Was having major foot problems and found out it was the shoes I previously wore. Got these, inserted a pair of Super Feet and voila! My foot problems have disappeared! Great walking shoes!

I compared other products and selected the Brooks Addiction Walker. Several months of wear have proven that my choice was a good one. The shoe is well cushioned, has a good arch support (eliminating my usual insert) and has a very solid feel--like the shoe is supporting you. I found that a half size larger gave me the best fit and Zappos provided it for me on exchange

I bought these shoes because I needed a brown sneaker type for work (I work at a luxury hotel doing room service). After 3 months, these babies are still performing. Without all the bells and whistles, air this, gel that, these shoes are just comfy, fit well and give you just the right amount of support. I spend a lot of time on my feet at work and having comfortable shoes is a must. I would recommend them. Also, they look more like a hiker/sneaker type hybrid than the picture gives it credit for. By no means would it pass for a dress shoe in my opinion.

My husband had a hip replacement last year and his feet changed sizes, so he was delighted to get his size, and they fit perfectly, and even if they did not we do not worry about it because Zappos has a reputation for customer service. Thanks.

These shoes deserve a top rating: great fit and comfort and a very decent look for a moderately priced shoe. As someone with a narrow foot (B width, AA heel) and a very long arch, I have recently been doing a lot of research and testing of such narrow shoes as are available on the market. The properly fitted shoe can do a lot to correct minor malformations caused by wearing an ill-fitting shoe that just happened to be easier to find than the right shoe. I am always happy to find a great shoemaker like Brooks who still does narrow widths. So far, the walking is very comfortable, but I will do a second review after I had time to see how they wear. Note that the Brooks shoes I have bought (the Addiction and the Glycerin running shoe) have consistently run a full size small, so I recommend you order a full size larger, especially if you want the traditional thumb's width at the end of your big toe. I have tried on these Brooks shoes, in various sizes, in various stores in the US, France, and Switzerland as well as from Zappos, and this mislabeling of the length (not the width) is consistent. However, when you get the size right (worth the effort) you have a great shoe here.

I'm a died in the wool Rockport fan, but I purchased the Brooks Addiction walker and well...Wow...great fit and I'm walking and walking. And good bye Rockport...hello Brooks.

Spent a week in Chicago with my girlfriend walking all over town. Probably put a good 3 miles or so on these shoes. They were comfortable well made shoes that I would buy again.

This is my second pair. I tried a less expensive shoe between and they did not give the support I need. Great shoes in cool weather, a little warm in the Texas summer, but I wear them year round.

Awesome shoes! I had another pair of Brooks that were fantastic, so I ordered these for work. I have bad knees and a bad back and these shoes helped tremendously! Fit and finish are great as well.

At age 62, I have very tender feet. These are the best "walking" shoes I have found to date. This particular color works well for most anything other than a real "dress up" occasion. Love 'em!

Have worn these for more than 6 years without any problem. Have problems due to diabetic neuropathy and have custom inserts. Cheaper through Zappos!

I bought these shoes for my husband who is hard to fit. He tells me they are like walking on a cloud. They are light and comfortable. I got the brown and black ones. Can be worn for casual dress.
