Another great Naot - Very comfortable shoe - true to size. The sides come a little bit high on my ankle, but still a good fit...a little bit of a funky look.

Great feel, good for bad back and leg pain - I love the shoes and their feel; found them at a store first, but the size I purchased was still too big. Definitely buy at least one size smaller than you normally wear.

Great travel shoe - I ordered this since I have other Naot sandals and these had toe in for traveling. They were also good for everyday or evening wear. We were in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji for 3 weeks and they were perfect. Even received some compliments. Have to get used to the color change (don't know what it is). The only negative is that the strap is too long for no know reason. I did order a size smaller than I usually wear on recommendation of your website. I am glad I did.

Naot Matai Fit ‘n Feel - Ordered the size 37 and I normally wear a US 7 (sometimes a 6.5). For a "comfort" shoe, I thought this was quite streamlined and attractive looking. I do find it more comfortable to wear barefoot than with socks as the heel slips quite a bit with socks. No blisters or strain on the skin when worn barefoot right out of the box. I have bunions and the forefoot accommodates them great. The arch support is in the wrong place for my foot and I'm not sure if that is my foot or the shoe... but it is better than no arch support. If you really are a narrow though, this shoe might be too wide.

Naot comfort - Because of a back problem which caused my left foot to have a hammer toe and a Morton’s Neuroma, I haven't been able to find a comfortable shoe until I tried the Naot. It gives me the extra support and toe room that I need. I love the comfort and the look.

Cute Shoe, and Soft! I am not the best judge of closed toed shoes, as I can't normally wear any of them comfortably for very long. These are by far the most comfortable pair I've found so far. Fortunately, I can get by with sandals here in Houston most of the time, but this isn't Hawaii, so I still have to find some comfortable "real" shoes for the dreaded cold snaps. My only real complaint about them would be that they are very low in the toe box (in height, not length), and after walking in them a while, my big toe starts to get a little sore from hitting the top of the shoe. I find Naot tends to make a lot of their shoes very flat in the toe box, and that's a difficult fit for someone with a high instep. They are very soft, and that is a big plus for me, and the arch support is supreme.

Pewter Naot - Very comfortable shoe. You can help the pewter look along when you first get them by taking a soft damp cloth and wiping away the black coating.

These are beautiful shoes that would benefit from having the velcro strap be just a tad shorter. It seems like the one on the left foot is longer than the right so you end up with a little flipper. They are soooo comfortable but a bit large.

Nice shoe - Make sure you get the correct size. We had to send back first pair, which were too large (or mis-marked.) Otherwise, great shoe.

Not for my flat feet! I was terribly disappointed that these shoes didn't work for me. They are truly beautiful shoes, but lack the heel stability and arch support I need for my flat feet. I put them on and looked at the rear view: my arches sagged towards each other! I thought maybe it was just my feet, but the very day I received my shoes and decided to reject them for that reason, I saw a woman wearing these shoes in downtown Portland. She had the same problem!

Dreamy feel but hubby LAUGHED - This shoe feels awesome. The shape of the toe is a little odd -- my husband actually laughed and said I looked like I was wearing my Grandma's shoes. So, they are going back -- I guess if they were cheaper I would've kept them, but for the price I need to be able to wear them when my hubby is around! I did order them a full size smaller as indicated in the reviews - this worked perfectly for me.

Cute and comfortable-how rare is that? This is a 'right-out-of-the-box' comfortable shoe. Don't pay attention to Naot's size warnings; I find them true to size. Great arch support-I really like the support to the ball of my foot too. Adjustable strap accommodates my high instep nicely. Very stylish-got lots of complements first day I wore them to work.

Comfort with style! My "troubled" feet have thanked me time and again for buying the Naot Matai. I chose the copper leather w/ wine suede. It's a great color that goes well with the browns in my wardrobe. I erroneously bought the 10(41) on my first try, but with the postage covered both ways and returns made SO easy, I swapped up to a 10 1/2 (42) and they fit like a charm. Yes, the strap is thin, but I feel it will be sturdy enough to hold up. My only criticism is the neon green lining...okay, it is a bit "funky" for an artsy-looking shoe, but it's a little much for my more conservative side. I'll just keep my shoes on - they are too comfortable to remove anyway!

Best comfort shoe - The leather is like butter! Felt like heaven from the moment I first put them on. I wish the strap was a bit shorter, it sticks out and could use more Velcro at the end. It is a bit wider than the mediums I usually wear, but the look and comfort is wonderful. Normally I wear a medium, but I would go for a narrow if they were available (they aren't). I don't wear orthotics, so I can't comment on if they would fit or not. They are pricey, but after I save up more money, I'll definitely buy another pair in another color or style. Best comfort shoe I've ever owned!

Matai in Silver - I tried these in the metallic and for some reason whenever I looked down at them the design and color combo reminded me of clown shoes. I think I will try a different color in their boot instead, because they do seem well made and are comfortable in a smooshy slipper kind of way. I wear an 8 ½ and the 8 was perfect.

Good shoe - Perfect for walking the streets of New York City and if you are a person who zips around your place of business. Looks good with a suit if you want to wear comfortable shoes vs. sexy.

Good news! This shoe stretches out as others have indicated, and I bought just the right size shoe knowing others shared this information. Very comfortable and I received compliments on the shoe the very first day!

Great arch support - Naot is the best shoe for my feet; the support for high arches is unequaled. This shoe would be wearable out of the box except the strap across the instep scratches and rubs; I'm hoping moleskin applied to the underside will help. Otherwise, it's a great shoe. A little clunky in the look, but comfort rules.

Israel's Mary Jane - I think these shoes are beautiful, with the sleek, slick uppers accentuated by a border and a swirl of slightly nappy material. I think it's the first pair of shoes I ever had which was made in Israel. I wonder about the durability of the thin strap; time will tell whether it holds up as long as I want to wear the shoes.

Cute, but wide for a narrow foot - I have a lot of compliments on this cute little shoe. If it weren't for the strap I wouldn't be able to wear them though as they are really wide for someone with a narrow foot like mine which has always been a problem. They look cute with capris and that is basically why I ordered them, however I'll wear them later in the year too with socks and slacks.

Fantastic slipper shoe - This shoe is amazingly comfortable right out of the box. Super soft leather and cute with capris or skirts. Not for walking long distances though because your feet will feel pounded after awhile. The comfort is great, but the sole doesn't provide long-term support for lots of walking on paved surfaces. Otherwise a terrific shoe for everyday.

Beautiful shoe - I’ve been complimented by everyone when wearing this shoe. I needed a shoe to fit my custom orthodics without looking like a nurse shoe. I have this shoe in orange, it's great. Super comfy, nice support. It’s nice and wide in the toe box, but I did find the heel to be too wide for my foot. Not a big deal. I really love shoes and was totally bummed to find out I couldn't wear most of them anymore. This brand is a great discovery. I can't wait to buy more.

Shaped like FEET! This is my second pair of Naot Matai. I have very wide feet and usually have to wear Extra Wide shoes, but not in Naot shoes. They only come in one width, but they are shaped like actually feet, so they accommodate my wide feet quite comfortably. The only downside is that I cannot wear them without socks, or they cut into the top of my feet.

A Keeper - Like the high toe box. Wish you had this shoe in narrow - it's really too wide for my foot, especially in the heel. I like it, though.
