My first purchase of Brooks shoe and must say I have been satisfied. Love the comfort!

I buy the same pair of shoes every year. I found a pair that works great for me and I stick with them. They are what I wear 98% of the time. I am thrilled with them and they last a long time.

I bought these not for style but due to foot problems. They eliminated pain I was having and allow me to exercise and walk. Happy with them. Happy with Zappos shipping, too. Fast.

These are so comfortable. They feel a little big but with winter coming and heavier socks they will be great. I usually take out insoles and put my own in but these had enough arch support.

I am exceptionally happy with this shoe. It's the first time I've worn a Brooks shoe and find it fits my foot which is very difficult to fit, and still have comfort, due to bunions - and probably age as well! I'm 83 years old, walk three miles each morning and need a shoe that gives stability and comfort at the same time. Not an easy task! This shoe is perfect for me and I'm happy to have been able to exchange it for another shoe I thought would be right and was not. Zappos is the best! We all appreciate the gracious return policy of this company and I tell many people about their business integrity. I had been having some trouble with plantar fasciatis (minor) and after wearing these shoes, the problem is gone completely. They are very cushioned and comfortable for walking on any surface.

I have been looking and looking for the perfect shoes for my tired, sore feet. The Brooks are a perfect fit, I wish the sole were a bit softer like the New Balance 927, but these shoes just fit me perfectly. Following the reviews I ordered up half a size. I ordered them on Monday and they were at my door on Tuesday. All in all this was a perfect shopping experience.

I wanted Spira DX3 but they were out of stock for 2 more months. I had tried the Brooks Addiction Walker on in a store and they were my 2nd choice. I have wide feet and bunions so I ordered the x-wide width. These shoes were very comfortable right out of the box. There is plenty of room in the forefoot and I easily replaced the insoles with my orthotic insoles. My job requires standing for several hours at a time and I have a lot of pain due to plantar faciitis. I found these shoes to be very helpful in relieving some of the discomfort I was having. I ordered Black due to uniform requirements but white is more attractive.

Plantar fasciitis, flat feet and bunions describe my feet. Because I am very active and go to the gym all the time, I must have a comfortable, sturdy pair of tennis shoes that I can walk in for miles with no pain. Brooks Addiction Walker fits the bill from the moment I tried them on.

These shoes are extremely well-made and comfortable. They are great for people with wide feet who pronate. Orthotics easily fit into them but I, unless others reviewing these shoes, did not find them overly bulky or ugly. I like the way they look. Comfort makes them attractive to me. One tiny problem: when completely laced up the laces are too short.

Great shoe. I have a very narrow foot and this fits snugly around my foot and gives me nice arch support.

Wow - looking for a good walking shoe in a wide width for my bunion/arthritic tootsies! I usually get New Balance because I know they will fit in a 7-1/2 wide (usually!). Decided to try the Brooks Addiction Walker due to favorable reviews - sometimes the NB are wide & deep enough in the toe area, but a tad wide in the heel. These are not - I have not walked in them (I just got them) outside, but just wearing them in the house I can tell them will be fine. So fine that I am ordering them in black (got them in white) - because from experience I know they might not be here in my size later (want black for Fall/Winter). They arrived in 2 days but only because I was not aware I am a VIP customer and can get overnight shipping, but that's OK. If I ever need shoes REAL QUICK - I will return to Zappos - my life saver (or should I say foot saver). No stores carry anywhere near the amount of shoes esp. in wide widths.

I love this shoe and am happy that Zappos continues to carry it. I have worn this shoe for many years as my everyday shoe. Plus, I walk seval times a week and it holds up well. I have pronated ankles but thisc shoe retains its shape. I highly recommend this shoe!

I purchased these shoes from Zappos because I needed to find a comfortable walking shoe that would also help me with my foot pronation problem. So far, so good. I needed to break them in a little but now these shoes are the first shoes I go to when I want to take a walk or need to be on my feet for a long time. These shoes are well-made and are really comfortable. The leather on the top of the shoe is softer than most closed toe shoes. When I walk quickly I feel that my legs are moving in a straighter line and that my feet are not "flopping from side to side". The soles are thick and provide good cushioning for the soles of the feet when standing on a hard surface. Great service from Zappos!

This is a great shoe. It is the same as the Brooks Addiction running shoe in terms of support and comfort, only constructed from black leather. Is it a trendsetting style that you'll see on a runway soon? No. But if you have feet like mine, wear orthotics after multiple bone fusions, and the Brooks Addiction is the only shoe you will ever wear (that's me!), having a leather option is great. I am a substitute teacher and I can wear them to school for work shoes. Believe it or not, they even look just fine with shorts. Too bad they don't come in red.

Amazing shoes, comfortable right out of the box. Lots of cushioning in heel and support for arch. Generous padding on the tongue adds to comfort. I bought a 7EE for my wide feet with bunions. There is no rubbing on the sensitive bunions & the width is just right. Plenty of room in the toe box. For such a supportive, padded shoe, it is surprisingly light. The only funny thing is that I had to go buy longer shoe laces, because the ones that come with it were too short to lace up over my high instep. Now, that's a first.

I call these my "dress" shoes. Best walking shoe. I have several pair of Brooks. Last was 11 series. Have 2 pair - one for the yard and one for daily wear. But my dress shoe is for shopping. Fit is always correct. Can return so easy.

Everyone has their own specific needs when it comes to shoes, but I love these. They are comfortable from the get-go. No pinching of toes anywhere! They give great support, although I wish they had a bit more in the arches. (I think I'm asking for the impossible. I've never found one yet that's good enough for my flat feet.) I've tried just about every brand of walking shoe out there, including higher priced ones, and I always come back to these.

This shoe was suggested to me by the therapist fitting me for orthodics. They are extremely comfortable and the orthodics fit the shoe perfectly.

I stand most of the day at work and have Plantar fasciitis. The doctor told to look for a shoe with a small wedge sole and a good arch. Had to add a little more in the arch. But I have a high arch. So should be good for normal arch foot. My foot feels very stable. But not a cure for my Plantar fasciitis. But a good shoe while recovering.

These are by far, the most comfortable shoes ever. I have a very wide foot (bunions) across my toe, and these are fantastic walking shoes. This is my second pair. Worth the price.

This is a great shoe, particularly for problem feet, and hard to find in Narrow in stores. Thank you, Zappos!

I have had several pairs of this shoe over the years. I am on my feet all day and it has great arch support. Was recommended to me by a specialist. Several people on my floor wear the same style because of previous foot problems. The shoe strings are very good and can be thrown in the washer, just air dry.

Love these shoes! They fit just liked I hoped (I have wide feet at the front and sneakers had always hurt my feet). Very good walking shoes -- most comfortable I've ever worn!

Awesome shoe! My pedorthist wears and recommends these shoes. Plenty of room for custom made orthotics. Long wearing shoe sole. Zappos is great company to work with.
