I love the new Skechers Shape Ups. They are very comfortable and I am amazed at how much farther I can walk before feeling tired. Giving them 4 stars for overall because I am not sure how I rate the high cost yet; it will depend on how long they last. They sure are a conversation starter!

They're cute and pretty comfortable, but they do NOT run small. I have fairly wide feet and wear a 5 1/2 shoe, but ordered a 6 because of the reviews. The 6 slipped in the heel and had plenty of wiggle room in the toe straight out of the box; they will surely stretch with wear. Order your true size first. If they're too tight, exchange them. For how spongy the sole is, the shoe feels a bit hard on the ball of the foot. I would also prefer more arch support. The rocker-bottom sole will definitely make a larger foot appear smaller, which is rare in a sneaker. That alone should be a strong selling point. As to the merits of Skechers 'health benefit claims', hard to say. I imagined a little tightness in my calves the first night, but no more so than when breaking in a new pair of Birks. Don't expect any miracles.

I have this shoe and can't wait to put it on in the mornings. I have plantar fasciitis and two heel spurs on my right foot. These shoes help my feet feel better even after taking them off. I have a lot more stamina in these shoes and I can actually walk and shop again without heel pain. The other benefit they offer, is just icing on the cake. The roller bottom makes them fun to walk in! I am having a hard time finding anything other than black in my size and the nearest stores are about seventy-five miles away. My family makes fun of the way they look, but I like them.

Zappos rocks! Such great service is hard to find these days. I did not want to spend the money for MBT's this time and went for the cheaper version. The shoe is OK, runs 1 size small and is comfortable but I think for me I will go back to the MBT's for fall.

I like the shoes somewhat. I bought a 1/2 size larger and they were perfect. So the fit is good and I like the way they look since I am only 5'2. However, they take some getting used to in order to walk correctly. They won't be my favorite go to shoes but I will wear them occasionally.

A little hard to get used to--kind of heavy. I ordered two different styles of Shape-Ups and I really prefer the other pair. These seem a little narrower (I have wide feet) and am getting over a broken foot. They make my feet feel as if they are on fire after a few hours. Probably should return them as I'm sure I won't wear them.

I really wanted to like these. They felt soft, almost squishy when I put them on, and my first reaction was that they'd be keepers. I suffer from occasional plantar fasciitis, and thought these might take some pressure off problem areas . However, I also pronate. I soon realized that, since the heel is fairly narrow and curved, that the shape-ups almost exacerbate my heels' tendency to pronate and roll inwards. I definitely need more support at the inner heel. Am afraid they are going back.

I bought these on a Friday and they were here by Tuesday. Very fast shipping, usually with free shipping it\'s snail mail but not in this case. The shoes, however, I am not raving about. They are very heavy compared to a regular tennis shoe and I have noticed very minimal changes in my legs, thighs and butt. They are comfortable to walk in so for someone in the health or retail profession who are on their feet all day, I would highly suggest these. You can wear for hours and hours and your feet don\'t hurt.

I bought these shoes because I'm a nurse working 12 hour shifts with leg pain. I was hoping these would help increase my circulation & reduce the pain, but they did not. After trying them for a month, I had to go back to wearing my tennis shoes & compression socks. The sole seems to flatten out when I wear them, making it not so much of a work out to keep my posture up. The width is very narrow & made me have a very bad flare-up of gout. The toe-box is also very snug. Besides that, it's just an ugly looking shoe. Next time, I'll try the MTBs.

They're not as comfortable as MBT's, no comparison! They're a lot cheaper, but I should have paid the extra $ for the MBT's.

The shoes are too heavy and awkward for me. I definitely wore them enough to get used to their fit and balance and hoped I'd end up liking the shoes. But I still regret the decision. I'll wear them occasionally, but they weren't worth the money.

Wore mine 2 times; huge open blister on upper R heel took weeks to heal twice! There is permanent scar there! Inside of sneaker on the heel area is thick then then it angles off. Just checked other work out sneakers and they are not this rough! Just a note, they are the proper size, so that is not the issue! Zappos was excellent about it! Thank you Zappos. Looking for suggestion for same type of sneaker but a better fitting one.

Not very cushy or comfortable, but they are stylish. Should order a half size up, though, and this shoe runs narrow. Had these for almost 3 months and I have to say I don't think it's worth the money; I didn't get the unbalanced effect even after following the cd instructions. It seems to me you're better spending your money on a really supportive athletic shoe and just learn how to walk "correctly" as Skechers puts it. I walk an average 18000 steps a day for work and these just don't make the cut. My regular NBs are awesome compared to the Shape Ups.

Due to a foot injury, I\'ve sought comfort in many different styles of shoes and was hopeful the sketchers would provide the same confort that MBT\'s do. I did not find that to be the case for my particular foot problem.\r\n I had to send the first pair back and order 1/2 size larger and still found them more narrow in the toe box than MBT\'s. \r\n The rocker feel is not quite the same and I found they don\'t keep me on my heels as well as the MBT\'s. \r\n For those with normal feet and just interested in the trendy look, they might be fine.

These shoes were initally comfortable, however in my opinion, they do not provide stability. After stepping on a tree root I sustained a severe ankle sprain. \r\nZappos is great, love the service, and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Let me start by saying how great Zappos is! Most of my shoes now have come from Zappos! As far as the Skechers go, they are OK. I work as a bartender and I'm on my feet for a good 8 hours. By the end of my shift my knees are sometimes swollen. I read some of the reviews and they said the Skechers helped them with knee and foot pain. Honestly, after trying them, they aren't any different than any other well cushioned shoe. They also look very silly and I walk funny in them. Not worth it. They are comfortable, but I can be comfortable in a better looking shoe.

These shoes are heavier than stated and not far from the type of MBT that I like. They run at least one full size shorter and are narrow. The toe box tapers quickly and does not give any room. They are unstable laterally and do not align the body toward the heels, but I feel like I am projected forward. They did not work for me, but thanks to Zappos great service they are on their way back.

These shoes are awful. I own a pair of MBTs, but thought these may be something to use while getting those re-soled. They were such a disappointment. First, the velcro would not stay attached. I was in a cab and the driver stopped a little abruptly and the strap popped open. I was miserable every second I had these shoes on. I sent them back. Save your pennies and buy the MBTs.

I have two huge blisters on my heels after walking in these shoes for just fifteen minutes. I am usually wearing heels and such and can handle most shoes. I would rather walk a mile in five inch heels than these torture devices. These are horrible! Do yourself a favor and save your hundred dollars!
