Extremely comfortable shoes, although the volcanic brown coloring makes them look worn at the toe and heel.

This is the fifth or sixth pair of Naot Tellin boots that I've purchased in the last 6 years. They are really sturdy and hold up well to constant wear and battering. They polish up nicely over long periods of time. The insoles are comfortable and provide excellent support if you're on your feet a lot during the work day. I can wear them to work or casually. Overall, great boot!

I LOVE these boots! I originally ordered them in my regular size and I was disappointed that they felt a little too snug, especially since I like to wear wool socks throughout the winter. But since I loved the look and the overall quality of Naots really cannot be beat, I persevered and tried the next size up. It is perfect! I wore these boots all day long and they were comfortable from the moment I put my feet in them until I took them off at the end of the day. And that was the first wearing! They are beautifully made and look great! I think I will ask for another pair for Christmas. I never review anything, but I had to review these! I recommend Naots to all of my clients because they are light, move with you easily and have a bendable sole. They really are the best shoes--and boots--I have found.

I am delighted with these shoes. I had been searching for comfortable shoes with removable foot beds, but with these Naots I do not need to use my orthotic. I was able to wear them right out of the box with no break in time. I wore them all week during a fall trip to Mi. The weather was cool and rainy and included a lot of walking. They kept my feet comfortable, warm, and dry. I normally take a 61/2 and ordered the 7.

I am in love with this boot. I wear orthotics, and I have spend way too much money trying to find a boot that is cute, fits my orthotics, and doesn't make my feet hurt. I have bunions - the kind where flexing that joint jams the bones against each other and causes swelling and pain. So far the thick sole on these boots seems to help with that. My orthotics fit perfectly. I've only had them for a day, but so far they seem exactly as comfortable as my tennis shoes - but look so much cuter. I will update this review if I find the boots cause pain - reviews have been so helpful in finding which shoes will fit orthotics, bunions, etc.

Oh my stars....these are even more lovely in person. Super comfortable from the minute I put them on right out of the box!!! I am a textile artist and these are the perfect mix of funkiness and comfort that I am looking for. The volcanic red really stands out and I cannot wait to wear them to Ireland. My 3rd pair of Tellins Had hoped that the black pearl color was the same as my first pair but unfortunately it was not. Not sure about how these will stand up to salt and slush. Looks like a good coat of protector will be required.

These are very comfortable boots, they should be warm enough for whole winter even though unlined. I have wide (D) feet and these fit fine, seem to be just right as the leather gives just right and so does not pinch at widest part of the foot. I had to put my own orthotics in, otherwise they were too tight. I guess if you can stand it, the original insert will mold to you feet but for me it was too tight to go through the adjustments.

I'm strictly Birkenstock/Footprints by Birk - solo. When it comes to replacing a pair, I'm in a Quandary. These fit perfectly right out of the box. After just a few minutes, they are forming to my feet as I walk - So spend the money. you won't be sorry. Please Zappos, see about getting some Footprints Boots !

I bought Naot boots. Everything about Zappos is flawless! Easy ordering process and delivery earlier than expected. I would definitely order again. I have bought and had to return shoes in the past. Again, the process was extremely easy.

These may not be the cutest boots in the world, but they are the most comfortable. There is plenty of toe room and you can be on your feet all day in them.

Comfy right out of the box. The first day I wore them for over 9 hours straight and after I took them off, my feet felt great! I have wide feet and was a little worried about the break-in/stretching period, but as I said there wasn't any! They are cute and unique...exactly my style plus massive comfort. Perfecto!

Very attractive and comfortable boots. I especially like the contrasting stitching. It was spring when I ordered them so I have done a lot of walking but the support and comfort is very Naot -- superior!! I have slightly wide feet and they felt slightly snug - not tight. Excellent support for ankles.

These are by far the most comfortable pair of boots ever worn, especially since having bunion surgery! Feels like you're walking on clouds! I wear a size 8 wide and they are true to size along with the color! I'm 41 & rock these sharp looking boots with leggings & skinny jeans! Great buy, ladies.

These boots are roomy and very comfortable. Although they may not be as trendy as some boots, the fit surpasses the need for that for me. The color, a black pearl, also takes on a dark, rich brown tone when worn with brown pants, which makes them very versatile. My feet are happy in these boots, and they are reasonably warm too.

Pros: Good quality leather, good arch support, fit well right out of the box. Removable insoles. Wide enough for a 6W/6.5W foot. Cons: Cost! My Experience: Looking for a decent-looking shoe that doesn't aggravate ball of foot pain/metatarsalgia. I like the Naot Sea so I wanted to try a Naot winter boot. I ordered a 37 in black. I've worn them for about 3 months now and can sometimes wear them without custom orthotics. However, all day long on my feet and they are a bit sore by the end of the day.

These are quite possibly the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. They took just 2-3 wears until the top part broke in a bit. They have great arch support and look awesome with both jeans and casual work outfits. They have been fabulous in the northeast snow and I have received many compliments on them!

Amazing boots! I live in Maine. I don't know what the soles are made of, but they don't let the cold to go through! We spent hours outside shoveling after the storm, and my feet were nice and warm in just regular socks. I have to mention, they run too long. I ordered my regular size at first, and just wanted to take them off, they were so uncomfortable. I guess, their arch support didn't go with mine. Ordered a size smaller, and now all I want is - walk, walk, walk! Thank you, Zappos!

I am so grateful to Naot for these ankle boots. I have severe spinal hypermobility and neuromuscular issues, and thus it is very difficult for me to find shoes that are comfortable and stylish. My orthotics fit into these boots and I can wear them for an entire evening without too much downside the next day. I also have the Oyster style, but these are a bit more fashionable, I think. Heartily recommend.

Bought for touring the Christmas Markets on a Viking River Cruise. Very comfortable right from the start. Bought my usual size in Naots and they were perfect. Might size up if you like thick heavy socks, I don't and my feet stayed nice and warm.

Love these boots, the most comfortable boots ever with plenty of room but also support; I'll wear them all winter. Love the "volcano" color: black with a sort of antique burgundy, which makes them look really special. I highly recommend these boots.

This is kind of pricey but well worth it for me. I get great support and can walk all day without foot pain. The arch support is phenomenal without putting undue pressure on them like I have found with some arch support inserts.

This is an attractive shoe that is very comfortable. It looks great with jeans, some dressy pants, and skirt/tights. I'm on my feet all day at this shoe makes my feet feel great by the end of the day.

I just received these boots 11/2014 and they are ready to wear right out the box. The leather is supple. The boot is supportive/comfortable, like walking on air. They are just what I wanted. The arch support is great. I have planter fasciitis and these cuddle and support my arch/feet right out the box. No insert is needed. I am petite with normal sized calves and the top of the boot is not too large like indicated in another review. The whole boot is perfectly proportioned. I am so glad I got these boots. Yes, they are expensive and overpriced, as I feel all Naots are overpriced, but they are worth it, and I do buy them. I would rather buy a boot at this price that was superb than a $100 boot that I had problems with. I have been wearing my other Naots for years now, so if you factor in that you will be wearing these for years, they would be worth the price. I would recommend these boots. I have a normal width size 6-6.5 foot, and the size 37 fits perfectly. Naot is about the only shoe brand that I don't have to keep returning to Zappos. Although I have sent some styles of Naot back. I got the black pearl and they are more black than pearl. I expected a grey-ish black pearly look based on the picture, but I find them more black with a faint pearl/grey hint. They would be prettier if they were more pearly grey, like the picture, but I still really love them and the color is prettier than if they were just black. The stitching is attractive. The boot is substantial but not bulky for my petite frame. If you can spend the money and want a super comfy boot, this is it. I would like to get the red volcano color; I just don't want to spend this much again right now. Maybe next year, or if I win the lottery soon. Super cute, super comfy, right out the box. I love Naots, not the price though.

I love Naot shoes! I already had this sole in the Mary Jane style called "Sea" so I already knew it would be perfect for a trip to Europe. The thickness of this sole is perfect for cobblestone streets and standing for hours on museum tours. I've already worn the Tellin boots and they're every bit as good as I'd hoped. The color is a dark grey, darker than they look on my iPad, but very versatile. I have fairly slim ankles and they don't gap much at the top, although I'll probably always wear them with pants. I did treat them with mink oil to waterproof them, as I don't want to worry in the rain in northern Italy in Oct-Nov. They look great and I've enjoyed the compliments.
