Got these in the Gargoyle/Azure color. They're olive green, not gray as they appear in the photo. Also, they ran a full size too big. They were huge! I knew as soon as I took them out of the box they would have to go back.

Fantastic shoes! I first had to look at them because they were unusually ugly. I ordered them because of that same reason plus the good reviews. I hardly keep shoes in which I cannot run as well. In these you could run but it would not be the best choice. Anyway, I would not dream of letting these shoes out of my hands (read: feet) except for when I'm running. I consider them the healthiest shoes ever!

Everyone who knows me notices my Keens that I wear everywhere in the summer. I wanted a Keen shoe to wear in winter with jeans or khakis. Nothing is more unattractive to me than white clunky sneakers and jeans. This shoe has some style with the feel of a sneaker- but more comfortable. I wear them with dark socks, and they look great. The back slips a little but a different size wouldn't correct that, and I love them so much, it doesn't matter. It is not an uncomfortable slide at all. This happened with or without my orthotic inserts. I took everyone's advice and ordered down a half size, and it was a perfect fit.

Just as it says, these shoes combine the best features of trail shoes and sandals! This is my second pair, I love them so much, and I still have and wear the original Arroyo from several years ago! They are great!

I initially ordered the size 8.5 in this shoe as I have never worn a size 8. Several reviews said it ran big, but I couldn't imagine it running a half size larger. So lesson learned; it does run a half size larger as I received my size 8 today and it fits great.

These are well constructed shoes. I bought them for the hot summer and to be able to wear my orthodics and still have my feet breathe. The orthoics fit in fine, but I found not enough side support for my feet. I still find the Arroyo II comfortable and good arch support. I felt they were a good buy.

Great shoes, I usually have to order up a half size in Keen, but these run true to size. Very good support and stable on uneven ground. They are not as cool as sandals, but a lot cooler than a solid shoe when you need some protection for your feet! I just love them.

Great looking shoe, comfortable, good support but surprisingly larger than the usual size 8 I always order for my Keen shoes.

Very comfortable - I purchased this shoe to wear on a trip to England this summer. I like it so far, as I walk my dog daily, because it has: openings for ventilation (my feet get hot easily), a pull for tightening the laces (I hate laces that come untied), is deep enough for additional orthotic inserts, is wide enough for lots of toe room and comfort, and has a good sole for walking on cobbles.

Great utility shoe - These shoes are great for just about any activity where you would want casual comfort, from shopping to hiking and everything in between. They run a little wide, which is why they fit me so well. My only complaint is that my feet do sweat in these as previous posts have mentioned.

Love Keen Shoes and Zappos! Love this shoe! We recently went on a week long 4x4/hiking trip in Moab and these shoes were perfect! Great fit and comfort for all day wearability! Ordered a 1/2 size larger and fit perfectly.

Yet another great Keen purchase! I have really bad tendonitis in my left foot and have had a heck of a time finding shoes that did not kill my feet, but ever since I was introduced to Keens, I have been one happy customer! The Arroyos were my 5th pair of Keens and again I love them! I needed a sandal-like shoe for the summer weather that I could fit my orthotics in and these have worked great. The only complaint I have is the black toe protector part is slightly bigger on one shoe than the other (a slight manufacturing defect I am sure), but you only notice it if you look closely at the shoe. What counts is that they look decent and are great for being active in the warmer months and for this chronic foot pain sufferer, that is a wonderful thing! I just love Keens and will keep buying them!

Very comfortable shoe! It took 3 different Keens to get the right pair but these are great.

The Keen Arroyo 2 is an awesome set of sandals and they fit me everywhere, they are true to size. It's my first experience with Keens and I'm a convert. I wear my orthotics in them, and they fit in the shoe well too, and don't slip around.

I love this shoe for hiking and walking. I thought that they had stopped making the shoe but found it at Zappos which made me very happy. It is my third pair.

For 5 years I wore Keen's Arroyo II for low level hiking. After searching in stores, I was happy to be able to locate the same style (but not color) on Zappos website. Lucky me. I tried other Keen styles but the Arroyo II style fits my foot and my needs best.

I love the look of these shoes, they rub a little on the top of my toes, but I've only worn them once so perhaps they need to be worn in a little. I had to return the first pair as they were too big. I received a second pair in the correct size the next day! Zappos customer service is unequaled!

Love these shoes! I have very flat and narrow feet. I also wear orthotics. When I took them out of the box, I thought they would be too wide for me. Happily they feel perfect. My orthotics lift my foot up enough to make the shoe feel a little loose in the heel but not enough to be a problem. I have been wearing them without orthotics and haven't noticed discomfort in my feet. I am amazed! It's been years since I found a shoe that fits right out of the box. I'm sold on Keen!

Usually, the 8.5 fits perfectly, but in this style it was too big. Otherwise, it's a great shoe.

The Keen Arroyos are worth the money. They combine comfort and sturdiness and lightness. I ordered them from Zappos one day and 3 days later I was wearing my new Keens. These shoes required no break in time.

This shoe is the current version of the Arroyo which Keen discontinued for a while. It's very similar to the Arroyo in styling and fit. In most Keens I wear a 7 1/2 but in both Arroyos (and in their ancestor, the Taos) I wear a 7. It's a comfortable shoe though a little on the stiff side. Good cushioning and support, typical of Keen shoes. Though I wear orthotics, so I can't rate the arch support.

These shoes were extremely comfortable. I got them the day before I left for Maui and didn't get a chance to break them in. Still, I wore them hiking through woods and rocks to get to waterfalls. They fit so well that they did not cause any blisters or discomfort. They had great arch support too. Love 'em!

I purchased the Keen Arroyo about 5 years ago and have worn them almost anytime we are traveling. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn, especially on uneven terrain, sand, etc. I just purchased the Keen Arroyo II (new version) and am equally pleased with their comfort. Even tho my original Arroyos are perfectly fine I bought the new pair worrying that Keen may discontinue the style. Hopefully, that won't occur. I would recommend this shoe to anyone without reservation.

The Arroyo II has become my favorite shoe for the last three years. One of my biggest fears is that Keen will stop making it. Two of its best features is a wide comfortable toe box (no pinched toes ever), and a lot of arch and heal support for walking and standing. I like the current color selections. The Arroyo II is my first choice for day to day use. Keep it coming Keen.
