These are cute and very comfortable. They seem to run just a bit large, though not overly so.

I love these shoes. Actually they are a sandal. The chocolate chip is a dark brown with a light green stripe. I use to wear a 6 1/2 in Keens but lately I have had to size down. Some styles I now wear a 6 but in this style and the Maryjanes I wear a 5 1/2. My favorite thing is the removable insole as I have to wear an insert in one shoe. It is hard to find removable insoles in sandals. They are a sporty, casual, active look. This was my second order as the first pair the pull tab on the tongue was not sewn down. As usual Zappos does their outstanding service and I had my new pair within 2 days and before they had received the defective pair. Service is the name of the game and Zappos knows how to do it.

Keen Arroyo - I must be Cinderella, the shoe fits! The Arroyo is remarkably similar to the Taos - which I purchased last year. They look dork-ish on my size 11, skinny flat feet, but they're the only shoes that don't aggravate my sore Achilles tendon on my daily walks. The heel does slip, but since I always wear socks, it's not an issue. The insoles are replaced with my personal favorites (Spenco's Dayhiker) and I'm ready to mosey.

Best Keens Yet!!! This is my fourth pair of Keens and I am really enjoying this shoe. It has enough support to hike in and makes my feet feel secure on bumpy trails. It runs a little narrower than some of the others, which is a plus for me. It has quickly replaced my white leather walking shoes for just all around everyday casual wear.

Keen Arroyo II - I am a new Keen customer and just love my new Arroyo IIs because they are airy like a sandal, but rugged like a trail shoe. Normally, I wear orthotics for walking but don't need them when I wear these shoes. Great fit and I love the color combination as well.

I love this shoe. It is so much cooler-looking than the regular old Keens that absolutely everyone in my mountain town in Colorado is wearing. Yet they still offer breathability like a Keen sandal. The sole is very rugged allowing them to be worn almost as a hiking shoe - perfect for slipping on to walk the dogs on the trail. I've had numerous compliments on the great look and styling of this shoe. It is very comfortable as well.

Best Hiking/Walking Shoe Ever! Thanks to our Keen Arroyo II hiking shoes, my husband and I walked the 2007 Peachtree Road Race in total foot comfort and style! These shoes have been comfortable from the first day we put them on. They provide excellent support, and they look great.

Just Like Being in My Slippers - I just love my Arroyo's. I put them on for the first time while on vacation in Venice Italy last month. They felt like I had taken my slippers! Comfort, style and functional. What else can you ask for in a sport shoe/sneaker? The service at Zappos was unbelievable. I ordered my Keens and the next day, there they were. This was my first of many transactions with Zappos. Thank you...Dr. Maggi Verhagen

After a heel injury, from an accident, my feet are no longer the same shoe size. The Keen Arroyo II was a good close fit! Now if only I could get a pair of shoes that are 2 different sizes...

Love them - I have a couple pair of the Keen sandals and my husband had these and I thought they were so comfortable so I got a pair. Love them and wear them everywhere. Very cushy and fit very well. Wish they had a more feminine color -- thought the photo looked like brown with pink straps, but they are beige and rust straps -- my only complaint. Order up 1/2 size.

Keen hits their stride with this shoe; perfect for walking down the street, having dinner and fording rivers and summer hiking in the Rockies. A brilliant combination of excellent support and comfort with modern functional good looks.

Awesome sandal for use with orthotics, awesome store - I was looking for a sandal type of shoe that would work well with a full foot orthodic - this is it! These shoes are comfy, not too wide (I have narrow feet) and have a removable insole. They don't have as much airflow as sandals that don't take orthodics, but I'm finding that pretty much par for the course. It’s a good buy; good shoes for hiking, everyday walking and around town. Very cool looking as well.

Wonderful shoes! I love the comfort of these shoes. They roll nicely as I walk and I don't trip on uneven surfaces. They have no "break-in" period at all. Love the shape and firmness of the sole. I wish there were dress shoes that were this comfortable! Keen would get rich. They are cool, lightweight, well made, solid. Buy them.

Just as indicated - Great deal when you can purchase something site unseen and have them be so perfect! Always searching for shoes that offer enough support and I believe have found! Adjustable straps & removable insoles make them fit my orthotics with same comfort. High quality appeal!

Loved that the foot bed removed so I could use my orthotic. Shoe was very comfortable with the exception that my heel was slipping.

Same great shoe, same great fit. I just wish these would last longer! I have trouble with one foot, and these give me a great fit and good support. I used to be a Birkenstock fan, but since foot surgery, these are my first choice for comfort and support.

I have had several pairs of these shoes and I love them. They breathe, work wonderfully with my orthodics and give good support. However this last time when I ordered my usual size, I found the 9.5 too large. If you are between sizes, I suggest ordering down one half size.

I really loved the arch support of this shoe, which has a more substantial sole than other Keen styles, so it's also heavier as a result. However, the tongue is not sewn to the sides, and I have a low instep, so it moved around quite a bit. I also have a narrow foot and while the footbed was okay, when I tightened the lace, the extra tongue fabric folds under and I didn't care for that feeling. So back they go -- bummer!

A good shoe, but not as comfortable as my other Keens. I walk my dog along a gravel path, and although I love Keens for just about everything else, they tend to collect gravel inside. The gravel gets in, it can't get out. I keep having to take my shoes off to empty them. I was hopping that the "holes" in the Arroyo were small enough and far enough from the ground that I wouldn't have the gravel problem, but no, it still gets in there. Also, these Keens feel kind of loose in the heel - ever so slightly floppy; my other Keens in the same size feel snugger. Overall though, the Arroyo is pretty comfortable, and I wear them a lot.

Love it! Great for heel pain. Great shoe, I now have two pairs. Gets a little stinky when barefoot but it’s easily washable. Comfy even with socks, if you don't mind the geek factor. Never want to take them off. I even work out in them. I do not have to wear orthotics for my plantar fasciitis in these shoes! That is awesome!!!

Great outdoor activity shoe - I bought this shoe as a walking shoe for rural roads. It works well and helps reduce shin fatigue. My only problem is keeping the laces as tight as I like them. Otherwise, excellent choice.

Good, but sweaty - I wanted a versatile shoe I could travel with - for hiking and trekking from town to town. What I got proved even MORE versatile since I have tried (successfully) to JOG in them. No, I won't run marathons in them, but when you're traveling and space is at a premium, this baby will do the job for a 3-4 mile run/walk. I was pleasantly surprised. To jog, you'll need to wear socks and really tighten the lace so the heel doesn't lift so much, but it is definitely do-able. Without socks, feet get sweaty (though not smelly) after a full day of any activity, but that happens with other Keens I've had as well.
