I have 5, yes 5, pair of these shoes. I LOVE them and am afraid they will discontinue them. They are a true treat for someone who has to wear "comfort" shoes because of feet problems. The fit is wide and the flax gives the arch support you need. They are super comfortable and are really quite stylish. For a person who got feet problems from wearing too many fashion heels in her youth these are a blessing, Also I get a lot of compliments on them. I give them a hearty 5.

I did a lot of research before purchased these shoes. Based on the opinions of others who had used these shoes during overseas trips, I made the decision to buy. First of all, anyone who claims to have walked for hours on cobblestone and to have never gotten tired is lying. Regardless of what you wear, you will be tired and you will feel every stone. That being said, I spent two weeks of high intensity walking, and even though I am terribly out of shape, these shoes served me well. There were plenty of times I was tired, but even the one day I wore my tennis shoes, I was tired. I was just as comfortable in tennis shoes as these. Plus, these are cuter. I am looking forward to wearing them for school and I am waiting for them to be available again in black.Side note: The double arch support does feel weird at first, but after a few minutes of walking around, you don't even notice. I have completely flat feet and the support was excellent.

Great shoe in black for those of us who have a narrow heel and big feet...size 11. The cross strap keeps the shoe on even after the leather has softened and stretched out a bit. I wore these all over Germany, even on Cobble stone and they were very comfortable.. also easy to pack for the big feet whose shoes take up half the suitcase. Wish they came in a gray and brown leather.

My all time favorite shoes! I only wear Gentle Souls now and no foot pain, absolute softness, the greatest shoes ever! Wonderful leather and craftsmanship!

These shoes are great for long wearing comfort and stylish too. However, after having for only four months and wearing a handful of times they have started to peel at the toe and are starting to look worn. These are expensive shoes and I am very disappointed in the lack of hold up. I have had shoes for 2 years that have held up better than these.

I love these shoes. They answered my comfy flat shoe dream. Their foot beds are comfy. The arch support is minimal; however, I added arch inserts which satisfied my tender feet. These shoes are cute for comfortable flats.

Firstly, I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that I can comfortably wear all day but still look fashionable, and these shoes fit the bill! I wear them with leggings and jeans, and they look adorable. The have kind of a round toe that looks like it might make your foot look large but doesn't at all. At 47, I still like to dress with style and think these little flats give me the best combination of fashion and comfort! I usually wear a size 8 in most all shoes, but these do tend to run a 1/2 size bigger, so the 7 1/2 was perfect! Highly recommend!

This shoe is like wearing a glove. This is my second pair of Gabbys. I have wide feet and find it difficult to find comfortable shoes that look cool too. It seems like a lot of money for a flat, but believe me, totally worth it!

Love this shoe! It’s the best for overall comfort when you need a heel but just don't want to wear them. This is my 2nd pair and I pack them every time I leave the house.

I am a Gentle Souls Fan. I like this shoe. Had in patent leather for two years and wore out! I have bad feet and can run around work (at 64 years old) and still look dressed enough.

These shoes are amazing. I wear them nearly every day to work because I can stand on my feet endlessly without any pain. Love them!

This is my second color of Gentle Souls Gabby and I absolutely love both the silver and this one (I think it was called mahogany). I get many compliments on their looks but the greatest thing is they are absolutely the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn! I paid slightly more at Zappos after returning a pair to one of their competitors who were cheaper but who sent me shoes that I believe were counterfeit. They were different sizes, straps way too long and not even close to the quality I had in my first pair. Zappos Gentle Souls are awesome and I hope to buy another pair from them soon!

Oh my gosh. These shoes are so cute! I count on the reviews to get a better feel for the look and comfort of the shoes at Zappos. So, I will add mine. My Gabbies came yesterday, I just opened the box and was wowed! I ordered Mahogany. I will say they are almost dark gold and they are very shiny. I may order them in black.

These shoes are my most comfortable shoes this season! They are true to size and the leather is as soft as gloves. The strap keeps shoe comfortable on foot without slipping. I will order more in other colors.

Soft, supple leather and a cushy inside. Felt good right out of the box. I so recommend them for "swollen feet days", errand running, even pretty enough for brunch out. Love these!

The Gabby shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have bad flat feet and bad pronated ankles and these are the only cute shoes that I can wear. Gabby's are the way to go! These cigar ones are very soft and cute too!

I have bought at least 20 different pairs of black ballet flats in the past few years. I have really thin ankles and all of them gave me blisters. This year my mission was to find that one pair that I could wear every day that wouldn't kill my feet and would be cute, too. These are them. The wide elastic top keeps them in place and prevents the back from rubbing up and down on my heel. I want them in every color. True to size. If you want that pair of shoes that you can take with you anywhere (I took mine on a trip to Mexico and walked all over on cobblestone!) and not have to worry about comfort, quality or style, these are your shoes!

My Gabby Gentle Souls shoes are the most comfortable shoes in the world! I bought a pair in NYC and had to have another so I immediately went to Zappos to see if they had them. They did! I ordered them and they were here the next day. I love Zappos!
