These are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. They look a little bulky, but otherwise I have got no complaints.

This is the ultimate in ride and support for the 12 hour shift on a concrete factory floor. It is also good corporate camouflage; noone knows but me! As always, order a half-size larger for Brooks.

I ordered these on Saturday, the clerk said, they'll ship on Monday, be there by Tuesday. They were here Monday afternoon! Zappos, you're great! As for the advice of others to order one size larger, I did that and they seem exactly right. I'm an 11.5 and I ordered 12.5 and the fit is just right. Love the shoe. I'm replacing New Balance 780 which I sent back to another seller twice because of wrong fit and then defective arch. The Brooks seems like the answer & Zappos is definitely the way to go!

I use these shoes for work where I stand on concrete all day. The fit was great although I have to order a half size larger in Brooks as opposed to New Balance. They have good cushioning and support from heel to toe. Would buy them again.

This shoe is great. It is comfortable and have great arch support. Zappos is speedy. I ordered the shoe on Sunday and it got delivered on Tuesday.

My husband walks on concrete flooring at work each day and has complained about his feet for YEARS! We have tried so many shoes and inserts, etc. Bought these shoes 2 weeks ago. I've always thought he had skinny feet, so for the first time ever, ordered a Narrow width and a whole size up from what he has worn all these yrs. (from 10 1/2 to 11/12, due to customer reviews). Also chose these shoes for same reason (cust. reviews!) Not exactly holding my breath, but so far he is VERY pleased and has NOT complained about his feet since day one of wearing them!! He has flat feet and weak ankles. The narrow seems to be wonderful and they are totally supportive around ankles! Had to swap sizes around a couple of times before getting it right, but customer service was wonderful about it, and each time the shoes would arrive within 2 days! Keeping my fingers crossed here folks! If all continues to go well, this will be THE shoe from now on! Thank you Zappos!!! You are great!

This is the 2nd pair of Brooks Addiction Walker that I purchased for my husband. He said that they are the most comfortable shoe he has ever worn. Will be ordering a pair for my son soon. Also love Zappos as they are always so helpful, prompt with shipping and stand behind the free shipping.

First pair after 3 years. Didn't realize how 'flat' my old ones were until I put these on. I did go a half size larger based on some of the reviews and have not regretted it. These are simply the most comfortable walking and all-around shoes I've ever owned. I have moderate over-pronation and use an orthotic. Only improvement would be if they would put themselves on my feed automatically every morning. I'm thinking of buying a brown pair next. (The current pair is black).

Awesome shoes! Brooks quality at a great price. I spend all day on concrete, so these are perfect and very comfortable. I am very pleased with my purchase, and with Zappos quick shipping.

I've never worn a more comfortable shoe! As an overpronator who wears orthotics with all of my other shoes, this shoe has plenty of support and motion control, making orthotics unnecessary.

Great support and comfortable all day. Use them with Birkenstock arch supports which fit over the existing insole.

Seems as good if not better than previous versions of this shoe. Arch support seems very good. Stability of this shoe is also excellent. Very well constructed!

First Zappos is great! Now the addiction shoe is the best shoe I have found for my husband. He has very wide feet and flat Sasquash, his feet were always hurting. He deformed all his shoes. Not this ones. The sole won't wear funny, it stays like new and shoes last him a year! After a day's work his feet are tiered but not hurting. He made me buy a pair for myself for work and what a difference! Concrete floor has nothing on me.

Had been using NB walkers and cross trainers for the last decade, or more. The last couple of years have been less than pleased with fit and longevity. Decided to try Brooks for the first time. Have been very pleased. I walk about 4 miles a day as part of my work commute. So far these shoes have about 100 miles and I couldn't be more pleased. They feel very supportive and well cushioned. I often take steps 2 or 3 at a time. Sometimes going downstairs in the NB walkers, it was uncomfortably jarring, not so with the Brooks. Very nice. My only question now is how well they will hold up. I was able to get over 1000 miles in some of the earlier NB walkers. More recent NB purchases the soles started coming apart in chunks. Time will tell for the Brooks.

The only shoes I buy anymore. I have flat feet and I am on my feet all day. My feet don't hurt at the end of a 12 hour day.

I was a bit skeptical about buying this shoe because of my previous experience with Brooks Walking Shoes, but to my surprise this one fits perfectly and is very comfortable and no break in period either. Obviously, my misgivings about Brooks are a thing of the past.

These are the most comfortable walking shoes I've ever had, and the wide width fit my foot perfectly. I did, however, order size 10 1/2 because I ordered Thorlos Moderate Cushion Walking Socks as well, and these too are terrific for walking but will require a slightly roomy fit in shoe size.

Very comfortable and good support for daily wear by my husband. He appreciates the wide choice of shoes in his size available at Zappos. The suede does scuff a bit.

This is my second purchase of this shoe -- gratifying to see the quality hasn't gone down, as is so often the case when I find something that works for me. Fits great, good quality, plain white, and it's the only shoe I can actually wear all day and not be in pain. I have high arches and insteps, so a 'moderate arch support' rating from me would be considered 'excellent' to someone with an average arch. These last a long time, too, and don't get all grungy-looking. Great shoe.

I love this shoe. I had severe pain in my legs while walking to work. I switched to these shoes and some over the counter orthotics and I am pain free. I love these shoes. They can even pass for dress shoes. Not the most stylish but useable.

They fit perfect and I love them. I ordered them online after midnight and was walking in them in 30 hours through normal shipping! They are perfect for wearing with my Navy Uniform as they are all black and permitted when recovering from a foot injury.

I agree with all the positive reviews for the Brooks Addiction Walker. Very comfortable from the first time wearing them. However, my feet get hot in these shoes, I wish they breathed better.

These are a great shoe fit nice. Laces are a little close together but not a problem.

Just ordered my 3rd pair of Addictions and find them fantastic. I work in a grocery store where I'm on my feet all day. Brooks last a long time, provide lots of support and are very comfortable. Of course, Zappos rocks!
