It is true that there does not appear to be any arch support when you look at the shoe, but somehow it feels like there is arch support. Maybe because of the rolling motion. Anyway, I got these to help with my plantar fasciitis (which they have!) and I was concerned about whether there would be adequate arch support. I found these to be very comfortable and I don't feel like I'm missing any support. My only caution is that I would be careful if wearing these on an uneven surface; the sole is very high and it can be easy to turn your ankle a bit. When I ordered these I was worried that they'd be too ugly to wear. I won't claim they are cute but they are so comfortable that I no longer care what they look like!

This was my first pair of MBTs and I love them! They are super comfortable. All the different adjustment straps make it easy to get the perfect fit. MBTs have been MIRACLE shoes for me!

These are the most comfortable shoes you can get. I threw out my back the day before I got these, and after wearing them for a day they just sorts snapped everything back into place. They\'re awesome.

These shoes are very aggressive in what they do. You can really feel it when you walk in them for awhile. Friends swear by them so we are trying them out and so far are pleased.

Bottom line: I LOVE these sandals! I bought a size 43, which fits perfectly. My feet: I have very flat, narrow feet. One is an 11, the other a 10.5. I have painful, damaged joints in my toes and balls of my feet, and I'm prone to plantar fascists. The shoes: when I stepped into these the first time, I moaned "Ahhhhh!" They're like walking on a piece of a mattress! Heaven! They do exercise your legs/rear. I notice it in my hips and calves especially. The first day I wore them my hips were very sore, as though I'd worked out. Now I'm used to them. I can wear these all day on very hard surfaces with no pain in my feet! A miracle! I think they look clunky, but I don't care, and I've actually received some compliments on them. They do not have arch support, which is bad. But they're so comfy! I find it difficult to walk fast in them because of the lack of heel, but regular walking/shopping is a pleasure. When standing, my lower back gets tired in these, I can rock back on the heels and it relieves my back dramatically. I love them. The Velcro straps mean I can tighten down the size to my narrow feet, but I think they'd go up pretty wide, too. They feel very secure on my feet. I just wish there were more styles/colors in the largest sizes.

These sandals are great! Have had many compliments that I wasn't expecting on the style too! Guessing which size to order online was difficult, so I ordered 2 pairs and sent the smaller one back. My usual size is 6.5 medium but even the foot bed on size 7 that I kept is a teeny bit narrow for my big toe. The next size larger would have been way too long. I have always walked on my toes and I think these shoes will correct this. These sandals have enough adjustment options on the straps that they are still an OK fit. I've tried Skechers and found them too rigid and boxy with no contest with the comfort of these MBT sandals!

Love these sandals! Sorry to see this style being discontinued. I tried the newer replacement for a less bulky look and where the strap overlaid around my heel area, landed in a spot that would cause an uncomfortable rub. So returned two pairs and ordered two pairs of these since they fit just right! These will be my 5th pair. Hope MBT will continue to improve while these pairs last. Would love for MBT to make a more feminine pair for dressier clothing.

I love these shoes. I have alot of foot problems and I can walk for at least 5 miles in these.

Iwas fit for and purchased this shoe in a retail store. I found it to be the best shoe I have ever worn. I wore them daily for almost 5 years, when I discovered they were quite worn. When I found them at Zappos at this fantastic price I jumped at the chance. I have friends that are hoping you will have this bargain in their sizes.

Fabulous! I bought a pair of MBT sandals. I bought my first pair and wore out the soles, so found zappos.com and ordered another pair. They were fantastic! My order was promptly processed and sent to me in under a week! Love them! Won't ever wear any other shoe!

No fashion awards but an awesome sandal for comfort, with the bonus of the sale being a fantastic deal with super speedy shipping. This is my 3rd pair of MBTs but first sandal. They are sorta ugly but my feet & back love the feeling.I originally purchased my actual sandal size (7) but found it to be too close to the end of the foot bed for my taste, so I exchanged it for the 8. I feared it would be too big but it is just my size, but still runs a tad on the narrower side for my more than average flat foot. The multiple adjustment points will surely enable me to dial in an ideal fit.

I love my MBT Kisumu. This my first MBT shoes. Because of my poor arches, I have pain when walking any long distances. With these I am able to walk through the mall and large department stores with out limping back to the parking lot.

These are a good shoe and I would advise anyone who orders them to do the research. They help correct posture and ease stress on knees and hips. Basically they are orthopedic in nature. Because they are corrective shoes, they take some getting used to. I found the size to be true and the selection for this brand at Zappos is broad, something you won\'t find in stores. I\'ve ordered from Zappos before and their customer service is the best!

These are without a doubt the best shoes my troubled feet and back have ever had. I recommend these to everyone!

Surprise, surprise! I place my order online on Thursday evening and I received my sandals the following day around 5pm. Wonderful delivery service. I experienced some trepidation in placing my order because I wear an 8 AA and the BMT sandals came only in medium widths. For those who wear narrow widths, it's worth while to order the M for these sandals. The 3 adjustable straps enable a comfortable fit.

The most comfortable shoes ever. Arthritis keeps me very tentative about doing many things. However, with these shoes on, I feel like I could even run down the street. They are wonderful.

I love these shoes. I have been wearing them for at least 6 years. I had problems with heel spurs and nothing helped until I found MBT. I especially like the sandals, but do have other styles. I do not like the high cost but Zappos had the best price and free shipping. I wear these shoes from the time I get up in the morning until I go to sleep. If I wear anything other then the MBTs my feet are hurting for days. I will not wear anything else.

I honestly didn't think I would find these shoes comfortable. I had tried the MBTs in a store and they actually irritated the problems I have with both feet. Other than the fact that they are downright ugly shoes, they are the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned. I have spent lots of $$$ on sandals in the past, but nothing has been more comfortable. I am on my feet all day and I can still enjoy going for walks or preparing dinner at the end of the day. Before these sandals I felt exhausted and irritable from sore feet. I found I had to order a larger size than I thought would fit, but true to Zappos great service I had a new size and no hassle with the exchange. Two thumbs (and grateful big toes!) up!

I know this brand and have bought these sandals before. I love them. They are suppostive, the straps grip but do not pinch. My foot feels secure. They seem to add energy to my walk. \r\nI love that they went on sale just before warm weather starts. Also, the rocker keeps the weight and impact off my heel which I like. Very comfortable.

This is my first pair of MBT shoes but I am now in the market for another pair. I love them. They make me want to cover miles and miles when I walk. I had knee replacements this last year and the 2nd knee didn't seem to be healing as quickly as the first one had until I started wearing MBT's.

Kisses to Kisumu. This is the only MBT that can reliably fit the foot perfectly. I have many other MBT shoes. Yet, none of them fit like a glove and feel like they were made for my foot. The design of the Kisumu allows you to tailor make the shoe to your foot...perfectly! I cannot wear any shoe but an MBT at this point in my life...otherwise I ache and limp afterward. Whenever possible I wear the Kisumu style b/c it fits so well, and feels like an extension of my foot. Kisumu is a treasure!!!
