The shoe is great. The cut is perfect. Not as much foot cushion but would have loved to keep the product except for the integrity of the product itself. I am unsure if this is a shoe company issue or Zappos but the shaft area on the inside was covered with cat hair. Now it is unprofessional to purchase a product in this state and if that was the end of it, would be one thing. However, I am cat allergic and not only did it trigger an allergic attack but my face was so swollen the next day I could not go to work. I am disappointment and if this indeed is a Zappos issue I would hope this would be addressed otherwise to spend this much money on a potentially used and unclean product is unacceptable.

The boots are well constructed and worth the value, but I returned them because the shaft was too tight and way more insulated than I need. Not well suited for wider calves strolling warmer climates.

These are the BEST fitting boots I found for my slim calf. However, for the price they are not very stylish - especially with the rather round toe - so for that reason I'm returning them but will look for other styles of boots from this company.

Very comfortable, elegant looking boots that I can wear all day. The heal is sturdy and the lining cushy and warm. The only downsides: they don't reach all the way to the knee (I'm 5'4") and the bottom part of foot could be more padded.

These boots look beautiful and are very well made. Unfortunately, not too comfortable for me, but in all honesty, I hardly ever wear heels, so I'm not used to walking in a 3" heel....I figured, for the money, I wouldn't get as much use as I would like. I ordered the Jenny instead, with a 2" heel, and they feel much more comfortable for me. So these are going back and I'm keeping the Jenny! (Thanks Zappos!!) Also, these have a very narrow calf, I was barely able to zip them but they did fit my 14" calf, although I don't think you would be able to wear jeans inside the boot if you have average size calves. Overall, very pretty semi-dressy boot for those of you who like high heels!

Very nice boots. They are a little short but so am I (5'4"). Tight at first around the calf, but stretched out nicely.

A very high quality boot and my only two issues are that they're heavy (so if you walk up stairs, you really feel it by, say, the 4th floor!), and also they bunch a bit (and the bunches can then cut into my leg, if I'm just wearing tights). I was hoping for a sleeker fit so I'm only giving 4 stars. But still, they're high quality and will get much use this winter.

I was looking for a simple , elegant boot that would work with leggings and jeans. I also wanted something under 3'' in heel height. This looked perfect and, in fact is EXCEPT the boot is too short! I'm about 5'5" with (I think) a somewhat short and slightly muscular cafe. The boot fit my cafe but was a good 2" inches under my knee. It just didn't work.

These boots look gorgeous. I love how they look on the leg and they keep me so warm in the winter. They are fairly comfortable, but living in a walking city, by the end of the day, my feet can hurt a bit. I might try to find a good insole, and that will do the trick.

Pros-Full length zipper makes these easy to get on and off. Excellent roomy toe box allows wiggle room and space if you wanted to wear a heavier sock. Moisture wicking lining would keep feet dry and more odor free. 3mm padding and comfortable 2 3/4" heel make this comfortable. Waterproof. Cons-I'm looking for a longer, more narrow shaft to make my legs look longer.

I loved these boots. Stylish, comfortable, waterproof....but after about a year and a half, the heel and sole became misshapen. Maybe it's me, but the heel being so far back on the shoe's sole, allowed for a weird flex in the sole and now the heel does not touch down squarely on the ground. There is a significant amount of flex in the sole. I'm heartbroken.

Beautiful boot. Quality finish, gorgeous design. Sadly, the calf was ridiculously tight. Who do they design these for - stick women?? My calves are not particularly overly developed or large and yet these boots were difficult to zip up with just a legging. Skinny jeans would be out of the question. Loved the fit of the foot bed and they seemed really comfortable and easy to walk in. Sadly they are going back.

I liked the look of these boots less in person than I did online. I like a little more point to the toe and didn't like how the seam down the top of the foot looked when I had the boots on. I also agree with previous posters that the suede looked like it would show wear easily, especially around the heels. Even having not worn them, there was a scuff mark or two on the boots.

I'm really sorry to have to be the one to rain on the Kara love parade, but I received these boots today and I am so disappointed. They are not for girls with skinny calves. While not swimming on me like most knee-high boots do, they are still too big to wear with skinny jeans and certainly with tights and skirts. Such a bummer. Back they go.

Beautiful boots but not comfortable. Shaft way too tight and couldn't zip all the way up. My legs are normal/average. For the money I expected these to fit like a dream and for the shaft to have some give. I hate to return them but have no choice.
