I purchased these for my trip to Paris. I had googled "comfortable shoes for travel" and these came up several times with positive reviews. They did not disappoint me. My feet were comfortable everyday. They never hurt once! Kudos for people who write reviews!

These shoes are extremely comfortable from the first minute you put them on. They have a soft insole and arch support to keep your feet comfortable. I love the velcro strap--easy to put on and off.

Best shoe ever. Had to order a new pair since my first pair from years ago were starting to get scuffed up. Own five pairs of these and they really make my feet HAPPY!

This is a terrific shoe. They are expensive but style, fit, comfort, and versatility make them worth it. I wear them with nice slacks, jeans, casual skirts, and get compliments every time I wear them. This color is lovely, doesn't look too metallic, it has a nice subtle look. I usually wear a size 6, but in Naot I wear a 36. This is a no-fault shoe!

I love these shoes and so does everyone else! Never had so many comments! They have a great arch support and given the angle of the cross strap, you can slip into and out of them easily. The leather interiors breathe, unlike synthetics. Nice finish and well-made.

This shoe was very comfortable, and attractive for a comfort shoe. I have problem feet, and am on my feet all day. Even with my orthotic inserts, there wasn't enough support for me.

I didn't buy these from Zappos, but I wear them nearly every day. I have awful feet -- I keep sending shoes back (thank you, Zappos!) - I can never find anything in regular shoe stores. These are simply perfect and adorable. I get compliments on them all the time. They look cute with pants and skirts. Yay, Naot!

These are my first Naot maryjanes. I have Naot sandals that I love, so I thought I would try the maryjanes for fall. These are the most comfortable shoes I own! They feel like wearing slippers, but with great arch support and comfort walking long distances. They are so comfortable that I purchased a second pair in white to wear to my job as a nurse where I am on my feet a lot. The price is high, but worth it. They are great. I normally take a 39 and my Naot sandals are 39, but in these I needed a 40 and they are perfect.

I did not pay attention to those reviewers that said these shoes run large so now I am returning them for a size smaller. They actually feel like they are just half a size too big so I am worried that I will have to go down a whole size since they only come in whole sizes. Other then that they seemed to be really comfortable shoes of good quality.

Extremely comfortable. Amazing arch support. I tried the Peacock color - very pretty color. These feel amazing but I can't quite get past the strange design. The nice thing about these in comparison to other similar shoes I've tried is the soft top - they almost feel like slippers they're so comfortable. Your toes never hit upon a hard surface. Very true to size.

Comfortable and will be easy to take off and on at airport with velcro straps. Nice leather with black suede on the trim which I think is cute. I wear 8.5 - 9.0 normally and the 8.0 fit perfect so they run big.

I own nine pairs of Naot shoes & sandals, I only buy the ones with this sole. I am a Pilates instructor & massage therapist I am on my feet all day. These are so comfortable that I purchased the green shimmer 3 weeks ago I just received the metal black combo.

This is an update to my previous review. It took three tries of ordering the same size but I finally got a pair that fit and was not defective - just a heads up. That seems very odd for a shoe this expensive. However, I love this shoe. It is very comfortable and very cute for a job where I need to be somewhat dressy but am on my feet all day running around and sometimes carrying things (so heels don't work well). A heads up, they do seem to give a little as you wear them so don't order them on the large size. Also, I got this as a cute summer shoe and while I can walk in them all day (I have high arches too and they give good support), I've found that when I wear them outside they don't breathe all that well and my feet get hot which makes me happy to take them off when I get home. If you aren't in the heat, great and very comfortable.

These are awesome shoes. They really are the most comfortable shoes that I have found. They offer great support and are very soft inside. I do not even use my inserts with these shoes because they are so comfortable. They are very roomy in the toes too.

I fell in love with this shoe when I saw it (and I normally never spend this much on a pair of shoes). So cute and stylish - a great summertime grab and go when I don't know how much walking I'll be doing. I needed a new summer shoe that I could look reasonably dressy in, but grab a box and run in my studio job when my boss said go, etc. I normally wear an 8.5 and a 39, and while I heard some discrepancy on the sizes from other reviewers, the 39 fit perfectly. The shoe was cute as could be when it arrived and had a very comfortable foot bed and support (I have high arches). However, there was an odd manufacturing defect in one of the shoes which left a wide gap around the heel. Everyone's feet are a little different from left to right, but I've never had any major issues and I decide this gap and almost bend in the stitching/material, which made one heel slide quite a bit, was just too annoying for the price tag. I returned it for another pair, and Zappos in their awesomeness sent it right away. Then...the second pair had an odd defect. One shoe was mismatched so that you were basically walking on the "seam" of the edge of the footbed, almost like it had been cut crookedly. I was really annoyed. I love the shoe but that's the quality of a discount store shoe. So...I'm sending it back and trying one more pair (hopefully I won't get the same first one back!). Three strikes and Naot is out. But it's so stylish and would be immensely comfortable if I could just get one that was manufactured correctly.

These shoes provide comfort and support and also look good. I have several pair in different color combinations and wear a light insole with the shoe. I need a wide toe box and found them true to size. I can wear them all day with ease.

This is one of my most comfortable pairs of shoes. I am a medical professional on my feet all day, and I can't stand it when my feet hurt from shoes rubbing somewhere on my foot, or from lack of support. These shoes feel great all day and have wonderful support. The shoes look beautiful too.

These are great shoes - comfortable right out of the box with good arch support. They look good with shorts and casual dresses too. I have not needed my custom orthotic in these shoes.

I really wanted to love these shoes, but after walking in them on a hard floor for just a short time, I knew they wouldn't work. There isn't enough cushioning under the ball of the foot to keep a Morton's neuroma from flaring up. Too bad - they're cute and fit beautifully on my feet. For this price, however, they don't measure up.

I love these shoes. I have two other pairs and wear these all the time. I have wide feet, and these are perfect with excellent support. You cannot go wrong with the Maria. Now bring out some bright colors.

These shoes cost way more than I usually spend, but they are worth it. The interior adapts to my orthotic, they are the most comfortable shoes in my closet, and the style is youthful and unique. If they hold up over time, I would certainly buy more of this brand.

I have had these shoes for over 4 years and have worn them all over England and on many trips in the US. They are the most comfortable walking shoes I have and they look so stylish I can wear them with pants or with a skirt. I have had many people ask me about them because they are so cute and comfortable. If you are planning a trip that involves lots of walking, these are definitely the right shoes!

The shoes are very comfortable. I can wear them all day and my feet feel fine. For Mary Janes, they have some nice style. I also own a pair of Naots in the Kirei model which I find slightly more comfortable than these because the strap in this one crosses a little awkwardly for my high instep foot. Highly recommend despite this!

I wore these shoes for two years almost everyday until they became too bedraggled to be seen in public. I have painful bunions and these never made them hurt worse than they do naturally. These shoes really lasted and I put them through the ringer! They saw mud and hiking and really held up nicely. They are worth the price. One draw back is the Velcro closure does not let you tighten them enough after they have stretched. They are cute, too!
