These shoes are adorable and so comfortable! But sadly, the elastic holdings the button closed on the right shoe broke the second time I wore them! It's fixable, but still a bummer.

I often have a problem with stepping out of shoes (narrow heels, I guess), which is why I like the strap on these. But does anyone else have a problem with the back of the shoe digging into your skin, creating a blister?

I was in bad bad pain by the end of my day. Unless my feet grew wider since my last order, these shoes were not a medium. Because I wore them to work, I won't return them. But I seriously doubt I'll ever wear them again. Which is so sad! I got so many compliments!

I love the purple color of these shoes but they did not work for me. They were uncomfortable and caused blisters. The heel piece broke off only after wearing 2-3 times. Very slippery on hard surfaces. I wanted to like these.

I really like the look of these shoes, but they are too short. My toes are jammed against the end of the shoe. I am going to try the next size up and see how it goes.

These are super cute, and pretty comfortable, however, while I don't need a wide width shoe, my small foot (6.5) looked odd with this wide, rounded toe style...I have a feeling that if I wore a 7.5 or larger it would look b

Look, the shoe is adorable. The heel is just high enough to make it look like you made an effort to get dressed in the morning, but low enough that you can walk for miles and still be comfortable. I was in love with these shoes for two weeks. After those two weeks, the leather on the toe of mine looked as though I had been en pointe on the sidewalk for years. It just...fell apart. Really disappointing.

Bought this for the color and low heel. Quite comfortable, but looks a little cartoony -- ends up making my feet look Minnie-Mousish. I'll wear them, but I don't love them.

Very cute and would have been comfortable, however, the heel was too wide for me. The patent leather is a bit stiff, so if I had worn them they probably would have rubbed on my toes.

I should have read the reviews a little more closely. Sure enough when I opened the box the smell of the leather conditioners was overwhelming. Most reviewers said it's strong even after a month of leaving out so I'm going to have to send them back. Another reviewer commented about the width below the strap and into the toe box. My foot rubs holes into the sides of most of my shoes but swam in these.

I ordered these in purple patent. I opened the box and the chemical smell coming from the shoes was overwhelming. I left them with the box opened on my patio for a month and they still smell. Since then they have been sitting on my dresser and I haven't been able to wear them yet because I hate to think what the chemical used to cause the smell will do to my skin. Disappointing.

I'd been eyeing these forever and finally decided it was time. I ordered the turquoise. I was disappointed when I opened the box. The color was already chipping off in places and the fit was very strange. It was all over too big, but mostly it was very wide below the strap and into the toe box. I normally wear an 8.5/9 but always get 9 in running shoes and pumps, so maybe an 8.5 would be better, but it was such an odd fit and with the color chipping I didn't think it was worth it. I bought a pair of Biviel MJs instead.

Shoe runs small. Ordered a 10 and my toes were squished in the end and it was very tight. Needed at least a 10.5 or 11.

Love them. Super comfortable and everything I ever wanted. I'd looked forever for shoes just like this! However, the heel cap on the left shoe fell off the third time I wore them. I can't wear them again until I can find a heel cap replacement.

These shoes were super cute and lightweight, but after wearing them for two days for work, the shoes became very uncomfortable. It started to rub the side of my foot wrong and I had to stick gauze from the first aid kit at work to help with the tension. My feet were bright red when I got home and the next morning my ankles were killing me. I do a lot of walking and standing and was sad that these shoes did not work out and now I'm down the hole.

I really wanted these shoes to work. They're incredibly cute and perfect for my wedding dress (also red). However, after trying two different pairs, I found that the patent leather rubbed uncomfortably on the side of my heel (same spot, both pairs) and the toebox pinched my (admittedly wide) feet. Although it isn't as elegant, the red suede version of this shoe is much more comfortable and forgiving.

Shoes are definitely cute. The heel takes a little getting used to for me - it's shorter and a bit spikier than my others so I turned my ankle every once in awhile. Very red so therefore very noticeable!

These shoes run small and cut across the joint, making them somewhat uncomfortable. Supercute, but I am going to have to return mine.

As always, great service from Zappos.com. I bought these shoes in the red patent. They didn't have the same luster as most red patent shoes, and the surface seemed cracked, so I feel what all the other reviewers are saying about the quality of the materials. I'm a 9.5/10 and ordered the 10B. It felt true-to-size length-wise, but a bit wide/big over the top of my foot. Ultimately I'm returning this because of the toe cleavage issue; just way too much and it ended up make my feet looking even bigger than they are.

Ginger - I really liked the looks of these shoes, I'm a 7.5 and these fit perfectly. They're very comfortable to walk in. Unfortunately, I had to return these due to the chemical smell of the patent leather. Originally I thought airing it out might work, but it just made everything worse. By the end my throat started to hurt from chemical smell.

Not comfy - While these are cute in the picture and kind of cute on, when walking in my house I could tell they would cause heel pain in no time. There was quite a bit of shock in the heel and my toes were not comfy even though these are rounded. For a low heel you would think these would be comfy but my 3 inch plus heels are more comfortable than these. I'm sad they did not work for me and will be sending them back. (Still will buy just about all of my shoes from Zappos though!)

Cute, but way too small. This was a really cute shoe, with a stylish, but low heel. I was VERY sad to have to return it when my size (11) was way too small. They don't have any bigger sizes, so I'll have to look on for something else with a similar look.

I am returning. Do not like that the heel (which I might add is a perfect height) not the same material as the cute shoe.
