Wonderfully comfortable gentleman's sneaker with great structural support, room for a Dr. Scholl's gel innersole, and perfect for feet with neuropathy.

This shoe is a wonderful shoe. My husband started wearing them last year and it is the only shoe that feels great on his feet. He is a 11M. We have ordered several pairs in white and black. Order them you won't be sorry.

These are very comfortable. Please continue to make the 11.5 size as it is usually not available. Great support.

GREAT SHOE!!!! Bought them for my husband. If you have flat feet, get these shoes - even his orthotics didn't help a lot, but on his doctor's recommendation, we bought these shoes and he hasn't had a problem since. Apparently, they work so well because the shoe doesn't flex (a big no-no for flat feet). We walk a lot and he has no pain anymore.

Great shoe for both men and women. Fits well, terrific arch support, perfect for keeping feet warm and comfortable. Highly recommend. And thanks to Zappos for carrying such a wide range of sizes/widths, and great customer service!

Excellent fit for my 4 EEEE feet and still plenty of room for my orthotics to fit inside, too. I can wear these shoes for 8 hours or more and my plantar faciitis never bothers me at all. Great shoes and value combined with Zappos excellent service makes these shoes a winner.

My fifth pair. Only brand I've purchased for about 6 years. Love 'em. Never seem to wear out. Get new ones when they get too dirty to clean.

I liked these shoes right out of the box. There is no break in needed. Very comfortable, good arch support for my pronation. Soles have good grip. Nice shoe.

I have yet to decide whether I will keep them. I need the width due to a medical condition, but the length is just a bit too long. I usually get 10.5 but that is just a bit too small. The product and company are both great.

These shoes are comfortable, durable and decent looking. This is my second pair. You can't beat them for the price.

Not a bad shoe for work. It's all black and provides a lot of arch support. I'm an overpronator and have flat feet. Had these for about a month now. I'm on my feet all day at work. At the end of the day my feet don't hurt as much. I think these will last about a year. Definitely worth the price.

I have had trouble with my feet for several years. My podiatrist recommended a bigger size shoe and orthotics. I have a narrow size and found that Zappos has the best selection of narrow sizes anywhere. I ordered the Brooks Addiction Walker and have been very impressed with not only the shoe but the service as well. The shoes are the most comfortable I've ever had and are good quality. They are true to size. I will even order another pair in a different color. Zappos customer service is top notch. They are the only ones I've found who offer free shipping both ways and their prices are still competitive.

Great walking shoe. No break-in time, comfortable from the start. Slightly on the warm side. For those with hot feet, you might want to use wicking socks.

My son was getting ready to drive back to college when we realized he needed these shoes. He's a doctoral student and expected to look well and his old shoes had finally become too shabby after a year of daily wear. The shoes were shipped to us overnight with no problems and no shipping. My son has a pronation problem and has been wearing this type of shoe since junior high. The suede Nubuck material on this shoe gives him the good appearance he needs for work along with the pronation protection he has to have. Thanks, Zappos.

I would recommend this product to anyone wanting an excellent, comfortable and well-cushioned walking shoe.

Very substantial and supportive shoe. The part of the shoe around the ankle is pretty stiff and can be a bother until it breaks in. You can bend it around to speed up this process. The leather feels a little cheap and stiff also, compared to some of my other shoes. I compared it to the NB MW927 and the leather on the NB felt softer. The sole on this Brooks feels like it should last well, although I have only had it a month. The shoe is wide and has a nice deep toebox. It is comfortable and I wore it all day the first time out of the box. Kudos to Zappos for their wonderful customer service. I wear wide shoes and the selection at Zappos is outstanding, and of course the shipping is lightning fast. Zappos, you are the best.

I have some back problems and have always had trouble finding shoes that are comfortable and which don't cause other pains. I bought this pair from Zappos several years ago and have worn them daily. Just recently, I've bought another pair. The new pair seemed tight and I vaguely remember maybe the pair a few years ago did, too, and I had the shoe repair place stretch them out.

The most comfortable walker I\'ve ever worn. These shoes felt perfect the first moment I put them on (a rare event for me). I can wear them all day and the footing is really balanced\/stable and my feet feel fine at the end of the day. They feel like they roll with you when you walk with good isolation from hard surfaces. I think the sizing is about right, although I followed others advice and ordered a half size up and things worked out great. I\'d order another pair without hesitation.

Brooks makes great shoes and I have bought two or three selections.The Addiction Walker is the one that I have settled into and I have bought several from Zappos. Right out of the box it fits with perfect comfort if you zero in on your correct size. Mine is 12.5 and with Zappos those hard to find half sizes are available.

I have just purchased my 5th pair of the Brooks Addiction Walker. First order was because you carried size 12 1\/2. However, these never need breaking in. They are immediately "wear-ready". Also, Zappos free overnight shipping is wonderful.

The comfort of the Brooks Addiction Walker straight out of the box is surpassed only by the excellence of Zappos' customer service. I was floating on air in these shoes less than 24 hours after ordering them. Thanks, Zappos! (A word about the width: For what it's worth, by way of a very limited comparison, the 4E width in these shoes is distinctly roomier than the New Balance MW645 and MW927 in the same width.)

Great experience ordering from Zappos. I got my shoes about 3 days after I ordered them. Very pleased -- will order from them again. I wear 12D in a dress shoe, but in this shoe I take a 13D. This is probably my fourth or fifth pair of this shoe. It used to come in brown leather, wish it would again. Thought their website was easy to use.
