I was very pleased with the Brooks Addiction Walker shoes that I bought. They are very comfortable shoes. I do a lot of standing and walking. But I was more impressed with the wonderful service I received from Zappos. I ordered regular shipping but received 2 day shipping at no cost to me. Thank you Zappos.

Zappos is the best company that I have dealt with. It's very difficult for me to find women's shoes in size 9 2E . To find a good shoe for walking that fit correctly I had to return shoes twice. I couldn't believe how easy it was to use their free return shipping process, and how helpful they were in assisting me. A GREAT company that I will use in the future. Brooks Addiction Walker 2E are comfortable with good support. I'm using them every day to walk 2 - 5 miles. Finally my feet don't hurt. They aren't "stylish". They are just a plain looking shoe that fits great and is designed for comfortable walking AND comes in wide sizes.

I am very pleased with this shoe. I bought mine after bunion surgery and need to use custom made orthotic inserts in them. They work very well with the orthotics and hold my foot especially securely due to the number of eyelets for lacing. I have pronation problems, and my orthotics was well pleased with the support/build of this shoe. These are comfortable for me to wear. I recently attended a convention and was on my feet for 5 hours on a concrete floor. Feet didn't even hurt!

I was told by my foot doctor to get this shoe after horrible pain that stopped me from walking from the bedroom and down stairs in the morning! After one week with this shoe, it was truly a wonderful difference. I am now on my third pair. I can now go barefoot, no pain! There is no break-in time. I have a wide at the toe area, skinny at the heel foot, and a high arch. I feel that this is true to size. Good room in toe box area. This is a great sneaker. Do not stop making this shoe, please! Zappos.com is a great company. Order one day, on your doorstep the next day.

These are GREAT shoes! They are comfortable, they LOOK GOOD, they FIT WELL, and they last! I had to get the extra wide but they don’t look huge on my foot! They are roomy without being sloppy. I stand in these shoes all day long and they are the first thing I put on in the morning when I DON’T go to work! This is my 3rd pair after looking for years for a comfortable, well fitting shoe and I hope they don’t discontinue them. They are true to size and well made. I have flat feet and a shoe with a high arch support hurts my feet, these shoes don’t do that. They have excellent support without that hard arch support that bothers my foot. Hope you like them!

I own these shoes in black and white. They are my second set of shoes. I walk four miles almost every morning and find these sturdy and more impervious to dirt and water than ordinary walking shoes. I own two pair so that I change wear a pair every other day. I find that extends the life of the shoe and is better for my feet.

Am very pleased with this purchase. This is my 3rd pair of Addition walkers and they have been excellent and supportive shoes for my sore feet. I wear orthotics and have been treated for neuromas - plus I walk more than 3 miles a day. These shoes easily accomodate my orthotics and offer excellent support. I have had foot doctors describe this shoe as one of the best for walking. I did order a 1/2 size larger recently and felt that was a good decision as my regular size seemed just a bit shorter than other brands.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn--went back and purchased them in black also. Very true to size and well made. I had foot surgery about 1 1/2 years ago and have been unable to get a comfortable shoe until I found these!

I purchased the Brooks Addiction Walker in black. First of all I was pleased at how quickly I received them in the mail! I love the shoes. I have absolutely no arches and I tend to walk on the outside of my feet (pronation). These shoes keep my feet in alignment and are very supportive and comfortable. Also I love the room in the toe area. My toes are not squished together and have room to move. They are not the prettiest shoe in the world but definitely are right for my foot issues. \r\n\r\n\r\n

My first pair of Brooks Walkers. They cost a bit more than my usual shoes, but with free returns, I had nothing to lose. They were great right out of the box. The toe box is perfect for my feet and my heel stays put. I put them on and took a walk. No hot spots or trouble areas. I will be happy with them I'm sure. What would I do without Zappos.com?

Great shoe. Fits true to size. Extremely comfortable. Able to accomodate custom orthotics and ankle and arch supports.

The Brooks addiction walker is awesome from the moment you put them on. You feel that you could walk a marathon easy. The support is great, very easy on the heels. I love dealing with the Zappos’ rep on the phone. Whenever I call, I get first rate service and delivery the next day. Yes, I would rather speak to a customer service rep. Thanks again.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. I have balance and gait problems and my new shoes have helped me improve both of these issues considerably. I’ll certainly keep buying Brooks walking shoes!

This is not my first purchase from Zappos and as before the service was excellent. I must return two pairs of a different style but their return process makes it so easy. The Brooks Addiction 8 is a great pair of shoes for someone like me, overweight, flat footed and needing 2 knee replacements. Would definitely purchase these shoes again and from Zappos. Would like to see some color mixed with the white though.

I am a nurse and use these as shoes for work - the white leather shoes look professional and are easy to keep clean. I had extensive foot surgery 3 years ago and wear ASO braces daily. These shoes provide good stable support for my pronation and accommodate my orthotics and braces. These shoes are great for those 12 hour shifts!! I have just ordered my 5th pair!

I have ordered from Zappos several times & will keep coming back. Excellent service and wonderful product. I suffer with plantar fasciitis and Brooks tennis shoe are the only shoe I wear comfortably with a lot less pain.

Brooks Addiction Walker 08 Have worked perfect for my needs. I work in the basement of a hospital and am on my feet all day. I need to wear orthotics in my shoes, but the addiction keeps my feet comfortable. I do have plantar fasciitis. I feel the fit is true to size. Support is very good. This is probably the third pair of Brooks Walkers. Do plan to continue buying these shoes.

My podiatrist recommended these shoes after bunion surgery four years ago. I have been buying these shoes ever since. They give me the support I need, come in a variety of widths to suit special foot needs, and have a bit of style to them. Zappos is the way to go when buying shoes! They arrive very quickly, and the return policy rocks!

I wear an 8 1/2 4A shoe. It is difficult to find a shoe this narrow in an athletic/walking shoe. With the help of Zappos customer service we chose the Brooks Addiction Walker W08. It truly is made for a narrow foot. It was comfortable as soon as I put it on. I tried several New Balance shoes. They were not narrow enough and they all slipped on my heel. This shoe is a little orthopedic looking, but the fit is so comfortable, I can get over it! A great choice for the "slim" foot. This shoe was true to my size.

Recovering from double knee replacements I’ve had a slight problem with balance. These are exceptionally stable and make me feel very secure. True to size. I have a wide foot and went with extra wide, but wide would have been fine. They are so comfortable -- highly recommend.

I really like my black Brooks walking shoes. I have very problematic feet due to rheumatoid arthritis and I can put my orthotics in them easily. I also like that they don’t have all the usual athletic shoe decorations on them so they just look like black shoes. Obviously, they are not high style, but they are quite comfy and I would definitely buy another pair in the future.

I love my Brooks Addiction Walkers! I need a wide toe box, and these shoes have it. I can wear them all day, which is unusual for me.

These are great fitting shoes. I ordered these again since they are the only shoes that don\'t hurt my feet. I am hard to fit with having arthritis and flat feet. Thanks to Zappos I found these shoes. I had ordered several other pairs of shoes and had to send them back until I found these Brooks that fit me perfectly. I did have to order an 8 instead of a 7 1/2 that I usually wear so they might run a half-size smaller. The 8 W fits me perfectly.\r\n No shoe store has the selection you find on Zappos and I get them the next day after ordering. Amazing!

This is my 3rd pair of these shoes. When I got the first pair (black), I liked them so much, I immediately bought a white pair. I've now replaced the black ones. They are perfect. I can put them on and go, no break in required. I have a variety of foot problems with one of my feet and these just make life so much easier. I used to always buy Nike or New Balance, but got to where I couldn't find one that felt good after a few wearings. These hold their shape well and, for my money, can't be beat!

The sneakers are very comfortable. I was having a problem with the bottom of my feet hurting when I walked long distances and these shoes solved the problem with the cushioning on the bottom. Also I needed a wider than medium width and these shoes provided that. They don\'t look very stylish but the comfort makes up for that.
