Have bought NB for years. Tried these. Much more comfortable for me than NB 927. B width is narrower than NB. Had to go a half size up. Light weight. Very happy with them. And Zappos wow. Ordered at 8pm and had them next day at 4.

Love Zappos. I order because of the selection and ease of return. I always feel good to order from them knowing there is no hassle. I ordered the Brooks Addiction Walker and love the shoes. Zappos shipped in one day even though I asked for regular delivery. Feel very good about this company.

Since I've started wearing these shoes, my feet and knees feel so much better at the end of the day. I highly recommend these shoes.

Very comfortable and plenty of cushion for your feet buy a half size larger because they tend to run smaller the width is right on great walking shoe.

We (my husband and I) love these shoes. I bought a pair for him after I bought mine. I'm a serious walker and got sick for every pair of walking shoes wearing out after 2-3 months. These are well worth the extra money - real leather and after 4 months of serious walking they show no signs of wear. He put orthotics in his - I did not. Very comfortable - love them! Will be buying them again as long as they make them.

Other reviews for this Brooks Addiction Walker recommended ordering one full size larger than normal, so I did and the shoes fit great. These shoes feel a full size smaller than marked. The width feels true to size.

These shoes fit like a glove! I put them on first thing in the morning - brand new from the box. I was on my feet for most of a 14 hour day, and they felt great! Brooks has always been a favorite for athletic shoes, but these walkers are a nice fit.

The Brooks Addiction Walker may not be the most stylish sneakers that I have ever worn, but they just may be the most comfortable. I purchased my first pair about two and a half years ago and they held up very well. I recently purchased two more pairs in white and black. The bottom line: Every person, including me, that reviewed the Brooks Addiction Walker rated it five stars. What else do you need to know? Buy the shoes, you will not be sorry.

Great shoe. It is everything it claims to be: true to size, comfortable. I put it on, and it is so natural I forget it's on.

Great all purpose casual shoe. I had to order up a size - from 13N to 14N. No problem with Zappos' great service and replacement.

Wow, these things are comfy! A 15 narrow is hard to find, and I'll be buying more Brooks shoes. A bit warm, so I might try to find a more ventilated Brooks walker for summer. My orthotics fit well into this shoe.

I bought these for my husband, and he is very picky. He usually wears New Balance 10.5 6 E. He really likes this shoe, and they do well for his feet.

These shoes are the perfect walking shoe if you walk for exercise. They cushion your feet on hard surface walking, and they are also comfortable and attractive enough to wear at work.

This is my second pair. I have high arches, and these are some of the most comfortable walking shoes I have found. I also like the "subdued" style. Too many athletic shoes these days make you look like you came from outer space.

I've worn these to work now for more than a month. I waited to write the review because when I first put them on, they were very comfortable. Now after about 6 weeks I can say they are still very comfortable! I think they're ugly, they remind me of an old man's orthopedic shoes, but they're comfortable to me and that's all that matters. I have been told that I have high arches. This is the first shoe I have ever put on where I could feel the insole touch my arch.

These are excellent walking shoes. They are replacing my Nike AirMax! After reading the other reviews I decided to give them a try. I had been using orthotic inserts in my other shoes, which only allowed me to walk four miles before experincing pain in my left foot. With these Brooks walkers I walked five miles right out of the box, with only minimal break in pain! One improvement, would be metal grommets in the eyelets for the laces.

I love these shoes! I am a registered nurse and am on my feet constantly. These shoes provide great support and are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! I do not even have to wear my normal insert with these shoes because they provide such great arch support! The shoes are not only comfortable, but are also very durable. I highly recommend them!

with my narrow foot, I am very hard to fit and cannot typically walk into a brick-and-mortar store and get a shoe that I like that fits me. Zappos provides me with choices for the first time in my life. It was quick and easy and everything happened as advertised.

First of all the service from Zappos was great. I ran into the problem I feared buying shoes online...the first pair did not fit, but their quick return service made it pretty much painless to get a pair that did. These shoes are fantastic. I was having trouble with a pinched nerve in my right heel from wearing shoes with not enough support. I work in a hospital and I am on my feet most of the day. These Brooks are light and very very comfortable. The support they give got rid of my nerve pain.
