I absolutely love these shoes! They are so comfortable and flexible. They are very versatile, too. They go well with dress pants and long skirts. I wear them all the time! They do run on the larger side. I normally wear a 7 and had to get a 6½ and even then that does not fit snugly at all. I also like to wear wide even though I can fit into medium pretty easily. These have plenty of room width wise.

Love, love, this shoe, my favorite shoe by far! I am on my second pair - not because they don't hold up just because I wear them so much, they start getting scuffed and because I wear these (in Black) to work almost everyday - they are GREAT, so comfortable. At first I couldn't believe I was spending this much on shoes but now I wish I would have found them years earlier! They feel so soft and comfortable that you don't feel like you have shoes on at all but yet they still have a great arch support that really forms to your foot. I have slightly narrow feet and having the stretchy band across the front helps a lot to adjust them to whatever width your foot is. If I could have only 1 pr of shoes in my closet - these would be it. Have also walked long distances in these and still super comfy! Highly recommend!

These shoes are really great. Very comfortable and stylish. The horizontal band makes them more current and keeps them on. Very good quality shoe and worth the money for the comfort. I received in one day. This is the first time I've tried Gentle Souls.

If I could marry these shoes I would. They at so comfortable I feel like I'm walking in slippers. I have several shoes by Gentle Souls and love these as much as any of them. They match nearly everything and look great with leggings, jeans, skirts, and dresses. Awesome shoes.

I LOVE these shoes. I wore them for 12 hours straight out of the box! I have had them for about 3 months now and they are still wonderful. I have a very hard time finding flats that fit me well. My feet are on the narrow side of medium. My heel comes out of most flats. Flats with the elastic on the back seem to pinch or push my feet forward and hurt my toes. The strap holds my foot in place without any pinching or discomfort. The leather is so soft! It was worth it for me to spend the extra money and get a great pair of shoes. I wear them a lot for work now and have had several compliments on them. These are hands down the best flats I have ever worn!

I love this shoe! I have a wider forefoot and narrow heel and these fit me perfectly out of the box with no pressure or rubbing on my foot. This is my 2nd pair of Gentle Souls and I will continue to buy their shoes!

The right shoe is a good fit. The strap of the left shoe is slightly looser and could lead to problems with extended wear. I reluctantly return this item because i would happily have you exchange it for a pair that both have the strap length of the right shoe.

This shoe is like wearing a slipper. I get compliments every time I wear them. I have them in black and the bronze/mettslic color. I would buy more if they had other colors. Good for casual or dressy.

I purchased these for our daughter, who took a part-time job in retail. She is on her feet hours at a time, and knew she needed a comfortable flat. She loves these shoes. They fit well, feel great, and stay on better than slip-ons. She says she can highly recommend them!

I love these shoes! In fact, I have both the black and silver. The leather is super fine and its lining is soft and cushy. The Mary Jane strap makes the shoes stay on your feet. They are crazy light so you can walk miles in them. The design is so sweetly cute that you'll get lots of complements (I have to say I got more in the silver than the black). However, the following are some points to pay attention to if you're considering them. 1. the shoes are half a size bigger and they do stretch over time due to the softness of leather. Probably buying half a size smaller is the right thing to do. 2. the silver color ones feel a little warmer than the black ones due to the leather coating. 3. the leather is nice and soft so you'll see the faint outline of your toes, especially on the black ones. Despite of all those, I still love them and will buy more if there are other colors. Comfort and cuteness override all those things and even its slightly stiff price.

This shoe is just plain lovely! It fits well, has good support, does not "flip" when walking rapidly and is graceful on the foot. This is the second pair of shoes I have from this maker, and I highly recommend them.

These are the most comfortable, long lasting shoes I've ever worn. I don't mind paying more for something that is worth it (especially age reducing skin products). Try Skin Medica TSN Recovery. Expensive but the only product that I feel is worth it...and I've tried them all! And these shoes are definitely worth it! I don't have 5 pairs like Toni R. but I am catching up. I am now buying my 3rd pair and my girlfriend is now buying them. I would highly recommend these shoes. Oh, by the way, I never write reviews for anything but feel strongly about these shoes.

I was looking for a shoe to attend an outdoor summer wedding. This was very nice, but I chose another Gentle Souls that was a little more trendy with ankle straps.

I had been eyeing this shoe for quite some time before finally purchasing it. I researched countless options for my problem feet. They are quite comfortable. I usually wear a 10 and have narrow feet. The 10 was a little too big for me, so I will probably try the next size down. They really are buttery soft, as one review mentioned - such a true description. Flexible and yet supportive.

I'm trying these in a half size smaller than I usually wear. They felt so comfy but were too long! I'm afraid I'll trip over my toes, so I'm exchanging for the smaller size. I sure hope they work out, because I could see this being a go-to shoe choice with capri pants, summer skirts, or jeans. Fingers crossed! This is a really comfortable shoe. I ordered up a half size and it works beautifully. You will appreciate the very soft leather.

Okay, these aren't the sexiest shoes. My boyfriend teases me because I keep them in my suitcase and carry them in my purse whenever we travel. If I'm tired, if my feet hurt, if I'm standing for too long, I will slip off my sexy shoes and slip these on. And they are light and flat enough to fit easily in a purse, but comfortable enough to wear all day. They're cute with a little flirty skirt or sundress, but not really stylish enough for a suit or dressy dress. But if you want something for travel, this is the shoe. I only wish Gentle Souls made more size 5s. I would buy other styles (I have these and the very plain sandals).

Excellent shoe! After two years of constant wear, I bought another pair just like it. I also have it in a different color.

This is the best shoe ever. So very comfortable. I have two pair - leather and nubuck. I have worn the leather ones for two years and they have held up very well. These are my go to shoes and I couldn't live without them. I have bunions and other issues and these are the only shoes I can wear, other than my sandals.

Love these shoes--the leather is butter soft. However, they do fit loosely, tend to stretch. Though the elastic band helps, I found the toe box tends to wrinkle a bit. Still they are very comfortable. Wore them all over Germany straight out of the box!

Love love love these shoes. They are a great color - very much like the color in the photos. They look great with black, brown, and gray which is amazing! They are SUPER comfortable and attractive.

This is such a comfortable shoe. I even wear them around the house instead of slippers. I love the strap -- other ballet flats just fall off my feet! I wear a 10.5 and these fit very well. These look good with skirts and skinny jeans. They are also seasonless, they can be worn barefooted or with tights. This is my second pair of Gentle Souls, and I am looking for more.

After several attempts to find the most comfortable walking flat, I purchased these for my trip to Paris. I am the most picky with my shoes (I feel every stitch). These were great! The only problem is that I have scarred the tips on the cobblestone streets. Going to wear them anyway. Thank you Zappos for your impeccable service!

I love when things fit right out of the box. True to size, I wear a 10 and a 10 fit. Hard to find comfortable flats that look good. These are a staple.
