Super comfortable shoes. I use them for work. Minimum 3 to 5 miles a day. However I do agree with other customer comments, they really need to be slip resistant for oil, and wet tile surfaces.

Very comfortable and good support.

I wear these for work as a UPS driver and my 1st pair lasted 9 months which is great for my job.

I buy these for everyday walking because I get all sort of problems if I don't. I order them over, and over, and over again. A pair lasts about 6 weeks. I do recommend them to other people, but they are not going to make a stylish list.

Love, love, love this walking shoe! Finally, I have my go to shoe that is comfortable for my 5 mile daily walk. It may not be pretty, but it is very functional.

Good comfortable walking shoe. I am on my feel all day and suffer from some foot problems. They are very well made with good cushioning.

Bought two pairs of Brooks Addiction walkers, very comfortable shoe, but VERY slippery on smooth tile like surfaces, would be worse, I'm sure if the tile were wet.

The shoes are comfortable and supportive but a little on the bulky side.

I have been wearing this Brooks Addition Walker for over 10 years now. I use it for sports (tennis,table tennis, and pickleball) and also for work (carpet installing). Each pair of shoes lasts me about 18 months and then I buy another pair. Comfortable, dependable and long lasting. That's all I really need

Definitely supportive and helps prevent pronation, but cushioning is a bit too firm for people with heel pain. I placed my gel inserts and it is now good for all day wear. I'm on my feet a lot at work. I think if I was a heavier person, I would would be more comfortable with the extra firmness of the cushioning. I'm 5'6", 145lbs. Overall, a well built show that looks like it would last. Very nice brown suede.

I was very disappointed with this shoe - overall rating is two stars (the system won't let me correct that). They are certainly very comfortable to walk in, but after only a few weeks of wearing them, they began to stink terribly of foot odor - none of the other shoes I've worn over the years have started to stink that fast. Also, I stumbled lightly on a cobblestone while walking around Verona, Italy, and that was enough to rip the sole from the upper on the toe of the right shoe and leave a gaping hole - I had to buy a replacement ASAP while still traveling.

2nd pair of Brooks; nice quality shoe - both the old and new pair. However I've always ordered D - medium width for all the shoes I've purchased. The last pair of Brooks were much narrower than the previous pair; they are tight - borderline uncomfortable. These are a great brand with excellent support; just consider you may have to go to a size larger in the width. As always - Zappo's has super fast shipping/service; a reason in itself to keep coming back. Cheers

Almost the perfect shoe. First the good. This shoe is very well made and quite possible the most comfortable shoe I have put on my feet. The bad. The shoe is not ventilated and your feet will sweat. If they would ventilate this shoe it would be perfect. Hope to see a ventilated shoe with a wick dry insole. It is still a great shoe.

Very nice shoes. I would point out 2 minor issues: Size runs one size too small (at least compared to New Balance which I am ditching because of reduced quality). Also, the heel could be a tad higher, it slips a little bit. It provides great cushioning for walking on pavement.

Bought these for my husbands birthday. He rarely shops online so I did it. He thinks they are very supportive and likes the fight. Last week walking was good. So good so far!

These shoes offer excellent stability for the over pronater as well as good arch support. However I feel that they pinch my toes and do not have as large of a toe box as does the New Balance shoes I usually buy. I believe these shoes are of better quality than New Balance shoes at a similar price. I want to to try these shoes again but will try a half size bigger next time.

I would recommend this walking shoe to anyone! It is very comfortable and seems to stabilize my ankle/foot better than it's competitor. The only drawback is that your foot will run warmer because of all the leather. Enjoy!

I started out disappointed as the shoes seemed a bit small and can be hard to put on, but I soon learned to appreciate the support and comfort of these shoes.

I have bought 5 pairs of the Addiction Walker in the past 3 year, for some serious walking, replacing them about every 1000 miles. Basically, they are great. The only complaint I have is that with my last 2 pair, I have trouble keeping the laces tied. I'm guessing that Brooks started getting the laces from a different supplier, and that they are made of a slicker material, which keeps working loose.

Nice shoes. Supportive but comfortable. Only wore them a little, we'll see how they are after longer use.

My husband has been buying these shoes for over 15 years. He has Parkinson's and wears a brace in the left shoe. The problem is this shoe squeaks horribly. It has always worked itself out, but this particular pair just will not stop. Unfortunately, we threw out the box, so we are dealing with it. He gets lots of attention. Otherwise these are his favorite shoes.

I've had trouble finding great shoes since Etonic stopped making the Stable Pro III years ago. I purchased these to replace my New Balance M1540v2 15 EE's. These Walkers have notably more support and a comparable under-foot feel. They run notably smaller in size. A EEEE in the Walker is no wider than a EE in the 1540v2. Given my weird feet (wide in the forefoot, normal in the backfoot, bunions), I was however able to go down to a 14. Assuming that I don't compress the heel cushion prior to 6 months, these will be my new daily wear shoes. I'm on my feet often for work. I'm big, 6'3"/250. Best shoes I've found since the Stable Pro III.

Bought these as a gift for someone who got the identical shoe last year and loved them. This year's model seems to be made of stiffer leather and is skimpier in the toe area. I personally would have exchanged them, but he insisted that he could wear thinner socks to be able to accommodate his feet to the shoe! Guess they must be very comfortable to inspire such loyalty. I returned mine (women's style) because the wide heel and narrow toe definitely did not fit my feet comfortably.

I would give these sites high marks. I thought they were a little narrow for being 4E, but they fit better than anything I've ever had. I'll definitely buy then again, but probably a 1/2 size bigger than I normally would.
