These shoes cost more than double what I like to pay for shoes, but I just bought my 3rd copy. The super comfort is worth the extra money to me. They're also reasonably durable. I also like that they stay tightly tied all day, not sure if this is the shoe design or the laces. About the only negative I can think of is that while they have excellent grip on dry surfaces, they tend to be a bit slippery on wet surfaces. I don't care about style so I just left a 5 star rating.

Excellent fit and gives me the arch support I need. I have pronounced pronation that has impacted my knees. This shoe solved my problem and killed the pain.

I bought the white Brooks Addiction Walkers last week. They are terrific. Very stable, yet plenty cushy. I have two pairs of Asics Gel Cumulus running shoes which are super shoes, too. I do not run - I just wear them to work. But because they have mesh uppers, my feet get cold in the winter. So I bought these because they were leather. And I am very pleased with them. So pleased, in fact, that I also ordered a brown pair, too. They felt a little tight at first, width-wise, but within a half-day, they fit great. And, as always, Zappos got them here incredibly quickly! Seriously, Zappos is the best that I have ever seen regarding service, shipping, and returns.

My Brooks Addiction Walkers appear to be as advertised, but I haven't walked any distance in them yet -- just wearing them around the house to see if they fit properly.

Yes, the size was too small. I don't think the size doesn't match with the regular shoes we order outside. but the exchange was very smooth. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. I would surely buy here in future. very happy with Zappos.

I love the shoes but not the pricing. My last order was less. Now at this cost is a little increase. I'll be looking around for another source because I feel an increase is ridiculous.

After trying different shoes for flat feet, I stumbled upon the Brooks Addiction Walker. They fit like a glove and are so so comfortable. I look forward to putting them on actually. I haven't felt like that about shoes ever.

Bought these for my husband who walks 6+ miles a day. He loved them the minute he put them on. He has a very wide foot and these are perfect. We shall see how many miles they last.

I am very pleased with my purchase of Brooks walking shoe. I have narrow feet and I have tried several name brand shoes and they all gave me blisters from my feet sliding around.

This is the second pair my husband has gotten. He has very narrow feet and these fit him very well and provide excellent support. He uses these on trips where we do lots of walking. They still look nice to wear to with slacks and a dress shirt.

These shoes fit like a dream and the walk is better than anticipated. I am glad I did the research I did to get these super comfortable shoes.

I put a lot of miles on these shoes as I wear them everyday all day long. I have used this shoe for about 5 years so this is not my first re-order. I have them in white as well. They hold up well...wore the last pair for 18 months and am keeping them for rainy days. Love them.

I am 70 years old and I walk about 6 to 8 miles every day for fitness. I have very wide feet and toes that are a little short in proportion to my foot length. I have often gotten bunions and thick callouses between my toes due to the cramped fit for my toes. This makes walking painful. I also have had problems with heal pain, Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis. This shoe has solved all of those issues and I walk pain free. For me, these are the best walking shoes made and I am will probably never try any other brand.

The real test of of a shoe's worth is not simply the comfort on day 1 or week 1, but that said these seem well-made and comfortable. I have walked a couple miles each day in these for a week, and they seem like good shoes. This is my first pair of Brooks walking shoes.

It's a well made shoe. When I walk, there's a springy-ness coming from the mid-sole material. It's a good walking shoe. I got the widest EEEE size. Still, when I've had the shoe on a while, there's a snug encapsulating feel to it. Not objectionable, but my Rockport walkers have a little more looseness about them. The Brooks may or may not be an all day shoe, depending on how you like the feel.

After purchasing a pair of Brooks running shoes at a local sporting goods store I went back to the same store to get yet another pair of "running shoes" even though I gave up running years ago and that sporting goods store didn't have the style I liked in stock. I figured I could order them myself on line and save myself a lot of running around but when I searched for Brooks shoes, up came Zappos and lo and behold, they had these Addiction Walkers by Brooks that I was totally unaware of for the same price as the second pair of running shoes I was considering. These Addiction Walkers are perfect for my job where I'm on my feet sometimes 11 or 12 hours a day and on hot pavement. The nice thing is they look nice and casual because my employer frowns on anyone wearing a tennis shoe. What a great discovery with these Brooks Addiction Walkers. Shipping was exactly on the day they said they'd arrive and I am very satisfied with how everything turned out. The best part is I found an extremely comfortable shoe that I can wear all day without my feet suffering. I've worn a lot of pairs of Skechers only to find that my feet ache near the middle of my day but not with the Brooks shoes. I highly recommend these shoes if you're on your feet a lot during the day. So far the best support in a shoe I've found. Thanks Zappos for having them available and in my size. A 14d. Perfect story with a perfect ending.

BUNIONS BEWARE!! I ordered 3 pair to wear to work for the upcoming school year. They are the best for wide feet, flat feet, and on your feet most of the day feet! I'm 63 and work 7 hours per day. I want to postpone foot surgery as long as I can. These shoes keep me going.

Just purchased two pairs of Brooks Addiction Walkers. One pair in black, one pair in brown. Both of my current pairs lasted 2 years and are still comfortable! They are built to last, the interior cushioning is excellent, and the soles are still in great condition. Why spend $40 to $50 twice per year on inferior shoes when a pair of these last so long?! My feet and comfort are worth the price.

I like these shoes! They are comfortable and offer good support. They are not high style, but that's apparent in the photo and video. Good walkers!

Subsequent to my foot surgery, I have been ordering these shoes from ZAPPOS for approx. 6 years. I have 3 pair and wear them almost exclusively all day long 7 days a week. Although they seem a little pricey, I wouldn't think of any other kind. Great support and superb comfort. Zappos has excellent service and always stands by their products.

I have now ordered my second pair of these shoes. They fit well and offer good support. I will probably buy another pair when these wear out. Overall, an excellent shoe.

I changed from New Balance. The shoes arrived 10 minutes before a trip to the airport a for a trip out of town. I laced them up. I felt the difference before I got to my car. They were excellent and fit well. There was no change in size. They even made the miserable time on the plane better.

Very comfortable shoe. I ordered some Brooks in a 2E when I'm a 4E and they didn't fit right. These fit great in a size 15, 4E. These feel sturdier than a cheaper pair of New Balance sneakers. However, these are not non-slip soles. Watch out for greasy floors. I walk in these 10+ hours a day. I immediately replaced the insoles with my own (Spenco Polysorb); the originals look typical - thin, white foam. I like my Asics better, but until they make a pair in all-black, these will do.

Extremely comfortable shoe. I had to send my normal dress shoe size back and get a full size larger. I ordered the replacement shoes that were sent next day air and returned the original pair at no cost to me. The service was great and I love the shoes.
