I love these shoes and wear them often. I wear an orthotic support and these shoes accommodate it very well. The only reason I gave the shoe 4 stars overall is because they do stain easily and I have not been able to find any good cleaner.

This was the third sneaker I bought in three months. Instead of trying those other brands I should have stuck with New Balance. Very comfortable fit. Could use more support in the arch.

A bit too deep even with orthotics. The sides irritated my ankles. I wear them with heavy wool socks which makes them bearable.

They are great for orthotics and a good all around walking shoe. I walk about 8 hours a day and they work good for me. I like the tan suede color. True to size.

These shoes are attractive in their simplicity and flexibility of use. The stability of the soles is great. I wear a brace on one leg and use an orthotic on the other. These shoes accommodate all of my attachments.

What comfortable shoes these New Balance 927s are! They give plenty of room in the front to allow your toes to move around and help with balance.

Very comfortable shoes and fit well. Nice having extra wide options with this brand at Zappos. We will be back for more.

I needed a shoe with good arch support that included my orthotics. These work fine. However, I am a little concerned that the suede finish may not be as stain resistant as the Ecco shoes I have worn. Also, the heels seemed a little wide for my feet.

This is my third pair of New Balance. This time I ordered a pair slightly different from the others. I find that they are a little narrower than the other styles. But I really like them and will be ordering more from New Balance in the future.

Runs larger than other 8W sneakers I've owned, but I got some thicker socks to wear in the winter & with those, the shoes fit better & are comfortable. I will not buy these again as I think they should be better-fitting & more cushioned for the price.

After bunion surgery went wrong, I've been looking for shoes that can help alleviate the fallen arches and other problems I've developed. These didn't help. No support whatsoever, even extra inserts didn't help. Wish I had better news.

With all the good reviews this shoe has gotten, I decided to try it instead of my regular NB WR1123. It has the same roll bar technology and I'd be saving money. It was a mistake. After wearing it a couple of days, it began rubbing on the inside and outside of my right ankle bones. I put in heel cups and that has helped. It also feels snug across the top of the feet. I'll be going back to my MB WR1123. Although it's a running shoe, I've found it perfect for walking my daily 3 miles. I might add I always buy a 7 instead of my normal 6-1/2 in New Balance; they run small.

I had to return these because they didn't have enough arch support for me. But I do really love Zappos excellent customer service!

I needed work shoes that would stay supportive and be comfortable, so I was willing to shell out the cash for these. The comfort factor was there, but after only five months I had a hole in them. I have had Payless shoes last longer than that. This was very disappointing.

The heel was too loose when I got the width correct for my wide foot, so back they went. I love Zappos return policy!

There are very much walking shoes, not hiking shoes. Very smooth sole. Have worn New Balance hikers for years and love them but these won't work.

This shoe was too large for me and I need more arch support. I normally do take a size 9.5.

It looks good in the picture, but to me the sneaker looks like nurses shoes on my feet. They are heavy and not what I thought they would be at all. They are comfortable as far as going for walks, but not for daily walking in general around the house. So if you like a good walking sneaker, yes, they're good, but for me, because they are a bit pricey, I expected more of a multipurpose sneaker/shoe. I expected a lot more from this product.

This shoe is okay...just okay. It doesn't have much support or cushioning, but it is okay to wear as a casual shoe.

I'm returning these. I have worn NB running shoes for years, but I did not like the fit of these at all; maybe because I'm not used to a walking shoe.

This shoe was not true to size. I ordered two pairs of New Balance shoes at the same time. This one was made elsewhere and was marked 11 US ( UK and 43 EUR. The other shoe, the one that fits, was marked 11 US, 10 1/2 UK, and 45 EUR and was made in another place.

"Full Grain" leather upper is actually fairly thin nubuck. Seemed less well-made than less expensive New Balance shoes. Had to return it because it rubbed the side of my big toe and slipped on my heel even with the laces overtight. No flexibility in the sole. Lots of padding in the collar, but little in the insole. I am much happier with my New Balance 623's which were half the price. I bought pair two of those.

These are totally uncomfortable and I only wear New Balance walking shoes. These 927s hit me in the ankle wrong and are lacking in the arch support which is normally superior. Actually I could not wait to get them off my feet after just sitting in them for 10 minutes. I really wanted to like them but I cannot stand them. What the heck has happened to New Balance walking shoes? At these prices they should be exceptional footwear. My old New Balance WW645TPs were the most comfortable shoes. Two years have gone by and I need new ones. The 927s were supposed to be those replacement shoes. But they did not work out.

The shoe is comfortable. Problem with this and other New Balance 623. Is the tongue! I mean its padded but the position is too low. It digs right in forefoot lower leg. If you loosen up shoe not as bad but then shoe feels like its gonna fall off and just awkward walk in. If they fixed tongue would be very comfortable shoe. So I'm gonna say from what I've tried New Balance 927 and 623 Tongue needs fixed. Its too low.

Well, I know New Balance is thought of highly by many, so I tried it out. This one turned out to be uncomfortable (something inside was rubbing) and the fit was smaller than other shoes I've bought. Unfortunately, I wore them a couple of times, thinking I just needed to break them in so I can't return them. I guess I'll donate them to Goodwill.
