Finally...Style, Comfort and Support in a Sandal!! I have these shoes in the regular design that I wear for work and love them...I couldn't wait for the sandal version to come out. I love these for casual wear and they are the most comfortable shoe ever. I don't need to wear my orthodics anymore, and I know I'm getting the extra benefits of the barefoot technology that has improved my muscle tone and posture. I get a lot of compliments on them because they look good too.

Want a spring in your step? Then get these great shoes. They really do as they claim. My first time wearing them for my regular neighborhood walk my legs felt tired within the first block! I kept going though and my muscles accommodated the shoes. Feels like you are walking on the beach. I get new found energy when I put them on. For that alone they are gold to me! So comfy as well. Zappos of course is awesome as other places are a hassle to deal with and I will never stray. Get these shoes!

Great shoe - I have problem feet; I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on orthodics etc. These sandals are the first shoes that have let me walk for hours pain free. Wish they came in wide size; I am worried about buying the sneaker because of that.

Greatest Walking Sandal + Greatest Service - I purchased the MBT Kisumu sandal for a Mediterranean holiday that involved a lot of walking. I already own the athletic sneaker--which I love. The sandals are the most comfortable shoes your feet will ever experience. You can walk many miles for many hours over smooth or rough terrain and your feet and legs will be happy, energetic, and ready for more. MBT shoes make your feet feel like Ferraris. Special Note: I ordered the MBT Kisumu sandals from ZAPPOS late one evening and was wearing them the following afternoon--and I live in the Rocky Mountains. ZAPPOS provides the best service of any online company I have dealt with!

Best shoes ever! I originally bought a pair of the MBT tennis shoes and was very happy with them. Because the tennis shoes were too hot to wear in the summer time, I decided to buy these sandals. They are the most comfortable sandals. I can continue to get a good workout while walking and they look good with all my clothes.

Takes a bit of practice to walk smoothly, but the feel good is worth it!! The video included was a help, too.

They might not make my size 9 feet look small, but at age 60....I love my sandles. I stand tall, walk with an attitude and feel in control...thanks MBT...could you go on sale sometime? jws

The sandal looked better than expected and easy to adjust straps. Very comfortable foot bed and interesting to walk with the rocker bottom. This style is considered to be an unstable rocker and it did aggrivate a bad knee that I have. I probably need to go for the stable rocker in another type of shoe that does not allow as much side to side movement of foot. Also, note that this seemed a full size smaller than marked. So order larger. Zappos is great to work with and I highly recommend shopping with them.

Although this sandal is made well and provides a nicely cushioned sole, it really runs small in length. I normally wear 7.5 or 8.0. I ordered the 8.0 and my toes had just enough room. Had this been a shoe and not a sandal, my toes would be screaming. I wound up returning these sandals because I have walking difficulties and balancing on these cushioned, curvy soles was difficult for me.

Ugliest, most comfortable shoes ever - If I could have given these shoes 0 stars on looks, I would have. They are truly hideous, even a little embarrassing to wear in public. BUT, they are exceptionally comfortable. I have minor chronic lower back pain and my back does not hurt at all when I wear these. I can't tell yet if they're giving me much of a workout; I was already in good shape when I got them. Anyway, I picked this style because I have wide feet and they are adjustable in several places. It is a shame that so often comfortable shoes are synonymous with ugly shoes. By the way, I'm normally a 9.5W or 10W and the 40 1/3 size fit perfectly.

GREAT WALKING SHOES - This is my third pair of MBT's and I love them, especially this design that allows for adjustments in the width and heel.

Comfortable and great looking - I purchased these shoes with the intention of helping my plantar fasciitis. I'm very pleased with the shoes and the results. The shoes are comfortable and great looking. My plantar fasciitis is much improved. I did buy 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear. Some may have to get used to walking in them, but for me, I didn't have a problem. Also, Zappos had these shoes delivered to me the very next day! Thank you!

I really want to like these but... I’m still not sure they’re worth the money. (Zappos has the lowest price though. I love Zappos!) Pluses: Does seem to work butt and core a little more than regular shoes. Very comfortable. Also looks groovy with workout attire. And the added height is nice. Minuses: Isn’t helping my plantar fasciitis. Can be slippery since your outsole is never completely flat on the ground. Not great for standing in place without leaning against anything, since you rock back and forth like a tipsy person. Tips for sizing: I wear a 7W and bought a 7.5M so my toes wouldn’t come too close to the front edge when foot rolls forward. Make sure you adjust the straps so your heel is as far back as possible, so you can really get the full rolling effect.

Still early, but pretty good... It's still too early to say if I'm going to reap the health benefits from these shoes that others have claimed. Haven't noticed decreased back pain yet, but my knee feels good when I wear them and they're very comfortable. They really do give you different stride. I honestly don't know if they're worth this much money, though. BUT if I feel differently in a month, I'll write a new review.

MBT Kisumu - Love MBT's. I first tried MBT's as a work shoe, but now I have 3 pairs and wear them whenever I can. I love this sandal. I like the little bit of height I get from the design, and the adjustable straps help get the right fit. I sort of feel like I should have gotten a half size larger, just because my foot comes forward, but my toes don't quite go over the edge...So I'm sticking with them. I have the Kaya's and the sport shoe as well. Very comfortable. If you've never worn a pair, they do require a little getting used to. Totally worth the price.

Strange looking, but it works! I've had foot surgery and have knee and pain issues AND have a heel spur. I've searched all over for comfortable shoes and sandals. I've become an expert! These have gotten the best recommendation out of all the shoes I ever tried. They look clumsy and the rocking takes practice - walk around your house before you go outside. They definitely help. I expected them to be horrible for driving, but it was the other way around... for ppl with heel spurs, these are the best for driving as there's no pressure on your heel. I wish they made more styles. They fit very well and you can adjust them in 3 places. I won't say I wear them everyday, but when I do wear them, I have no heel pain and less knee/back pain for sure. Wish they weren't so "high", but that's the magic of them and you're a bit taller! They are worth the hefty price - you get what you pay for. So, all in all, if you have major foot pain, try these. They do take some getting used to, so be prepared.

Really comfortable - I like this sandal a lot. I'm not a fanatic like others seem to be, but I'm happy I bought them. One important note - there are a lot of comments on sizing. My comments would be these: I ordered my normal size, which was too big and returned them for one size smaller. Now after wearing them outside for awhile (can't return them), I'm concluding that I wish I'd tried two sizes smaller than my normal size. It's important to realize that the correct fit for these sandals is for your heel to come right to the back end of the sandal - you'll see that in the instructional DVD. Other sandals I have don't fit like this and wouldn't fit properly using this method, but with this sandal, the whole idea of wearing it correctly is to plant your foot heel first - and to do that your heel needs to be way back at the end of the sandal. When I do that with the sandals I have, even one size smaller than normal. I have more room in the toes than I need. So watch the DVD and take that point seriously. It will help when you walk outside. That said, with all the adjustable straps, the slightly larger size allows me to put on socks with the sandals, which being as comfortable as they are, I've already done even though it's cool out. Finally, I work out a lot and my feet feel tired afterwards when I'm home walking on the floor barefoot. I've taken to wearing the sandals indoors after workouts and they're a dream - like a massage that reinvigorates my feet.

Hard on the knees! Don't get me wrong, I love these sandals, but I was expecting them to be more like the walking shoes, which I also bought from Zappos. There is no spring in the heel. Though the bottom encourages you to roll from your heel to your toe when you walk! At times I found them to be jarring to my knees, but that may be due to my walking technique. My toes are bunched together on my left sandal, so I suppose I should have gotten a half size up. Thanks for listening!

Much cuter in person! I loved the look of this shoe on my feet. The rocking motion didn't seem very extreme. I had no problem walking in them as soon as I put them on. However, I wear a 6-6.5 WW in most shoes and this shoe was too narrow. I think the Kisumu Brown sandal may be more adjustable. I'm glad Zappos has such a great return policy!

MBTs work - Like the Wall Street MBT shoes I have, these work well at helping my knees and making walking easier. Because of the sandal construction, they don't feel as sturdy as the Wall Street model, but I love sandals so I wear these more than the others.

Not glamorous but worth it. These shoes are not the sexiest sandals you'll be wearing this summer but if you are a pretty active person or want to become active then these will be worth every penny for you. These are the shoes you want to wear for long walks. You will appreciate the comfort and feel it in your muscles the next day. I got these for summer and the sneaker looking ones for fall. Expensive but worth it.

Helped me go shoeless - My left knee pain keeps me from walking my 2 mile trail on ASICS which used to help but no more. The MBT sandal makes you roll your foot and stabilizes the knee. The references to Masai barefoot gave me the idea to walk the trail barefoot. The trail is dirt and gravel and it took me several weeks before I could go around 2 miles. I had to stop during the Texas winter but I'm back at it. I still like the MBT’s for walking elsewhere except for the lining. It’s a rough coarse fabric which stinks before days end. I scrub the inside with water and a laundry brush but still a problem. I have Teva sandals with leather lining I have never washed. Ditto with worn out Birkenstock sandals. Ignore foot stink and the MBT’s do relieve my knees and exercise the legs.

Kisumu - Very comfortable shoe! Not the best looking sandal, but it is appropriate for weekend running around.

MBT Kisumu - I recently ordered the MBT Kisumu in brown. I was very pleased with how comfortable these shoes feel on my feet. I have heel spurs and lots of heel pain but these shoes help alleviate the pain. I was also very pleased with Zappos, I had to send the shoes back twice before I got the right fit and they were very accommodating! Thanks! MB
