Skechers Shape Ups - These take a little time to adjust to the way to walk in them to get the best effect. They are very comfortable to wear, I wear them all day several times a week. I can feel the muscles in the back of the leg working when I wear them. I love them.

I'm an RN on my feet for 12 hours and these shoes have been pretty good. They did rub my little toe in the beginning but other than that I have really enjoyed them. They also do a great job of maintaining good posture (have worn Dansko for years which are also great for posture). I'm not sure how great of a workout I'm getting (but I was in pretty good shape to begin with) but they do have a way of inspiring one to want to walk more which is beneficial to ones health. Overall, I would recommend them. I have even purchased a second pair.

Very comfy for work! No toning effect (of course), that’s ridiculous, and I wouldn’t wear them for anything but walking on an even surface, but they’re very cushiony and comfortable if you’re on your feet all day at work.

I don't buy online. Well I can hardly say that now that I bought my Skechers and the wonderful people at Zappos walked we through the process until I felt safe. And I'm so glad I made that leap of faith because I am enjoying my Skechers and was unable to buy them at the stores around me because of my wide foot size. I would do it again with them!

Ordered a pair of Skechers rockers around 4:00 PM on Tuesday and they arrived the next day. Ordering was easy and everything went as stated. Would recommend to friends and will order from Zappos again.

These shoes are super comfy and feel odd at first because you roll back. They are squishy and feel more soft on the bottom than any other shoes! After my first time wearing them for about 4 hours, I felt like I had had a calf workout. They are comfortable, and I recommend them, especially if you have a job standing all day (like a 12 hour nurse shift I am preparing to start doing.)

Great shoes. Takes a little getting used to, but after that, you will use them every day. Zappos is a great place to shop. I have done so many times, and will continue.

I like these sneakers. They’re very cushioned and help prevent the back stiffness I usually get when walking or standing. They will make your feet feel very warm; fair warning if you don’t like hot feet. I don’t know if they really help me “shape up”, but I do walk more often than I used to, now that my back discomfort isn’t an issue. Sometimes I walk my commute (about 5-6 miles roundtrip). They don’t correct your side-to-side foot posture; if your heel leans inward, for example, these shoes won’t prevent that. I normally wear 7.5, occasionally a 7. I bought the 7.5 and they fit well.

The shoes fit great, but they slip. Has anyone else had this problem? I have added 2 heel slip and to no avail; this problem is very uncomfortable. If it were not for this matter, I would give the 5 stars. I don't know what else to do. Anyone have any suggestion? I bought womans size 11 wide. Help!

I read the reviews on this shoe before I bought them, and I found it is true that the shoes do make your feet turn inward. They fit snugger than the walking shoes I normally wear, but they\'re still comfortable.

I love these shoes but am disappointed that they do feel a bit small. I would return them and go a half-size up, except they don't carry size 10.5. I'm going to keep them and hope they stretch a little!

These are now my favorite walking shoes. They are comfortable, and they make me look taller and slimmer. They say when you wear high heels you look taller and thinner? I'm not sure yet if they actually help to make you more tone, but I haven't noticed yet.I have no complaints so far.

So, I open the box and think, Holy crap, I got orthopedic shoes! Not the best first impression. They do not look cute in the box. I put them on and changed my attitude quickly. If your pants hit just right, you can't tell they are curved at all. The front looks like any regular running shoe. They are very cushy and definitely have made a difference in my legs. I have learned (the hard way) not to wear them 12 hours a day for 6 days straight. I was in pain at the end of the week. I'm a hairdresser and lots of clients that are nurses highly recommended these shoes. I am very happy with them and would recommend to anyone who is on their feet a lot. I am not a skinny girl and, although I haven't lost weight to prove anything in a commercial, I do feel a difference in how my pants fit. Good luck and enjoy.

They're not pretty, but they sure are comfortable! While I wouldn't say they are a great everyday sneaker, they are terrific for walking and getting a lower-body work-out. Definitely worth it.

Great, but I suggest you order 1/2 size up. I ordered a 7.5, my regular shoe size. Shoes fit a little snug near the toe, but it took wearing them for a day or two (outside, of course) to realize they are a tad too small. They cannot be returned so I will wear these with either no socks or with nylons (even my thinnest sport socks don't work). Went ahead and ordered the Shape Ups-Strength in Navy/White in a Size 8 and hope these will work better. Take a little getting used to the way they feel (and look: a little dorky), but even though they are too small, they are comfortable on the soles of my feet. I have orthotics and can't wear them with the 7.5 (should fit fine in the 8). Hope they do what they promise and Shape (me!) Up. And thanks Zappos for the lightning quick shipping!
