These sneakers were comfortable right out of the box. I have pronation and wear my own orthotic and they fit beautifully.

I have almost constant foot pains and these are the only walking shoes I have found that make walking a pleasure. They are expensive but are definitely worth the price.

The Addiction Walker is a great fit for my wide feet plus orthotics. It is comfortable, durable, and doesn't scream "meet me at the gym."

I am so pleased with the prompt service. I made a mistake in my shoe size and need to return for larger size. I am very disappointed that I will have to wait a few more days before I can be wearing my shoes.

I love this shoes. I wear extra wide and I suffer from bunion and this is just perfect. I bought several pair of shoes but ended up returning them. One of them my dog ate and shredded the original box when I wasn't home He has separation anxiety problem. Prescription anti-anxiety pill did not work but Zappos box did. He was very calm being surrounded by a bed of shredded box. My point is, Zappo did not give me a hard time when I returned the shoes without the original box. Thanks Zappos for your understanding.

Wonderful shoes! I wanted traveling shoes that were comfortable but did not look like colorful, sporty running shoes. These have the same comfort - I put them on and wore them for days. But they were still quiet and attractive. I will buy more - perhaps another pair in a dark color. Also, I could insert my own arch support.

After years of searching, I've found the perfect shoe with the perfect fit for my orthotics. I am buying it in both bone & black hoping to get away with wearing them every day, even to the office. They are cushiony and just right for my problem feet. Even my problem knee loves them! Just order 1/2 size larger than your regular size.

After I broke my ankle I had trouble finding a comfortable pair of shoes until I came across these. I can wear these all day and they seem to give me better balance. I'm definitely going to buy more. The color "Bone" was a little more grey than I expected. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

Very comfortable shoes - I needed a strong arch support due to foot injury and surgery. These give that support and enable me to walk comfortably.

I have a wide foot, narrow heel, and fallen arches. I ordered size 7 wide and they fit very well. These shoes support my feet through 4 hour work outs and 6 mile walks. They help with my pronation problems and are the best athletic shoe I have worn in years. No blisters, even on the first day. I love them and plan to order another pair in white so I can alternate them.

These are the most comfortable walking shoes I've ever owned. Having feet problems I've had issues with most of the ones I've tried. They are light but have good arch support. I received them quickly and have been delighted with the shoe and the service from Zappos.

Doctor recommended these shoes and they are perfect. I did go up a half size in length due to other reviews and they fit fine.

Excellent aerobics shoe! Laces stay put, so no heel slippage and snug through the instep and collar. Love the roomy toe box, cushioning, flexibility. I wear 11AA and ordered a half size up, based on reviews and trying other brands. Several other shoes rubbed my big toe on the side or ran short, so I kept the super Zappos crew busy with exchanges. Great selection and service as always.

This is an excellent shoe. I am on my feet all day and have never had to even break in a new pair. Shipment was super-fast; got my shoes the next day. Love dealing with Zappos.

Fabulous shoes! I bought them in black and taupe to wear every day while recovering from a fractured ankle and they look kind of funky with dresses and skirts. Order a half size larger than you usual size. Great for folks with narrow feet, wonderful arch support for pronaters.

This is my second pair of this same style. I wore my old pair many years. I bought it a half size larger this time because my feet swell walking and I love the fit. It is the perfect walking shoe for cooler climates such as mine...the Pacific Northwest. I am so happy that Zappos carries this style since Foot Solutions closed in my area. I also wear my orthotics in this shoe.

These shoes are very comfortable, I did add another shock absorbing insert, because I am working on a cement floor for 8.5 hours a day. They have great support and I felt a big difference even the first day wearing them. I purchased them also because they were slip resistant, but found that working on wet or greasy painted cement floor at work, they aren't slip and oil resistant. I may have to buy a rubber over shoe that is oil resistant to prevent slipping and falling in the kitchen in the deli I work for. That is the only down fall of the shoe. That it is not slip and oil resistant. Otherwise they are great for a long day on your feet.

Zappos is a wonderful company to work with. They are efficient, courteous and prompt. I always bought my shoes from a store, but it is so easy to get the right fit, even though you have to mail several to me before it happens, that I would not buy shoes any more except from Zappos. This is my 4th pair of Brooks Addiction Walkers so you know that I really like them. This pair is somewhat improved over the others. The tongue and shoe laces are a little longer so they lace up more easily. I have a narrow foot but also have bunions that make the front of my foot need a little more room. These shoes do the trick, fit closely in the heel but give me the width I need in the toe box. I do a lot of exercise walking so I try to replace them once a year. I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 but I wear an 8M in this shoe.

I ordered the shoe in a wide because that was what was fitted locally. However, when it arrived, it was much too wide. The size medium fits beautifully, is comfortable, and wears well.

Four years ago, I tripped and shattered my left heel. 10 months later, when I started tentatively limping along, Brooks Addiction Walker was recommended to me. Since, I have tried many different sturdy shoes, all with good support and cushioning, and none compare with the Brooks. It is, in reality, the only shoe I can wear comfortably and move around in like most people. I give it an A plus. Happy to be walking.

These shoes fit pretty much true to size. Almost didn't buy them as others say they run short. I thought I needed to try these as there isn't much out there in my size, leather and only white. Zappos was great in helping me. After having surgery in both feet I wanted and needed a supportive shoe and I wanted white, so decided to go ahead and try these and was surprised at the fit! Hope this helps others.

I really like my shoes. I have hard-to-fit feet (EE) and these came in my size. I need a lot of cushioning because of the arthritis in my feet. I've tried so many pairs of shoes and none fit properly until now. These shoes are like walking on air and they have good arch support. Most of all, it came in EE. I love them! Highly recommend this shoe if you have tender feet like mine. They are a little bit heavy, but not too heavy. I also have artificial hips and these shoes cushion my stride to take the pressure off my thighs. It really does. Great walking shoe. Buy it!
