Strange cut on the top of the shoe that showed most of my toes down to the nails; not flattering. Also shoe was overall a bit large on my foot. Going back.

Cute shoes, but have worn for first time and they are not comfortable. I purchased in my usual size based upon reviews, but these shoes are smashing my toenails - a sign that they are too small. Unfortunately, now that I've worn them I cannot return.

By themselves, these are really cute shoes. And I loved all the colors they came in, and I was fully prepared to come back for several more pairs if they fit well. I also had high hopes that since these are kitten heels, that they be more wearable after a long day at work. However, trying them on, first I will say they seem half a size too small. The first pair I tried on, in my standard size, I could feel my toenails hitting the toe box. That's not going to work. I went a half size larger and that seemed to work fit-wise. However, how my feet looked in the shoe, they just made my feet look long, flat and wide. Kind of the opposite of what I'm going for. Also what I didn't like what the toe box didn't cover enough of my toes and you could see the beginning of my toe creases- if that's the term for it. One pair did have the chemical smell- the other did not. Disappointed these didn't work out. :(

These shoes in patent leather are super cute. Unfortunately, I've been wearing them to work for a month and they are scuffed up and the coating on the heels is coming off. I would have thought they would have lasted a bit longer given the price, but perhaps I have high expectations. If you only need to wear them once a week or a month, I suppose this is a good deal!

This shoe is not as cute in person. The purple is darker than it appears in the picture. Also, the leather is very stiff and uncomfortable. I have wide feet, and the width felt okay, so it may not work for people with narrow feet. I was not impressed with the construction/quality, as I could see some of the glue around the sole.

I really liked this shoe - except for the fact that after only having worn it twice to work, the heel cap on one of them totally shattered and split off. It's nice that the shoes actually came with a spare pair, but for the price I didn't expect to have to be taking these in to get repaired after only having worn them twice.

I LOVED the shoes. I wore them twice, at 2 indoor events (Standing and sitting, no dancing.) At the first event, the heel came off and there was a screw exposed. I wore them again to a quick notice event and the heel came off the other shoe. We don't have shoe repair I our town or the next over, so I am hoping an exchange might do the trick. I'm not too hopeful, as other reviewers have had the same issue. If the heel was not a problem, this shoe would have 5 stars. They were very comfortable.

It looked great online. A bit big at the toes, but it felt uncomfortable walking around in my house. Did not make it to any event. Not comfortable at all, sending it back.

Beware! The image that displays for 'grey suede leather' is nothing like the actual shoe color. I was surprised when I opened the box because it is actually a light Heather grey and not the brown that is pictured. The suede is also slightly stained and doesn't seem great quality.

The shoe looks adorable online, but clunky and old-fashioned out of the box. Very wide toe box. I ordered the wide, and it was huge, so maybe a normal width would have been okay. But the smell was unbearable, as many others have commented. Also, the kitten heel distributes the weight oddly and hurts to stand on. Not a good shoe and there is a reason the price is so low.

I purchased the black crocodile version of this shoe. It is cute and moderately comfortable, but less than 2 weeks after purchase (and only 3 wears later, 2 of which were cocktail parties with very little wear and tear), the heel tap broke in half and fell off the left shoe. They include extra taps in the box when shipped, but I think is unreasonable to expect me to pay a cobbler to replace the taps after less than 10 hours of wear. If I could, I would return these shoes.

I ordered the dark gray... They had a prominent green tint to them so that they almost looked dark olive. Thankfully, the event I was wearing them to was in the evening with dim lighting so no one noticed. They were quite comfortable at the beginning of the night (I got them for a wedding), but ended up making my feet very sweaty and my feet slid around in them (I know, gross) making it hard to walk around. A few areas also rubbed sores on my feet.

Pretty cute though they were pretty stiff making them a little less comfortable. But I wore them one day almost exclusively indoors at work, and the heel cap shredded off of both shoes! I'll be returning them.

Beautiful, but far too short for me, and I ordered a 13, the largest size. Arch supports sometimes help with shoes that are a bit to short for me, but this design won't accommodate supports. The sole is definitely meant for indoor wear, and they smell terrible (which I could have dealt with given time and airing). Sadly, I will have to return them as they are not long enough.

I am disappointed, the shoes just did not look appealing on my feet. I ordered a size 10, my usual size, and a wide with. The shoes were too loose on my feet and my big toes felt cramped in the toe bed. I am returning the shoes.

The other reviewers weren't kidding about the chemical smell. It's quite strong. And these shoes make a squeaking noise when I walk in them. I ordered my usual size and they are wearable, but just a tiny bit snug. I'm returning them.

Usually when I can get a wide width, I can wear a size 8.5 W. After reading other reviews indicating that the shoe runs short I decided to order a 9 W and it was still too short. Also, the shoe makes me look like I have the feet of a hobbit stuffed into a cute patent dress shoe. Too bad! :(

These shoes have such a strong chemical smell that they have to go back. Also, they're called dark gray, and I hoped my screen was off, but unfortunately, they actually ARE olive green, as they appear online. They're cute, but def not gray, and stinky, stinky, stinky. Returning, unfortunately.

Pros: These shoes were immediately comfortable. I have very wide feet and there was no "breaking in/stretching" phase. I walk throughout my workday at a hospital and these were great for all day wear. The style is pretty cute, too. Cons: They smelled horrible right out of the box! They smelled like cheap rubber. I almost sent them back, but instead let them air-out for a few days. The smell eventually went away. They are also not made to last. I wore them pretty regularly, but they should still have last more than eight months. But alas, I had to throw them away before one year because the heel wore down to the nail. I could have them re-heeled, but since the "leather" was also cracking at the flex-point...I tossed them. Summary: If they were cheaper, I might buy another pair as throw-away shoes because they are so comfortable. But at this price, I will pass.

This shoe is comfortable and very cute, I'm tall and hate towering over people but also hate how slouchy flats feel, especially at work. These shoes have the perfect size heel for a taller girl who wants to look polished. I have bought this same shoe 4 different times in different colors or because they wore out, however, this last purchase only lasted a couple of months. I bought them in March and they were coming apart by May. I work in an office and sit at a desk most of the day. I wore these shoes to work only maybe 2 or 3 times a week and sat at my desk for the majority of the day. I work in a carpeted office building with sidewalks and rubber covered stairs, yes I take the stairs every day instead of the elevator but it is only one floor - up and down each morning, at lunch and when I leave. That's it. The parking area is paved and there are sidewalks. You would think I climbed mountains in these shoes every day for months the way the bottom has came off all 4 pair I have owned, the hell doesn't last any time before it becomes warbled. These are cute, cheap and comfortable so I didn't mind replacing them every so often but even for just $60, they should last in an office environment for more than 2 months. I'm done with this brand.

I have mixed feelings about this shoe. First, the things I like: The style is extremely cute and I cannot believe how comfortable they are! What I don't like: I ordered the gray and found the color to be a very strange color of gray. In some lights it almost looks khaki green. The other thing I don't like is the fact that the patent leather cracked right at the toe line (where most of the stress of walking takes place) after only the second time wearing them. However the cracks are small and I didn't know if Zappos would take them back or not after wearing. So I've kept them. I would have ordered more in more colors, but the cracking really bothers me.

Warning - these shoes are an odd greenish grey. Wearing them next to grey pants, it was pretty obvious once I left the house and stepped into the daylight. A coworker even commented on my "green" shoes! So I know it wasn't just me. Sheesh. Otherwise, cute and pretty comfortable.

These shoes felt very loose and the strap and oddly shaped heel were awkward. I am a big fan of Mary Janes, but these simply did not work for me.

I liked the fit and the height of the heel. But - this color is not grey as advertised, but is green. Also, the shoes squeak as I walk (the strap against the patent leather). I bought the same style in black leather and am quite happy -- these...not so much.
