I *so* wanted to be able to wear these! But I literally couldn't fit my feet into them -- huge disappointment.

Frustrated because the 40 is too short, and the 41 is too long. This shoe is so well made - truly quality materials, especially the insole. I tried removing the insole to put my orthotics in - even tried some Dr. Scholls orthotics, but no joy. Back to the drawing board...thank you for the easy returns, Zappos.

I've owned at least a half dozen pairs of this shoe (other colors as well). This pair felt significantly smaller - width and overall. Wondering if the manufacturing has changed? Love Naot shoes and have always loved this particular one but I am hesitant to purchase again since my foot tends to the wide side.

I am a frequent buyer of Naot shoes, these were so wide in the toe area I returned them.

Too narrow for me in the toe box and heel too loose. Not comfortable

These shoes felt short and the heels slipped.

The fit was not right for me. Reviews said they ran larger but that was not the case for me. Sorry will have to return as they were not comfortable considering the price.

Even tho I have a high instep the straps were too long and I ran out of Velcro

I have similar Naot style that is a slide and they are my favorite. I hoped these would be the same as I need a full shoe for fall/winter. The leather is stiff. Insole is comfortable. I usually wear 7.5-8, and bought size 38. However, they SQUEAK when I walk, so I will likely return them. I can't wear these to work--too noisy.

Oh my goodness, I really wanted to be able to wear these shoes - I just loved how pretty they were. alas, one size was too large and tapped on the sides and the size just below them were too small. So back to Zappos they had to go.

These shoes looked great on and fit well in width and length. The problem was the arch support (which I usually like in Naot shoes) but which was too far forward and pushed in to the ball of my foot.

I had high hopes for this shoe. however they just weren't comfortable. The left strap 'D' ring rubbed badly just during the try-on in my home. They also gave my feet a bit of a Platypus look - wide and flat. So, back they go. Zappos, as always, is a dream when returning.

I am a bit ambivalent about this shoe. The design is cute but nothing to that made me think I have to have these shoes. The leather material I have mixed feelings about. It's predominately suede and it's shiny suede. I had had no idea it would be that way as I thought I was just ordering black leather. Even the box the shoes arrived in says "Shiny Black". I think that's an important distinction and when people are ordering they should be aware of that. It should say Shiny Black Suede and not Black Leather when you pick your color. Be sure you pay attention to the sizing. This shoe is at least a full size larger, maybe more. I could tell the shoe would provide good support. Finally the box (not the shipping box) for this shoe was pretty beat up/ I wonder how many times this shoe went out and then got returned. Not a good idea to send a shoe out in a box like that.

Very cute, and the right length, but way too tight overall. I purchased my usual size in Naot shoes, and noted that this style is one of the medium width Koru line (I generally can't wear the narrower lines - my feet are not particularly wide and my heel is a bit narrow, but because I'm flat-footed I need a wider footbed generally speaking), but I'm puzzled by this as there is a note on the product page that says Naot advises that this style runs large and recommends sizing down. Not sure if I got a mislabeled smaller size or if Naot has changed the way these shoes fit ... but something was definitely off. I tried two other Naot styles a few days later, also from their medium line. The Arataki fit pretty well though I could use a tiny bit more room on the sides - I'm trying a size larger to see if it's better, and the Kata was a perfect fit.

I have such trouble with my feet. And these didn't make them feel any better, but really, aside from that, they just didn't look that nice. I have always found Naot to be on the narrower side, but that is not why they weren't comfortable. They seem true to size actually. I just didn't like the style at all. Really liked the Arataki, so hope to be keeping those if they continue to feel good.

The left shoe is perfect but the right one is falling off my foot. What is one to do?

I have wide feet and narrow heels. I ordered this in a 38. It was too tight across my toes, removing the insert and using my own helped, but the heel remained way too wide. The shoe is VERY cute, but had to return!

I ordered both a size 37 and size 38 and in 2 colors because I was so sure these were the shoes for me. The 38 was too long and gaped in other places. The 37 was too short for my toes but the rest of the shoe fit perfectly at my instep which the 38 did not. Note the shape of the toe area. It tapers off sharply. My 3 largest toes are the same size and my 2 shorter toes are a lot shorter. The shape of the shoe does not accommodate that.

L shoe has been worn and scuffed at toe tip. Overall medium size too big for narrow foot across the strap area, making much of the strap hang over the outside border.

These shoes run SMALL, I ordered a size 43, which says it equates to a 12, but it definitely feels more like an 11, so I have to return them. It's a shame, because they seemed incredibly comfortable otherwise. They're not the most stylish of shoes, but you could probably get away with wearing them with pants.

Wonderful cushioned soles but did not run a size large as stated in the description. Even though the shoes felt short, they still slipped in the heel, so I am returning.

I've never tried Matai, and now I know why. They are the widest of the Koru styles I've ever tried on. I'd call them wide, not medium. So they're going back. Oh well.

This shoe did not provide adequate arch support and comfort. Based on the reviews and price, I was expecting to love this shoe and was satisfied. I also ordered the arcopedico rose and LOVE them.

I was looking forward to this shoe as I had worn a pair of Naot sandals all summer and loved them. The shoe itself is a cute flat and all of the arthritic issues with my feet weren't felt while wearing this shoe; however even with ordering a size down as suggested, the shoe is swimming on my feet. If it wasn't for the strap, I would literally walk out of the shoe. I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 38 instead of 39. I do need an ample toebox but have a narrow heel so this shoe is not working for me. Unfortunately I made the mistake of wearing outside too soon and can't return - turns out to be an expensive mistake.

Cute shoe, but my wide foot can't handle the regular width of the shoe. I had hope the toe box would be more generous that it is. The leather was quite stiff and cut into my heel. Sorry that these didn't work out!
