I love Keens! I love these shoes, but then again I love all shoes by Keen. They took a couple of wearings to break in and really feel comfortable, but after that, they were perfect. The arch support is awesome and they are warm and dry.

I love the Newport sandals by Keen - you can throw them in the washer and they look like new.

The best - These were my first Keen shoes, and are absolutely wonderful. I have a somewhat wide foot and there was no break-in period needed. They look cute with jeans and I received plenty of compliments on them. They really are the "SUV" of shoes - as I read from a review after doing research on them. VERY COMFORTABLE!!!!

Targhee II gives splendid, sturdy support - The shoe fits well, and is comfortable and roomy even with the thickest socks. It grips my foot and gives me excellent support when walking. It has traction for ice and snow and is waterproof and warm. I recommend it for adverse winter weather - especially here in the Northeast.

My feet are so happy! The toe box is a little narrower than other Keens, and the heel may be a little wider. Regardless, I do love these shoes. Plus, I walked in them in 2-4" of snow, for nearly an hour and a half, and my toes were toasty and my feet dry! I didn't even realize how comfortable my feet were until my walking companion complained that her toes were freezing. I really love these shoes!

I love these! These shoes are so comfortable and have great arch support. They are also perfect for winter - my feet stay dry and warm, but are breathable. All the other comments about the sizes running small are right. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8, but ordered an 8 1/2 and they fit perfectly.

Great Hiking Shoe - This is a super comfy shoe. Felt really nice right out of the box. I love the waterproof factor. I got these for traveling around Europe during the winter and they kept my feet warm, dry, and happy. Nice support for lots of walking. The soles seem like they will be great for hiking.

Excellent shoe - The Keens Targhee II is a great shoe for those that need plenty of foot/arch and shock absorbency. This is my everyday wear shoe. I definitely will buy again. As far as shoe size goes, I wear a "7", I find that I have to order a "7-1/2", (which feels like a "7"), not sure if Keens shoes run smaller than actual size, but it fits perfect.

So far so good! I have not had these shoes for long but wanted to give a sizing report for those who have trouble getting just the right fit, as I do. In Keen Presidio and Napa, a 10.5 fits my foot like it was made just for me. However, a 10.5 in this shoe is a little tight. I was finally able to get an 11, and in a side-by-side comparison with the 10.5, 11 definitely wins. If there was an 11.5 I might even try that, but the 11 will do. It is not a wide shoe, either, and I miss the roomy toebox of the casual Keens, but still, so far so good!

So in love - I love these shoes and haven't worn anything else since they arrived. They are waterproof and as a result can make my feet a little hot, but I do wear them in the wet grass a lot and my feet stay dry. I’ll be getting another pair of Keens that ventilate better for the summer months!

Walked 5-6 hours a day in them - Need a lot of cushioning in the balls of my feet. I spent 2.5 weeks in Italy, walking and standing for 5-6 hours a day in the countryside, towns and cities with these great shoes. Very comfortable, even in uneven pavement and cobblestone type streets. Highly recommended for vacationing and travel.

Laces - Can the laces be tightened? I don't see a toggle on the laces to tighten and lock like many of the other shoes with this single lace style. If they can't be tightened, they might fit too loose for some particularly in performance situations like hiking?

This shoe is so awesome and cute, too. I climbed Mt. Whitney in them and it was the first time I had ever worn them. They were comfortable the whole time and they didn't rub in any of the wrong places.

Excellent shoes - These shoes really are waterproof. I work in a greenhouse, that's why I got them. Wear them everyday and my feet stay dry and comfy. Highly recommend. Well worth the price.

Super trekker - I wore these a bit around the house and they felt comfy from the beginning. Just got back from a mountain vacation and walked several miles on fairly level trails. One day I did a 5 mile hike along uneven boulder strewn trail conditions. Crossed streams on slippery rocks etc. They were the BEST! My feet/ankles/legs felt fine like I hadn't even been on a difficult 5 mile hike. Excellent support!!! I normally take an 8 to an 8 1/2 and a 9 fit perfect.

Not the right size for me. :( I have other Keens in size 10, but these feel smaller. More like 9.5 or 9. I have to return them. Sadly, 10.5 is not available. I do like the look of the shoe. They fit my feet perfectly, except my toes were crunched at the end. I highly recommend this shoe, but do suggest ordering the size you think you need, and the next one up--returns are free, so I think that's the way to go.

Great shoe! Wow! A hiking shoe that isn't ugly. I bought this shoe for a moderate hike in Northern California. It was totally comfy and felt very stylish as well. The shoe was great on the hike and was really easy to clean up afterwards. We hiked on a very rocky trail and this shoe really felt secure and gave good support. I also found these shoes to be very roomy, which is a good thing for me. However, I will wear thicker socks with these shoes the next time I hike. These shoes were a great investment and well worth the money.

Another satisfied customer - I accidentally stumbled upon a great pair of Keen shoes several months ago, and I LOVE them. So when I went looking for some hiking shoes, I was thrilled to see these on line. No disappointments here!!

The Amazing Shoe! I purchased these shoes for hiking long distances with a light backpack. After trying all sorts of brands and getting hot spots and blisters after just a few miles, I decided to get the Targhee 11s. My husband wears them as a carpenter, so I figured they must be pretty durable. Oh my gosh, I went on just one short walk with these shoes, and the following day did 14 miles and they were AWESEOME. My feet felt great, and I even did some jogging down some steep stuff during the hike. I'm thrilled, and would recommend them to anyone. I found that they run 1/2 size small for me...everyone else says the opposite. These are amazing shoes - Keen has done a great job once again!!

Good hiker - This shoe has a nice spring to it and flexibility. I have bunions and wear orthotics to correct for this. These shoes accommodate them well but raise my foot up so that the heel rubs. A little bit of mole skin took care of that hot spot. Without orthodics there is no heel rub. They were true to size and the olive green was truly an olive color- a little bit darker hue the green olives you’d pick up in the grocery store with a pimento in them. It’s a color that goes well with typical hiking/backpacking clothing colors. They have lasted all summer for me. The traction rubber on the bottom stands up will to wear as do the leather upper. The wear shows most on the tacky rubber and I’ll replace them next season. I got my money’s worth out of these shoes and have no complaints.

Keen pulls through again! This is a super comfortable as well as a really sharp looking hiking shoe. It seems to run about a half size bigger than posted, and takes a few days to break them in around the ankle area, but overall I am very satisfied!!
