These shoes seem to be at least 1/2 size and maybe a full size larger than the last pair that I purchased and have worn for years.

I am so disappointed. My current pair of Naot Matai Size 39 fits perfectly. The pair that arrived today is so short my big toe is bumping the end on both shoes and the heels of the new shoes feels loose. I really need to replace my shoes, but am hesitant to order another pair if Naot has changed the sizing on this style.

Not quite roomy enough, not enough cushion and not enough arch support. Not a bad shoe; just not for me.

I usually always take a Size 39 in Naot. These shoes looked a-bit larger coming out of the box. The length was fine but they felt wider from the arch back through the heel. A heavier sock only made my toes feel too snug and my heel still slipped somewhat.

I always wear size 42 in Naot shoes. This pair seems to run a little large.

The leather is very soft and the shoes are comfortable, but they gap when you are walking and the strap doesn't keep the shoe straight. Impressed with the leather but not the style.

I like the style and color. I’ve been buying size 39. 8 1/2 us. These only came full sizes with no half sizes available. I bought a size 40 (9 us). Way to big. Then I bought a 38. It runs true to size. But I need an 8 1/2. I love Zappos. I’m keeping my eye out for half size availability.

I walked out of these shoes so they did not give me the ankle support I need.

Love these shoes! I ordered them as a replacement for a pair that I lived in, but the sole wore out. So disappointed that they arrived covered with scuff marks.

Nice shoe, runs small

I have purchased Naot shoes over the years and loved the quality, comfort and fit. However, I now find that that toe box is not roomy enough for me.

I liked the shoe and I think Naot is a good brand. The shoe was snug enough I would not be able to wear socks with it in the winter as my toes were at the end. I cannot speak to arch support as I remove the footbed and use an orthotic.

I had this shoe in bronze for three years, very comfortable but alas the sole disintegrated and I've pitched them. I was excited to replace them with another pair. The new shoes seem to have a different foot bed and is uncomfortable across the arch and instep so I am sending them back

I had a pair of these which I dearly loved but the soles began to shed chunks so I tossed them. I was delighted to find they were still available. But when they came, the toe box was pulled down, not leaving room to my toes, so reluctantly I had to return them. It’s possible that if one could examine all the pairs in that size, some might not be like that.

I am so disappointed that these shoes do not work. The strap on top is very long so there is not much of the velcro there to secure it and one of the shoes has kind of a gap at the top. I do not think this velcro strap will last at all. They are so comfortable!! I am trying two other Naot styles in hopes of finding one!

Too small for me, but I had very "wide" expectations, based on the pictures of the shoe (and my misinterpretation of "Medium" width). My issue, not the manufacturer's, or Zappos'. Delivery and returns were much faster than expected. Overall, a decent experience.

i need a bit more toe box (the end of the shoe cuts almost straight across). these are probably cute in a size 7, but not a size 10.

After information suggested ordering a full size smaller, I did and had to return them--way too small. This pair US women's 9, is what I usually wear, but these were too small also, and am returning them too. I like the style and they look like they would be comfortable, but I am not going to try again. Very disappointed. Thank goodness for Zappos easy and quick return policy!

I really liked this style of shoe. But my usual size was too big, so disappointing. I ordered the size smaller but it was too small. So I had to return them both.
