Walk & workout at the same time - These sandals are like a long walk on the beach without ever leaving your driveway! I've encouraged friends to buy them. They can be worn with & without socks which is a nice feature -- they are so easy to adjust!

Take the time - Take time to get used to these shoes. You and your body will be glad you did. Hip and knee problems seem to disappear when I wear them. The Zappos team is worth more than 5 stars. Hope the Zappos' CEO gives all of you a raise!

MBT - The shoes are comfortable from the time you put them on! It takes a little effort to set the straps just right but, once there the snap closure makes it easy to maintain. I get a lot of comments about how nice they look on. I tend to like a less bulky look but I don't find it offsetting. Overall I am very pleased and wear them all the time!

Happy returns - I am 60 + years young and love outdoor walking, free weights, and treadmill. Love these shoes. Make my 5'3" height feel longer and leaner. Makes me stand straight and walk taller. I, however, found them to run a half size small. Zappos exchanged for me to the correct size without any problems or expense. Will be making future purchases from Zappos.com. Thanks.

Great everyday shoes - I've been wearing these for the last few days - right out of the box - and they are so comfortable. Totally worth the investment.

POSTURE PERFECT PEGGY - I am 63 years old. I always prided myself on my posture. Lately, however I find myself bending over and walking with a limp. My neighbor had a pair of MBT Kisumu's and let me try them on. The transformation was immediate. She said to me that I am not bending over and I'm walking perfectly straight. I am so thrilled that I can cry. Now the ladies at my exercise gym want to know all about them. I brought in the DVD and we watched it. I think 2 women are about to buy the shoes. I asked one women, who was severely hunched over to try on my shoes. Everyone immediately noticed a changed in her appearance. She watched herself in the mirrors and I think for the first time she saw herself a more attractive women. I believe in these shoes. They did so much for me. My hip is less crooked. My back is straighter. My posture is so much better. I feel the shoes working my core. My stomach is tighter and flatter. Could that be possible in less than 2-3 weeks? Everyone at the club tells me I should sell these shoes because of the way I talk about them. I can't wait to get my next pair. My husband and I have been power walking for over 20 years. I can honestly say these are the best walking shoes I have ever felt. Thank you very much.

Addicted! I got the Kisumu in January. I've been wearing it in 20 degree weather! Yes. I love it. I think it actually lifts my mood. It must massage the meridians in the foot. They could be a tiny bit wider for my foot. There's no visible arch support. But my arch is supported because of the way the shoe works. Size is hard to judge. I take a 39 in Kisumu, a 40 in a Dansko, and a 39 2/3 in other MBTs.

Wild and Wonderful! I've worn these shoes daily since I bought them. The only problem I've had is with withdrawal when I try to change! My back has quit hurting, which I attribute to my new posture. They're wonderful! I have the walkers and the sandals which I wear with socks while it's cold. I'm an older lady and it would be nice to have a pair of MBTs that were not so "WILD" looking, but fortunately, I'm OK with it. I'm not in love with the big MBT logo on the side, but with a shoe this great, one has to make concessions! AA++!

Great walking shoe - I purchased these sandals after having worn the sports shoes, which are great. I'll be going on vacation soon, and I wanted a smaller shoe that would enable me to walk and stand for long periods of time without back pain. I bought the sandals slightly smaller (sz 39) than the sport shoes (sz 39 2/3), which I wear with thick socks. Since the sandals are extremely adjustable, the smaller size fits fine.

Kisumu is the new version of the MBT Sandal - Ladies, I have two older pairs of the MBT sandals and the Kisumu is the "new improved" version. Not only does this fit better for feminine feet, but also the shape around the toes is more oval and flattering. I'm so relieved MBT is making more female shapes and steering away from the unisex sizes which in my opinion hinder the Ladies' Fit. Walk On!

Nothing could be finer - I put this shoe on and just walked. No breaking in period. The look is very now. I have a Michael Kors purse that it matches perfectly. So we know for sure it's in. Like walking on air. I would buy this shoe again if the need arose.

MBT Kisumu sandal - I got these because I have a stress fracture and they are a rocker shoe, like the cast I was wearing. When I wear these, my foot does not hurt! Expensive and funny looking, but if it works, I'll gladly wear it.

MBT's saved my feet! Recently, I was vacationing in Washington, DC and walked all day. I had purchased expensive shoes on a friend's recommendation to wear. Well, my feet killed me! I happened to see a store that had MBTs and since I had heard of them, decided to try. Well, I bought these sandals and came back for the tennis shoes. I have mostly worn the sandals. Take advice: Gradually get used to these shoes (they advise that). I didn't have that luxury because I was walking everyday, but these are the best thing I've ever found. Also, adjust heel strap first, then toe and strap closure. I also found to leave toe and strap on the loose side. These sure put a spring in your step. Also, if you ever wear out the sole, you can send them back for "resoling" for a reasonable price. I LOVE them.

Odd Sandal, but Lots of Fun - I don't know anything about the health benefits of this sandal, walking with the natives in Africa, or providing exercise. I do know that this sandal is lots of fun to take a walk in. It is different, almost like a woman's platform shoes (1 and 1/2 inches high). When standing still you can rock back and forth in them because the sole arches up in the front and back. One has to learn to walk in them. Overall, not a dull sandal and lots of fun to wear out in town.

MBT Kisumu - The shoe is remarkable and exceeded my expectations. No more back problems. Great posture. Look forward to long walks since it also provides me with a great workout on my legs and back. IT IS INVIGORATING! And the customer service provided by Zappos it is outstanding! They go out of their way to help you with the entire purchase process. Buying shoes online can be intimidating--Zappos makes it fun! Looking forward to my next purchase of MBT's! Thanks!

The quest ends... For years I have been on a quest for the perfect shoe... I am on my feet all day and do a lot of walking on the job- have tried Birks, Dansko’s, you name it- but these shoes left me energized at the end of a 14 hour day, which is a first. I have really narrow (4A) feet, so my only regret is that they are not available in a narrow size, but they worked pretty well after I padded the straps. I will buy these in other styles despite the cost- they are worth it.

Great Walking Sandal - I purchased these sandals after having owned a pair of the MBT Low Sport shoe for over a year. I have severe osteoarthritis in one knee. Both are outstanding products, however, the sandal seems to be more practical for everyday activities while the heavy Low Sport shoe is best suited for extended fitness walks. Even though very well constructed and padded, the sandal is lighter and its sole does not seem to be as deep or rounded as that of the shoe. This sandal fits great and provides excellent support, especially with the new model's adjustable back strap. While not bad looking, this sandal probably will not win any fashion awards but people should be buying this product for comfort, quality, and the joint pain relief it provides.

Great shoes - They believe the pains in my legs and back. They are comfortable and I love them.

Great Sandals - I love walking in these sandals. I want to walk more now and if I stand up at lot, my back does not get tired at all.

Good for your posture! The shoe is amazing! It eases my knee pain and helps you walk with better posture. It is not for people unsteady on their feet though. I love these; they are good for me.

2nd pair of MBTs - For long periods of walking, I find the full MBT shoes to be better, but the sandals are great and I wear them for running errands, sometimes even at work. I usually wear a 9M, the shoes were perfect in a 40 with socks, the sandals are 39 & 2/3rds. Perfect size also.

They look weird but feel fabulous! Putting these shoes on instantly relieves the pressure in my low back (from a herniated disc). They're fun to wear and the only shoes I want to put on anymore! I was expecting them to take time to adjust to them but it only took me a couple of days. Expensive but worth it.

Mystery of the Arch Supports - I would like to add that the reason some people state this shoe has no arch support is because it doesn't need one. The rolling of the sole, when walking, becomes its own arch support. I haven't needed my orthodic arch supports since I started wearing MBT's 6 months ago.
