much darker than the picture. more like charcoal grey. would've still kept it but the heel was too loose.

Why why why are Keens getting smaller?! Compared the soles of these to shoes from a few years ago, same size, only these are smaller by at least a size.

I almost sent didn't consider them because the heel kept slipping. Until I figured out that they were laced wrong. Then everything worked good just like my old keens. I see people complain about the slippage but I wonder if they came out do the box laced wrong like mine did.

I typically hike 35 miles per week on moderate trails (hills, rocks, switchbacks, etc...)and love this shoe. There is zero break in time, and they provide great protection for toes. Highly recommend.

Great sturdy shoe! Love that it is waterproof and really like the style.

Had to get a half size larger, then they were perfect! Great from the get go. I usually have to use an orthotic arch support, but not with these shoes.

Comfortable right out of the box. I normally wear a 9 1/2 but I ordered 1/2 a size larger as recommended. They fit great.

im so picky about my sneakers. I walk a lot of trails with my dog so they have to be comfortable but they also have be be cute...These are very comphy right out the box and SUPER cute, love the color. Im going to buy more and i defiantly am going to buy Keen from now on

7th pair of Keen Targee, never disappoints!

These are the only shoes I wear on a regular, daily basis. The support and comfort cannot be matched. The style is a little clunky, but I'll put up with it to never have sore feet. I can be on my feet all day without discomfort. Highly recommended for hiking or just daily wear.

I have problem feet - bunions, bone spurs, you name it - and these shoes were amazing straight out of the box. I'm a walker/hiker and do do on various surfaces and have recently noticed that regular running shoes just don't work for me any longer. Comfort, fit, stability, and support are important factors for me. These shoes have it all. I did take other reviewers' suggestion and ordered a half size up.

I love these shoes (Keen Targhee II)! This is my second pair and wear them everyday to work in (and those are 12 hour work days) and on the weekends, hiking. Thinking about buying another pair soon because I'm concerned Keen might change the style/sizing like they have done on other shoes I've previously owned. These guys are really a winning shoe, totally worth the investment.

This is a great shoe, lots of support, good looking, more flexible than some Keens I've had,and too narrow. I ordered 1/2 size larger - I know they run small but it seems they are getting narrower and shorter. Is it the waterproofing? I bought the exact samealthough not waterproofed (different color) Targhee II shoe at a local retailer and it fits perfectly and is actually a little big (I'll wear thicker socks for the pleasure of being able to wiggle my toes). Sending them back sadly - love the color, wish they fit.

As usual Zappos was great! and I love my Keen Targhee II. They are water proof and have great everything to make my life comfortable and safe where ever I go.

Love the color, mineral blue/ gray. A typical heavier shoe. Comfortable. I have several Keen shoe styles.

Felt very comfortable and padded. They were a little warmer than I usually like. But the comfort made up for it.

Haven't really worn the shoes yet. I am sure they will be fine. I did want to comment on customer service. EXCELLENT! I returned a pair of shoes (very easy)and the fellow who helped me buy this pair was awesome. He spent time with me choosing this pair and walked me through the return process. I've had these shoes for just over a week now, and twice have worn them for 7+ mile walks. They have great arch support, which is really important for me as I have had plantar fasciitis on and off for the past few years. It rained once when I wore them and my feet stayed dry. However, I didn't step into deep puddles to truly test them. I wear a size 9 and these fit well -- close but not too tight with thicker socks on.

I have been suffering of foot pain for well over a year. I've had several visits to the orthopedic doctor, I got expensive orthotics (that didn't work) and I decided to ditch the old Merrell shoes for my old preferred brand, Keen. These shoes are amazing. Three days into wearing them and my foot pain is gone. I tried them both with orthotics, currently I am wearing them without. I am amazed, they are excellent quality, they provide amazing support. Can't say enough good things about this shoe! Defenitely worth the price.

I purchased these for hiking. They are a little stiff, but comfortable. I have no problems after wearing hiking with really no break in period. They have a wide toe box and the toe cover keeps toes protected.

I ordered a pair of keen loved WP shoes for my landscaping job and for easy hiking. The shoes ran a half size too big and as it turned out they were really hot during the summer. I ordered these as a replacement. Due to the current weather, I have not had a chance to wear them outside, but they do feel like the right fit and I am hoping they will not be as hot as the last pair that I ordered. Customer service at Zappos was very understanding about my problem.
