A decent looking shoe but much less support and comfort than I was expecting. I have problems with my knees and these don't really provide the right padding or support. I also thought the soles were pretty low quality and seemed to wear down with the very first wearing. I'm keeping them and they'll be ok, but I won't buy them again.

The off-gassing is indeed quite strong, but the main reason for sending it back is that that toe box is rounded like a toddler shoe. It really made me feel like an oversized little girl or, worse, a grown woman trying to dress like a little girl. Yuck!

I loved the style. The color is actually more grey. Overall they were too wide for me but I do have a narrow foot. I made a few adjustments: additional insole and other adhesive inserts. These additions helped so I kept the shoes because they are so cute! Probably won't buy this brand again because of the lack of arch support.

Shoes fit as expected, but they had a squeak every time I took a step with both shoes. It was rather loud too. I would have kept them if not for the squeak.

I love the style and heel height, I am hoping to wear these at work with both pants and dresses. I ordered the blue suede and they are true to color. I ordered my usual size and they are just a little snug, but being leather, I am hopeful that they will stretch a bit. I am only disappointed that these are not very comfortable shoes out of the box. After some positive reviews, I had high hopes, but if you are hoping for a Born, Sofft, Naturalizer-type shoe, this is not it. Heels and strap are stiff, toe box is fairly tight and pressing hard on my big toenail. I'm currently wearing them with super thick socks (inside my house!) and hoping to break them in a bit.

While the low heel and rubberized sole were good points, the quality left much to be desired. I wore this shoe 6-7 times and the tip came off the heel. The inside was very cheaply made with edges that rub the foot.

I so wanted to love these shoes. I just have a thing for Mary Janes. The problem I had was with the toe cleavage, especially on the outer sides. Just ugly and uncomfortable. They are so adorable on the screen though. They are perfect for someone, just not me. :(

These shoes look much cuter online. The toe area is much more round than they appear in the pictures, and the strap across the top is loose. I bought these in 3 colors and the straps on all 3 were loose, so I know it wasn't just a defect in one pair. Unfortunately, all 3 are going back.

Great shoe, great price, but the edges sort of curl over and are very firm, so they chafe against the inner and outer edge of the foot. Some blue steel sports cream would probably help, but the breaking in process felt like it would involve some skin coming off, so I returned them.

Toe is very round and not comfortable. If you are not wanting a round toe shoe, I would not recommend this shoe. If you like the mary jane style, you may like this product. I didn't think it had much support. Cuter in pictures on website than in person. I will be returning them and will keep looking.

This shoe is super cute, and flattering. Sole hard - had to put inserts so that my foot did not hurt. Definitely order size up. I usually wear a 9, I ordered a 9 and had to return for a 9.5, even that was a bit on the short side.

Nice looking shoe to wear with slacks to office, but smell is horrendous. I need to find a way to get the nasty chemical smell out of them so I can wear them. Too bad.

Lovely shoe, fits well enough for my foot size (12.5-13 W). Comfortable. Unfortunately, the heel taps began to fall apart after two wearings. Oddly enough, there was a replacement set of heel taps in the box.

I didn't really like these shoes. There was no padding inside so my feet slid around. The kitten heel didn't add much formality, since it was in a stacked casual wood color. It was boxy and wide in the toe - unflattering and uncomfortably so. I didn't notice any smell problems like other reviewers noticed though.

I ordered the gray however it is not gray at all. It is an olive green. I noticed this online but decided to take the chance in case it was wrong. I was the wrong one. Unless you want an army green shoe, don't get the gray! Very disappointed.

I love these shoes, but they aren't perfect. The cons: In order to wear them without tripping I had a surface applied to the bottom of the shoes, as the surface they came with is very slick. I had to add padding in the inside, or else my feet would be very sore by the end of the night. The shoes had to be aired out a lot after they arrived- some manufacturing scent stuck to them and smelled awful! The pros: The color is beautiful. I got the teal. The heel is high enough to be dressy, but low enough that I don't trip. The strap is just enough to keep the shoes secure on my feet. And I love the style! Very vintage.

Great fit, extremely cute BUT I ordered the red- Ginger and the color is MUCH darker than what is pictured. I'm so sad and disappointed because they were meant to be my wedding shoes. I wanted bright "50's" red, these come looking like a dark crimson.

Luckily I read the reviews and ordered a larger size - they were right. I love the rounded toe. I'm always looking for a shoe that's wide enough in front and fairly narrow in the heel. The toe was wide enough, but the heel was so wide it fell off my foot. I can't comment on comfort or support because I couldn't keep the shoe on long enough to find out. It's too bad, I like the small heel too - not too high but doesn't look chunky, and the sole is made of something that doesn't slip.

The color looked red on my computer screen. In fact it was a dark purplish maroon color - not at all what I was looking for.

These are cute shoes, but they didn't fit me at all. I have narrow feet, so I was hoping that with the strap I would be able to keep them on. The length was fine, but they were way too wide, my feet were flopping around in them. If you have normally sized feet you might have better luck. As far as comfort, they were okay. Not a dream to wear, but not horrible. Anyway, I had to send them back!

These are just as adorably cute in person as in the photo. Unfortunately, the strap was really large and flopped around and the front cut into my foot so they were too uncomfortable to keep. I'm bummed, because they are gorgeous.

Like this shoe, but definitely will need to reorder in at least a half size larger than I usually wear and for a different color. Be warned - the red patent is not the red one might expect. It is a deep burgundy. Other than that, they seemed like they would make a great shoe.

These shoes are lovely, cute, comfortable, but the 10 was much too small and the eleven so big that they looked terrible on me. So bummed because if they fit they would have been perfect.

I'm updating my original review of these shoes after receiving the second round of orders. The first ones, red suede, were fantastic. However, someone at Gabriella Rocha needs help with their color blindness. Do not be deceived by the pictures. I ordered four pairs, black suede, black patent, red patent, and dark grey patent. I was so excited to get my order and try the shoes with all of my red and grey clothing. Imagine my surprise on opening the box of "red" and finding burgundy shoes. Or wine. Or berry. Any color in that spectrum other than red. I held them up to my "red suede" from the same company, and the difference was like night and day. Dorothy wouldn't have clicked her heels and gone anywhere in burgundy shoes. Next up were the "grey". And I use the term loosely, because they too, were anything other than the color listed. Olive green would have been a closer description. When I tried them on with dark grey slacks, they went even greener, making me have a strong desire for a martini, both for the olive and to forget this nightmare. The only color they managed to get right was black. And on the plus side, they didn't stink.
