Best fitting and very comfortable walking shoe - This shoe is top of the line. It feels great and really controls your gait.

Excellent fit and comfort - I have bad feet. I have had surgery on both, and I also have had knee surgery on both knees, and will eventually need knee replacements. Lately my feet have hurt much more than my knees. I ordered these shoes later in the day and they arrived the next morning. The moment I put them on I knew just how bad my other shoes were. I was wearing orthotics, but I took them out and my feet feel fine. Thanks for such great service.

Very comfortable shoe - I just had two knees replaced last year and have been walking 3 miles a day for a month and found these shoes to be very comfortable and stable.

Same Shoe, Better Fit - I buy the same athletic shoe over and over again. Usually I buy it from the New Balance store because I get a real good fit. However, the last two times, they did not have a 2A. So I had to get a B width. The B is fine but my 2As had a better fit. Zappos had the 2A. It got here in record time. The size is slightly different but the 2A is the best for me. I am very happy with this shoe. Please continue to carry the 2A. There was no difference in the look and it was a little cheaper than the one I bought at the New Balance store. I took back the other shoe with a smile on my face.

New Balance - This shoe is great! This is my second pair. They feel like you are walking on air, worth the money.

Great Walking Shoe! This shoe is wide enough to accommodate the neuroma on my left foot. It is also wide enough for me to include my orthotics. These are great walking shoes. The shoe came the next day after I placed my order. I took them out of the box and started walking. Zappos has the BEST SERVICE!!!

The most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Only shoes of this type I wear anymore. New Balance 926 is wonderful.

This is a comfy shoe. It seems large when I put it on and I wear a 9EE. I love the New Balance shoes since I have problem feet and need good cushioning and a wider toe box. As long as the style comes in a 9EE I'm usually delighted, but this shoe is a tad big. With heavier socks it works. Thanks to all the Zappos staff, you are #1.

New Balance Walkers - These shoes are great. They support and cushion my feet (and arches!) while I'm walking and they look pretty good while doing it. Thanks, Zappos!

I am another person whose triangular, neuroma-prone feet with wide, crowded toes and narrow heels are difficult to fit, and these shoes are fabulously comfortable. Since I walk 5-6 miles every day, I have worn out quite a few pairs of traditional wide-width New Balance cross trainers, but the WW926s, with their wider, more rounded toe box, provide more roomy comfort and greater walking stability than cross trainers. I just ordered a second pair in black.

Best sneaks I ever had. Put them on and walked off with no break in. Perfect fit size and width. Great cushioning and support and they look good. Liked a Brooks also but didn't look this good.

Walking Comfort - I wish New Balance would make a "C" width rather than just regular and "D."

Maximum Comfort and Support - I've been suffering through a bout of severe tendonitis in my left foot and these and another pair of New Balance are the only shoes that I am able to wear. The support for the arches and the ankles is tremendous. Well worth the money.

WW926 Fit and Comfort - I am ordering the WW926 because it succeeds the WW925. I have a very wide flat forefoot w/narrow heel, very high arch, and unstable sensitive feet. This SL-2 last with 4E width, good cushioning and arch support is the only shoe that fits and works right even when walking all day. I can use Coolmax socks in summer or extra thick warm socks in winter and I'm good to go.

Best walking shoes I've found - I walk a lot--average about 4 miles a day. And I have hard-to-fit feet: smallish size, wide forefoot, narrower heel, high instep. A pair of these in wide does the trick like no other pair of shoes I've found. Plenty of room for my toes to spread out doesn't slip in the heel, good cushioning. Just bought my second pair after putting a lot of mileage on the first ones.

Excellent! These have to be the most comfortable shoes ever made. With multiple problem feet, and having to be on my poor feet on cement for 8 to 10 hours a day, I am rarely 100% happy with a shoe of any kind. Now I live in these and I can think of other things besides my feet hurting. The light grey color goes with everything. Kudos to Zappos for always outstanding service. My computer was having a cookie issue and wouldn't allow me to order online so I called the 800 number. Customer service was excellent and the lady chatted with me like I was an old friend. Comfortable service and quality! Couldn't ask for more! Many thanks Zappos!

I need a shoe that gives a great deal of support. This one does the job. It isn't pretty, but I don't have pain in my feet. I wear orthotics and the shoes accommodate them nicely. The decorative stitching on the "N" came undone, but it doesn't really show.

I Love these shoes they’re great in everyway, support and comfort. They also help my knees to stop hurting. I still wish I could find the925’s but these will do.

Comfort for working person - Fast delivery, I just like New Balance. These shoes let my toes move around. Other shoes I have they are wide in back go smaller to the front.

Could Walk Forever - A little worried when I first put them on - they felt somewhat snug and stiff - but within an hour they were completely broken in and I've worn them for long walks since with no foot or leg pain and no fatigue. My orthotics fit the shoes well and I am very pleased. Only complaint - laces are too short - easily corrected. I'll buy these again.

Good shoes - I bought these shoes to replace the same ones that I've been wearing for a year. I don't love the way they look, but they are very comfortable and accommodate my orthotics. I have them in white, and now I bought them in grey as well for some variety.

A great shoe!!!! When I went to the Zappos site, I wanted to replace my athletic shoes with exactly the same ones, but after reading about them I was surprised to know that they were no longer made of leather, but a synthetic material. Comments from others said the arch was only moderate. I wondered what had happened to what I thought was my favorite shoes. So I looked further and found the New Balance 926--leather with a great arch support. They are everything I wanted in an athletic shoe. When I first put them on, my heels slipped no matter what I seemed to do. But I wore them for a few minutes and it seemed as though the shoes "molded" around my heels and no more slipping. I especially like all the cushioning. I have a new favorite shoe!!

Wonderful shoe. I love this shoe. I wanted one that didn't show dirt so this one fit the bill. It is also very comfortable.

Great walking shoes! I love these shoes, they are very comfortable. This is the second pair of New Balance shoes of this type that I have had and I love them. I will probably buy them again.

Best fitting shoes ever - I am so pleased with my new shoes. They are the first pair, in my adult life, that has ever fit me.
