Comfy shoe. I have bunions and some nerve damage on my left foot, and I believe these will work for me. They do run long. I just got them today. Zappos shipped them priority mail at no extra charge.

Terrific shoes. The first time I put them on my feet, walked quite a distance without any problems. Go down one size for sure. Love them!

These are terrific shoes: comfortable, great with pants, leggings, and skirts, beautiful with a wide palette of colors. The pictures don't do justice to the color, which is slightly metallic with a deep purple tinge. My left foot is smaller than my right, so the Velcro closure is an advantage for me, but the shoes still fit better with socks. In the short time I've had these shoes, I've gotten many compliments on them. That's a nice feature, as well.

These shoes are great! First, I have widish feet, so fit is important. Despite the fact that these come in only one width, they fit me very comfortably. Second, they are so comfortable to walk in. I took four pairs of shoes with me on a recent trip to London and Paris. I wish I had had two pairs of these, so I could have left the others at home. I have a bad hip, so walking long distances on pavement can be a problem. In these I walked eight miles in Paris one day and my feet never hurt. Great shoes.

I now have 3 pairs of Matai in different colors. This may be the best shoe that Naot has ever made. If I was wealthy, I'd buy a pair for every friend and relative I have. I have miserable feet that don't get along with most shoes and I love shoes. So I may indulge in more colors before the style disappears.

I recently purchased the Naot Matai after reading the reviews of others who had bought the Naot shoes. I have chronic plantar fasciitis and have difficulty wearing all but my running shoes for long periods. I was somewhat skeptical but am completely sold on this shoe. It is so comfortable and has good arch support. The strap is adjustable too. Just order smaller than you normally wear - I ordered a 36 (US 5) and I always wear a 6 1/2-7! I will definitely buy more of these!

These shoes are so very comfortable and stylish! I put them on right out of the box and wore them all day. I would recommend them to anyone who loves good shoes!

I own two pair of this shoe and may purchase a third. I find them very comfortable, an all day shopping shoe. Zappos provides excellent service. My first pair where purchased in an upscale shoe store but Zappos answered my color and need for the second pair.

This is my first pair of Naot shoes. I have RSD so deal with chronic pain so needed a pair of shoes that were supportive yet not constrictive and very comfortable. These are absolutely perfect and I will be looking to Naot for all my future shoe purchases. I cannot wear them with thick socks but the normal trouser socks work very well. There was no break-in period and I walked in comfort from the very start. Bravo!

Very comfortable shoe with great support. I wore these, brand new, for a 2 week trip with lots of walking on cobblestones. Sometimes I wore them with socks, sometimes not. The negative heel was especially comfortable. The shoes looked good even after a rainy day. I usually wear a 7 1/2, but had worn Naot shoes before in a size 7. I purchased these in a 7 and the fit was correct.

Each time we travel to Italy, I end up with sore feet and back because of the many miles we walk on cobblestone streets. I vowed this year I was going to get a pair of shoes that were comfortable. I bought these Naots and thought (still do actually) they were the ugliest pair of shoes I ever saw. However, their beauty is that after nearly 100 miles of walking in two weeks, my feet, my knees, my hips and my back were absolutely pain free. Wonderfully comfortable and well worth the price, even though I would only wear with pants cause I don't like the style. I tried other Naot styles, but they didn't feel as comfy on my foot.

This is above and beyond the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. This is huge for me because although I am just in my 20s, I have an aggressive form of Rheumatoid Arthritis that causes a lot of pain and joint stress in my feet. I require significant support for my feet and have yet to find a shoe that measures up to the comfort of these Naot Matai shoes. The arch support is unsurpassed and the foot bed is truly designed to alleviate shock, joint stress, and bone pressure. I usually prefer being barefoot or wearing slippers, but these are so comfortable that I do not take them off when I come home and am purchasing a second pair of Naot shoes for just around the house as they are more comfortable than wearing nothing at all! The style is beautiful and unique; I have gotten many compliments. I've worn this shoe with pants, jeans, and skirts, they are so versatile. I ordered the Peacock/Black, which is a beautiful leather and suede combination. Because of the slight inky hues to the peacock part of the shoe, I can wear these shoes with black or navy clothing, and brown! Great value. The fit seems very true to size. I have experienced a bit of stretch in the width of the shoe, however, due to the nature of full-grain leather. It has not been enough to change the size, though, and the adjustable strap allows an adjustable fit.

I'm a F.T. bar tender, on my feet standing, walking & sometimes running! I've had the same work shoes for (too many) years not wanting to part with them till I found these quite by accident. They looked nice so I bookmarked them and revisited them for months till I finally broke down & ordered them. They arrived yesterday (speedy delivery!) and I wore them to work last night. I forgot to bring a back up pair (new shoes & all), but on my way home I realized that my feet didn't hurt - at all! I am so pleased with these shoes! They're cute & comfy! This morning I said a few parting words & placed my very old & tired work shoes in the trash. I highly recommend these shoes to anyone who has to be on their feet for hours at a time! I'm thinking I'll save up for a couple more pairs in other colors! I just love them!

Unusual, cool shoe. The swirl design lends it some class. I would have liked darker edges around the strap and front to avoid the tiny contrasting edge, but overall a good, versatile look that works with casual or dressy outfits. If you have a wide foot or bunions, these respond to stretching (so plan to spend a little extra money). Otherwise, quite comfy.
