These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I started with the tennis shoes and was very pleased that they offer them in brown. Excellent shoe, excellent company.

I have purchased Rockport World Tour Classics walking shoes in the past and they were fine. But when I put these Brooks Addiction Walkers on my feet, the very first time, the fit was true and comfortable. They are sturdy do not roll out to the side like my Rockports did nor did the heel show extreme wear and tear.

Oh, this shoe, this shoe. So comfortable. It feels like you're sticking your foot into a warm, welcoming cave. It's so, so, nice. I'd give it a perfect score if the shoe were just a bit more stylish.

I had purchased a pair of Reebok walking shoes and kept trying to talk myself into liking them but they just didn't fit well at all. The Brooks were my second choice and the fit and comfort were excellent from the beginning. I walk for exercise and love them!

If you have flat feet, these are the best shoes on the market. I love mine, they have awesome arch support and specially designed soles that realign your legs, relieve back pain and improve your posture. I wish I had discovered these shoes years ago, they are worth every penny.

I bought a pair of B width Brooks Addiction Walkers about a month ago and wear them to work regularly. I walk about a mile to and from work each day and wear them throughout the day. So far they are very comfortable and have not shown significant wear. They offer good support and provide excellent traction. I have not found that they lose traction on we wet slate or tile floors as mentioned in some reviews. I feel the design is a bit stodgy, looking like a medically prescribed orthopedic shoe, but their fit and comfort are very good. It is difficult to find good fitting shoes for people with narrow feet.

Comfortable work shoe. This is my third pair. They are a nice business casual shoe. Zappos is also great on the shipping. Received these the next day. Thanks!

Incredible shoes! I have bad toes and bad ankles and these shoes are the best I have ever had. I have a pair in black and white and wear them everyday to all occasions. These shoes have been truly a find, I will always wear these.

This is my second pair. I bought the brown first, and I liked them so much that I bought a black pair. They look good, and they are so comfortable. My feet are not sore at the end of the day anymore.

I'm very leery about buying shoes online, but I used the size i wear for my Brooks Ghost running shoes. These shoes are terrific, Comfortable, nice cushioning. The soles are more slippery than i would like when they are wet, but otherwise, you won't go wrong buying these.

These are the best walking shoes I have ever had. I walk a lot on a daily basis and I was beginning to develop foot pain. I purchased these after discovering they were recommended by the American Podiatrist Association and after reading the positive reviews on Zappos. I have worn these for about a month now...no more foot pain! And Zappos rocks of course! Note: Order half size larger than usual.

My husband has very fussy feet and he tried probably about 15 pair of shoes before he found these. They are very comfortable and he can walk for hours in them. He needs a lot of cushioning and support and these seem to provide both.

Having trouble finding a good fit was not the issue here. These shoes have been very reliable in the last seven weeks. They have been worn most every day. The primary purpose is for exercise walking up to two miles per day. The shoe accomodate protsheics easily.

Found the Addition after New Balanced changed the 840-845 walking shoes I'd been wearing for years. Needed a 1/2 side larger than NB, but if you're looking for an alternative to the hateful 846-847 NB than these are just what you are looking for. Plus they come in brown which is great if you wear them into the office.

Great comfort right from the get go. Size was just right. Used to get New Balance, but they are not the same size as they used to be.

I walk several mikes every day for exercise and love this shoe. In fact it is my 2nd pair. Excellent arch and heel support. Durable and wears well.

This is a superior shoe. Not cheap, but comfortable, well-styled, "breatheable" footwear. I've had them for about 3 weeks -- not long enough to rate their durability, but long enough to know they are one of the best pairs of shoes I've bought in a long while.

Bought these shoes for my dad who has wide flat feet and large bunions. He has a really difficult time finding comfortable shoes...so this pair was a blessing! He wore them on vacation every day and he was pain-free. I like that they are well treaded and have proper arch support as well. Pricey, but definitely a quality, well-supportive walking shoe!

First Brooks shoe for me. I bought based on other reviews and am not disappointed. Wonderful shoe. Very comfortable right out of the box. True fit as I wear a 13AAAA US. Hard for me to find a good fitting walking shoe and the Addiction is it.

Great fit out the box. Bought them to help with my Plantar Fasciitis and heel spur. On my feet on concrete floor 10 hours a day. A little early to report full results, but so far I am happy with them. Zappos has been great - fast shipping and price. Love the width options also.

I have issues related to low arches. This shoe, while not a cure, made walking enjoyable again. The shoe has great side to side support. There is plenty of room in this shoe to remove the liner and insert your own custom orthotic. I require a narrow fit and found this shoe to be spot on with no heel slippage in the B width. Also, this is a nice lighter weight shoe! Great shoe...buy with confidence!

Used to buy New Balance all the time. New Balance does not fit anymore. They are much narrower than before. The last pair were put together crooked. These Brooks Walkers fit perfectly.

I needed a top quality walking shoe per my foot doctor, she said the shoes I ordered were top notch. The shoes arrived on time via UPS, the moment I slipped the shoe on, I knew they were good, seamless comfort right from the start, they are even better if worn with socks that are smooth and soft on the bottoms, as opposed to a more aggressive scratchy sock. I highly recommend these shoes if you want a true comfort shoe.
