I have Fibromyalgia with severe leg and feet pain so I was skeptical about these shoes but I thought I would give them a try because the sole looked very comfortable which is important for my legs and feet. I wore them around the house at first and thought they were very comfortable but did not feel any stretching or muscle pain. Well a couple of days later I wore them to the local Mart store to shop and buy groceries. By the time I walked from the parking lot to the store I could really begin to feel them begin to work and after 2-3 hours of shopping I really felt the burn. When I woke up the next morning I could hardly walk because of the stiffness and soreness from the workout with the shoes the day before. I love these and I'm back for a second pair. If you have Fibromyalgia, check with your Dr. before using these but these gave my legs the best workout in months. I did have to skip a day after the first but 2 days later I am back walking in them again and can feel the difference again.

I have always had a lot of back problems especially from standing and walking. Since I got my shoes the pain has went away so now I want a pair for outside as well as the pair I have been wearing indoors. They are really great.

Great shoe. Fast shipping. I took someone's advice and ordered the shoe a half size larger and I'm glad I did. They're perfect.

These shoes have restored my faith in shoes. I didn't think anything could be so comfortable. I've always walked barefoot around my home but now I put these shoes on because they feel so good. I am quite a bit overweight but would not hesitate to recommend these shoes (I tried other Sketchers Shape-Ups but these are definitely the best). My Mom and Dad wear MBTs which look like orthopedic shoes but these are cute (in natural). I'm 5'2" but petite pants are too short. With this shoes, regular length jeans are perfect. Enjoy! I usually order an 8 but in these shoes a 9 was most comfortable with socks and a 8 1/2 without.

Walking in these shoes is simply like walking with thick, dense pillows under your feet (minus the clumsiness that would ensue from that in reality). They are not so soft as to lack support, they just cushion every step so much that they relieve both the hip and back pain I have resulting from prior injuries to both areas. They extend by about 2 hours the time that I can, for example, do the slow walking involved with shopping, which I find to be much more painful that the faster walking associated with exercise. The "rolling" motion of walking in these shoes can help you walk faster, but do take time to become comfortable with the movement; both the height and texture of the sole can affect balance until you are accustomed to wearing them. I was comfortable in the size that I usually order in Skechers, which is a half to full size larger (not wider) than I wear in typical dress shoes.

Love 'em! I ordered one size larger than what I usually wear and they fit correctly. I wear them when I am shopping or just walking. Also, having two knees with arthritis, I discovered when my knees hurt, wearing my Shape-Ups makes my aches practically disappear. Super! I am considering buying another pair.

My shoes arrived in perfect condition. I could not have been happier with the purchase. My review of Shape-Up shoes is that I purchased them as a gift for my mother for Christmas. She absolutely loves them. She wears them to walk on the treadmill and around the house. She says she's never had anything make her feet feel as good as they do in these shoes and plans on buying a pair of the sandals for summer. She hasn't had them long enough to see toning results, but says she's starting to feel a difference in her legs. My sister and I both want a pair after hearing her rave review. The shoes are awesome, this is my second pair. After you get used to wearing them, they really do align your posture differently which helps with walking. After 3 weeks of wearing them at least 4-5 times a week, I can tell a difference in my butt, and that's a good thing. But even more awesome than the shoes is Zappos' incredible service. Once again, ordered and they were there within a day. I've been ordering a pair of shoes a month from Zappos and I'll continue to do so. Great selection, perfect order, super fast shipping, what more can you ask for? Go Zappos!

I love these shoes! I hurt my heel and couldn't walk for over 2 1/2 months. I thought maybe these shoes would take the pressure off my heel so it could heal. And that is exactly what they did. The minute I put them on, I was able to walk without a pain in my heel. They are comfortable and I now have 3 pair. My heel is fine, but I still like wearing the shoes. If you work on a concrete floor, these would be perfect for you. They really cushion your feet. Don't know if they really shape-up your legs, etc like they say, but don't care. They solved my problems and I would recommend them highly! This was my first purchase through Zappos and they also are great to deal with.

I just love these shoes! They are so cushiony and I am in my 60s, where a pair of shoes can throw off my walk and make my knees and back hurt. But not these. I find that I even park the farthest away from the stores, just so I can walk more. They are just so great. I live where I wear sandals year round, so I'm waiting to see if I choose to continue on into the summer with daily wear. They were a bit pricey, but also the style is unique. I get a lot of compliments on them and the design makes your foot look so much smaller. I just can't say enough about them.

Skechers Shape-Ups are the best I have worn. I was on vacation doing a lot of walking, and they were so very comfortable. The support is great and cushy, you can even feel your calves tightening. I was the only one whose feet and legs did not hurt. I strongly recommend them, but do get a 1/2 size larger, for they do run a little small. I would not hesitate to buy another pair.

Man, these provide great comfort! If you are thinking of getting these sketchers then buy them! They are worth it! I have foot problems and these give me more strength, stability, and comfort.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. Haven't had them long enough to know if they'll cause a weight loss, but after a week or so, I've noticed more definition in my calves. I like them a lot.

These are absolutely the best shoes I have ever had! I wear mine every day. I finally ordered another pair in a different color, just to have a spare. I'm thinking of getting a third pair, more athletic-looking, for the gym. I have been under the care of a podiatrist for over a year and let me tell you, with these shoes, my feet have never felt better. Just a note: I ended up getting a half-size larger than what I usually wear and they fit perfectly.

I love these Shape Ups. I bought the black with velcro fasteners first, but the velcro wouldn't stick. These are very comfortable and a great fit. The lace up makes a difference. My thighs and calves are lookin' good!

I have been wearing these shoes on long walks. They have great arch support, and I like the rocking motion. I also have other athletic shoes, but these are a great addition. I recommend them.

Fabulous shoes! The shoes fit great! Never have I had so much fun wearing a pair of shoes! Can wear for hours walking in them. For me, I even forget that they are on! The white shoes are cute, comfortable, everyone notices. No feet or joint pain and worth the money as they are in real leather!

I absolutely love my new Skechers Shape-Ups. This is the second pair of the Shape-Ups I have purchased from Zappos. I broke them in, as suggested, and I now wear them nearly every day all day long. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have recommended them to everyone I know. In addition to these wonderful shoes, I'd like to add that Zappos.com is an incredible shoe website. I received the first pair of Shape-Ups that I ordered the very next day. I was shocked, to say the least. Zappos guarantees their shoes or you can send them back at no cost to you. How many sellers offer that? I will definitely order from Zappos again, especially since I have nothing to lose!

Walking on air. Loved these shoes from the moment I put them on, the softest walk ever. I bought the white for working out and even though I don't think they advertised being able to use orthotics, mine slipped right in. I ordered more, the slip-on style with criss cross straps in both colors and the new sandals. Worth every cent for comfort.

These shoes are the best. I bought them because the nurses at the hospital wear them. I can walk/stand for 8 hours without lower back pain, can't do that without them. Killer fast delivery, ordered them after 5 pm on a Saturday and they arrived Monday at noon. And they were cheaper than buying them in town. Do order a size larger than you normally wear. Everyone I've spoken to with high arches loves them. Love them more than I can say.

The Metabolize shoe is the second pair of shape-ups I have purchased and I bought it because the first pair was SO comfortable! I can wear them all day without any pain and I have bad metatarsals that usually hurt by the end of the day. Also, I had a flare-up of a torn miniscus in my knee with pain and after wearing the Metabolizer for a couple of weeks, the pain disappeared! These shoes are awesome! I would recommend them to everyone! Plus, I like that they make me 1.5 inches taller! BUT, buy them 1/2 size larger than you need. They are a little short in the toe box.

These shoes rock! I wear them all day doing housework and going for walks. I am amazed at the soreness I feel every day, as if they target muscles that have never been used before. My husband notices the tone my legs are taking from wearing these. They even tone your buttocks and hip area! What woman doesn\'t like that!! I read the reviews and ordered a half size larger and they fit perfect. If you are on your feet alot you will not regret buying these.

I would have purchased MBT\'s, but I have to have all white for nursing. So I purchased the white Skechers and am very happy with them. I had to exchange them for a size larger because my usual size hit my toe when I walked. I think it\'s because the rocker bottom forms to your arch when you walk. They are very supportive that way. I love them. They also look good with jeans that are long enough for heels.
