Great shoes. I am flat footed so I need a good shoe with good built in arches. Shipping time was excellent as well.

I found Brooks shoes at Zappos, seem to be a perfect fit for my feet. Like them so much, I buy two pair at a time!

I was surprised to find this product. Thanks to Zappos' site, locating great matches to my particular shoe requirements (4E width) was easy. Even in New York City the sports shoe stores do not carry this product. This is my second find via Zappos. By the way, I am very happy with these shoes.

I've got them on right now. They look good and they feel good. Great everyday shoe.

Most comfortable shoe I own. This is my third pair. I have arch problems, but these shoes have eliminated the problem.

I have very pronated (flat) feet and have had all my life. I've always worn the best custom orthotics to provide additional support . The orthotic manufacturer highly recommends Brooks running and walking shoes, more than the orthopedic shoes he sells because they are cheaper and provide excellent support. Zappos is the best way to get them as they are more responsive to their customers needs and more competitive than running shoe stores who might not have the inventory. I recommend going to a store for correct sizing if possible to avoid returns, but with free shipping, it's academic.

During treatment following an ankle sprain my physical therapist recommended softer, more flexible shoes to force my feet "work" more during exercise. I soon found rugged but pliable trail running shoes; however, good walking shoes proved more of a challenge. I finally found the Addiction Walker and have been very pleased. There is more than enough stability in these shoes but there is also plenty of flex. On concrete or gravel my feet are rolling and moving as was recommended while I'm experiencing a smooth and comfortable walk.

Love these everyday shoes. They actually come in 12.5N -- amazing. Very comfortable, highly padded inside although a little stiff at first outside -- not glove leather for sure! Wish they came with better shoe laces. These are too short and cheap. I am hard to fit (!) and fussy about comfort (I have diabetes and my feet/toes are tender). These shoes feel great. I wear custom orthotics so I cannot comment on arch support.

Wow, I just got these today and am wearing them right now. I have multiple problems with my feet and have switched from the "Beast" to the Addiction. My feet feel better with these shoes on than they felt barefoot. I like 'em!

I walk between 3 and 4 miles every day and I've found these shoes to perform well under this extreme use. The fit I judged to be very good although I must say that normally I use a size 7 but a took a chance and tried a 7.5 with these. The left shoe is a perfect fit and the right is ever so slightly tight in the toe box. This is to be expected until shoe manufacturers wise up and make the right shoe slightly larger.

This is my second pair of this sneaker but my first Zappos purchase. Brooks was recommended after suffering severe plantar fascia. This is the only sneaker that I found that I can wear at length (8 - 12 hours) and be pain free. Buying from Zappos couldn't be easier. The sneakers arrived very quickly and Zappos provided great communication through out the purchase and delivery.

Seriously, they should change the entire concept of the Brooks walking shoes to an entirely new category all relating to comfort, integrity and support and then mention that these can also be used for walking. All I hoped for and more, especially where endurance due to comfort has prolonged my walking efforts. Maybe just a little nerdy looking style wise but who cares when the positives far outweigh the style points.

When I received my Brooks sneakers, I was so impressed that I ordered this pair for my husband. He loves them and said it was the best sneakers he ever owned.

Good arch support. Very good walking shoe. Also have them in the brown nubuck.

I'm on my feet for 1 to 2 hours at a time and needed a good comfortable shoe. These are the best that I have found. The size is good and the support is great even though they have no metal in them (I x-rayed them). Several men at work (court house) have them and swear by them as well.

I purchased the grey suede type. It is a good looking, very comfortable shoe. I am saying this as a person who walks a lot.

I have plantar fascia in one heel and these shoes are the best I've found by far, especially along with Aetrex inserts (unfortunately not available from Zappos). They are very supportive with a somewhat stiff sole which is sufficiently cushioned to make them very comfortable.

I use this shoe for work 8-9 hours/day and it provides great support and comfort. I'm a delivery driver and I'm constantly stepping into and out of my truck and walking at a brisk pace while carrying boxes. This shoe provides great stability and comfort all day. I used NB in the past but the base of the tongue dug into my foot the Brooks don't do this at all. This is my 3rd pair of this shoe, they're great!

I have worn the Brooks Addiction running shoe for years and recently tried the Addiction walker. This is a great shoe, right out of the box.

Excellent walking shoe, very comfortable on a long day walking around New York. I have wide feet, and the EE width were nice and roomy, with no toe crunch. Good arch support too.

I have been having difficulty finding shoes that I can wear comfortably since being diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. The Brooks Addiction walkers have been a life saver for me. Coupled with a pair of Lynco orthotics I am able to walk pain-free most of the time. I have not found any other shoes that are as comfortable. They do seem to run a half-size small and fairly narrow so order accordingly.

I have another pair of Brooks shoes (Beast). I needed a pair of black shoes for work, ordered these. I have custom insoles that I slipped in and they fit and feel perfect from the first day that I wore them.

Perfect for me. My foot is long, 15 and narrow B. The toe box is perfect for me.

The shoes are comfortable, give great support. My doctor had advised me to stop wearing New Balance running shoes because they were giving me back problems. These shoes are much better for day-to-day use. Love them. Also very pleased with fast Zappos service.
