maybe an 8 if there is not a 1/2 size offered. This shoe was at a minimum one size smaller. I think someone mentioned they needed to stretch. That is insane that anyone would squeeze their foot into it, cross their fingers, and start walking hoping they will stretch out over time. The damage that would do to my feet! And my wallet!

These looked nice but I ordered a half size up after reading other reviews, and they're still a bit short. Afraid if I order a full size up that they'll be too wide, as they're already a bit loose in the width, but I have a narrow foot, so I'm just returning them. Like the way they look though.

Shoe runs small. Had to return it. Was comfortable and good looking. But too expensive to be mis-marked. Shoe manufacturer's quality control isn't very good.

I bought these shoes because I needed a pair of flats that weren't too flat. These shoes are very soft and comfortable. They are a little too rounded at the tip.

I have a few other pairs of this style which I bought at a local shoe store last year in other colors and so felt confident to buy another pair at Zappos. That was a big mistake! These run very small! I have been trying to wear them to stretch them out, but it is a painful process. I am not sure why the sizing is so different from before. I normally wear an 8M, but had 8½ at the local store last year where I had the opportunity to try the 8, 8½ and 9. The 8½ fit perfectly. So I felt pretty safe that I could order the 8½ in two other colors. However they are both way too small. I should have ordered 9, a whole size larger than I normally wear, which would be the first time in my life wearing that size. The shoes themselves are dreams. I love the slight wedge, as I find that more comfortable than a complete flat. I think if I had bought the correct size I would have given these shoes five stars across the board.

Beautiful shoe in nice neutral colors, but what's up with the sizing? Way too small. Unfortunately, when I went a half size up they still didn't fit.

I wore these shoes one day at work. The inside looks like I’ve worn these shoes for years. The seams are exposed and writing in the inside is worn. I will be returning these.

Waaaaay too small

I’ve had these for a couple of years now and they are some of my favorite shoes. The leather is incredibly soft and they’ve formed to my feet perfectly.

Much too small for a women's size 8! It is a beautiful shoe and would have been worth the money. I do not have time to return it for a bigger size. I have an event coming. I am skeptical of what size would be correct.

These shoes are so pretty! I've wanted a pair of perfect black flats for a while. My true size is a 9.5. I ordered a 10 and they are fine, though maybe the tiniest bit loose, especially in the heel area. So to me do not seem to run as drastically small as some of the other reviews here imply. The leather is so soft and supple, and the design is visually pleasing from any angle. Some shoes lose their appeal in a size 10 and look weirdly proportioned, but these are flattering and cute, and I think are very well designed. The slight wedge heel is also just right-- I'm not a heel person but also not crazy about being totally flat-footed. So all in all these shoes are the holy grail flats I was looking for. I hope this shoe will continue to be made and offered in other colors.

Comfortable work shoe but I returned because it is just not my style.

These shoes were perfect in every way! I wore them straight out of the box at an all day conference without a singel problem. I ordered 1/2 size larger as recommended and they were a perfect fit.

I love FSNY ballet shoes but beware--they run very small. I wear an 8, ordered 8 1/2, found left shoe a bit short but I think will stretch. My feet are different sizes, with a bunion on one foot and surgery /arthritis bumps on the other, and I have a terrible time finding ones that fit. I had two other pairs of these and loved them, but as my feet changed, they were too small, and I had to give them away. I think these will do.

I can’t really review the fit other than to say that based on purchasing the black Napa which was a full size too small, this version appeared to run true to size. Unfortunately Zappos is out of stock on my true size. This shoe brand has THE most inconsistent sizing between colors. I love this style though. The way the colors shift is very chameleon. I can see it going with various outfits.

I actually really love these shoes! My husband does too! They are very comfortable, no toe bending or squishing at all, but they don't look geriatric! So glad I sprung for them; they are expensive. But I think I'll have them for along time because they are high quality.

They were a little snug all around, but I think that the next size might be too big. I returned them. The style has a toe that it is SO round that it looked like a baby shoe.. I am a 7.5 M, it may have been more flattering on a longer, narrower foot On my foot, it looked as if my foot was chopped off at the end. I need a shoe w a pointier toe..the Gentle Souls Noa looks good on my foot. cute, good quality, but the style was not for me

These are absolutely stunning flats. When they arrived I was thrilled! However, I should have paid more attention to the reviews on sizing -- definitely need to size up at least half a size. I did that and was excited that the next size arrived. Unfortunately, in spite of the fact that I adored them, I must send them back. They hit me in the wrong spot for my bunion. If you don't have those problems - go for it!

I ordered the Blue Metallic Lizard, which looks like shiny dark navy blue in the photo, however it's actually lighter duller gray blue, kind of faded looking. It's not the color I was expecting, so I'll be returning these. Also, I ordered my regular size, but these seemed two sizes too small; my foot wouldn't even fit in at all.

I have flat feet & had to wear Merrell clogs all of the time, which are not very feminine. then, I found this shoe, which has a perfect last. I buy them in every color I can, & Zappos always has a full stock, in my size. I love Zappos!
