I have a very hard foot to fit - size 14 and a bit on the narrow side. These are great, comfortable and well made. I expect I will not need another pair for a very long time!

Excellent service, great shoe.I am returning it because of the width is to small.I need to go to a 10 1/2 E.Would like to exchange to a wider width.

I bought my second pair because I was so pleased with my original purchase after a few months of use. I used to buy only Rockport for walking. However, now I am a Brooks Addiction Walker fan.

Fantastic shoe. Seems worth the price, I just haven't owned them long enough. They seem really solid and hopefully they don't disappoint me for the price.

I wear an 8 B (narrow). For me, that has meant shopping in most stores and ending with a 7 to 8-1/2 medium, and spending the rest of its life wearing thick socks and sliding around in them slightly. This shoe was the end of that. It fits perfectly and cradles my foot. It is listed as a "walking shoe" and I believe it, I could go walking in these forever. Since I live in the Northeast, the sole is perfect for walking on snow/slush/ice.

I like the Brooks Addiction Walker I have feet problems all the time. I am on my feet all day. So far my feet feel pretty good after being in these shoes. I would recommend these shows for anyone who is tall, big, and have feet problems. I also had to get a half size bigger and a 4E.

I bought these shoes for my husband. He loves their comfort and wears them on a daily basis. He says that they are the most comfortable shoe that he owns. Will definitely buy a third pair!

These are terrific shoes for walking. I've been buying them for many years. They've changed a bit in fit, but still are the best I've found for walking and treadmill workouts. They sometimes can be very hard to find - not sure why. Limited production?

I tried a lot of different shoes after having subtalar fusions (ankle surgery) on both legs over the last couple of years. I wear a size 14 4E shoe. None of my former go-to shoes fit after surgery. Brooks Addiction/Addiction Walker were the only shoes I could find that had sufficient width in the midfoot. Many 4E (wide) shoes have sufficient width in the forefoot but pinch the midfoot on the outer edge (5th metatarsal). This was also the case for all the non-Addiction Brooks shoes I tried. I now have multiple pairs of the Addiction and Addiction walker. They are the only shoes I wear, I have 2 large boxes of shoes to contribute to a local recycling group in my trunk. The design of the sole on these shoes is incredible. Very smooth rolling gait. Note-I have custom orthotics. The quality of the materials and workmanship excellent (comparable to Merrel, and far better than New Balance).

I had a pair of these in the brown suede, and they are awesome. I work at the local Home Depot, and walk all day. These shoes are so comfortable right out of the box, no break in period needed. My brown ones are pretty used, so I just ordered another pair of the brown to go with these. Zappos is the only place to buy shoes. Thanks, Zappos.

Let me start out by saying I'm on my feet all day standing on concrete floors and don't walk around too much. I've tried at least 10 pairs of shoes rated for comfort and couldn't make it through the day without foot, leg or back pain wearing any of them. The only shoes I've been able to wear were Nike Monarch's but lately they develop a nasty squeak that's really embarrassing so I've searched high and low for alternatives. I weigh 225 lbs. and have always worn skate shoes but over time they now hurt too. The Brooks Beast didn't work so I was worried when I ordered these. These, however, are awesome! They are a little warm being all leather, and don't really stretch much so the normal 2E was a little too tight. But they are comfortable and feel very supportive, not too much arch support, no fancy insole, just pure comfort and my aches and pains are gone! If you stand all day and your dogs are always barking, do yourself a favor and get these shoes! Enjoy!

My husband, who is a severe pronator with flat feet, is thriving in these shoes. The arches in the shoe are moderate, enough for comfort especially with his orthotics, but those with high arches/insteps might find themselves wishing for more. The sizing is accurate, as is width; however, there is not a great deal of extra room in the toe box (beyond the throat of the laces). Here the shoe feels snug - not tight - and cannot be loosened by the wearer. I have a sense that some stretching of the leather will occur over time, making this a less close fit. The fit is entirely acceptable, though if you wear thick socks, you might want a wider shoe. The cushioning is outstanding, so much so that these have taken precedence over slippers for my husband, who has bunions as well as arthritis in his metatarsals. This is a really excellent shoe, and the leather is super suave - smooth, beautiful even texture, truly fine. An A+ shoe all around!

I am glad I found this shoe. While different feet need different kinds of shoes, this one is the right choice for me. I have raised arches and have been on the look out for shoes that would stop the back pain I was experiencing. After many shoes and various inserts, these show did the job. I hope they keep making them.

Absolutely love this shoe. I'm on my feet all day and these shoes provide comfort that I need to take the stress off of my joints. The extra thick soles do more than enough to cushion the impact from running and walking.

This is a great shoe. I have wide feet (4E) and this is the best fitting shoe I have bought in a long time. Felt great from the moment I took it out of the box. Great support, true to size and width.

Wearable right out of the box with no break i period. I bought size 12.5 and it was a perfect fit unlike the Nikes I first bought that ran small. Nice looking, good traction and comfortable for long hours on my feet.

Bought a pair of these years ago to work in. Very comfortable! Bought this pair for my usband for Christmas as he has low arches and compalines about most shoes. He loves these! States they were comfortable right out of the box. Definitely would order again!

This is my second pair of Brooks Addiction Walkers. They are the best that I have found. I wear them for work at the airport. I have low arches and use my custom orthodics in them.Such a solid shoe. I will keep coming back to these shoes.

These shoes are awesome! I got them for work and walking the dogs. Now they are my first shoe I go to for my everyday stuff. I would buy another pair.

Great shoes! I bought these to wear instead of always wearing tennis hoes or my good leather shoes in the rain and/or cold weather and I really like them. I wear a narrow and bought the newbuck style so I can wear them with jeans or business casual slacks. Very comfortable and they look nice! I have a hard time finding shoes that are nice and comfortable and these are perfect for what I wanted. Excellent shoes for the money. And as always, Zappos is great!

I wear these all day. They can pass for casual dress shoes. So comfortable. These are my 2nd pair. I still have the other that I occasionally wear.

My husband loves these shoes. He always has two pairs in use, and two new pairs on the closet shelf. He has a large, narrow foot and these shoes fit perfectly and are very comfortable.
