Comfort is #1 - These shoes are very high quality. Lots of toe room, they have extra support, and feel very steady and sturdy for walking. I found them very comfortable from the first time I wore them.

Rollbar - This is a great shoe if you are having trouble walking without pronating. It keeps your feet completely straight because it includes a rollbar. It also has a very wide toe base so if you have very wide feet like me. These are a great buy.

Very satisfied. These are probably the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Not the best looking, but having feet that don't hurt more than makes up for the looks. If you are on your feet a lot, I highly recommend these shoes.

Comfort with Good Looks - I have severe varicose veins in my feet and legs which brings aches and pains. This shoe gives the support I needed, so the pain is gone! The roll bar technology puts a spring in my step. I bought the gray selection, and it is soooo cute. I went to a New Balance store in my area, and not only were they more expensive; but it would have taken them 5 days to get the gray selection from the warehouse. Zappos delivered it in one day!

NB 926 - The shoes came in record time. I ordered on a Monday and received them Wednesday. Zappos certainly has good service. The shoes are very comfortable, a bit clunky looking but I have been having foot problems and these shoes help a lot. I am seriously thinking of ordering another pair.

The perfect on the go shoe - This shoe is true to size. The shoe is comfortable, looks great and is made of sturdy material. I have a balance issue after a recent surgery and I needed a good support. This shoe has been a great therapy for me. Now I can walk fast and hold my balance. My disability is in remission because of the support of this shoe. I work for a company where we pride ourselves in customer service. Zappos is the BEST!!! I went directly to our VP and General Manager and expressed how your company works. I have never experienced the quality, professionalism, general caring and service Zappos provides. YOU ARE IMPECCABLE WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE!

Great for narrow feet - Consistent NB sizing. I always need a 10 in NB and, for comparison, either a 9.5 or 10 in Ferragamo. The narrower heel of the SL-2 last is an advantage for me. My 3/4 length rigid orthotics fit nicely into the shoe. 2A width is truly narrow. This would be my ideal comfort shoe if it were available in a 4A width! Style 811 comes in a 4A width, but these feel better cushioned. The look isn't stylish, but I don't expect style after 20 years of searching for 10 4A shoes that accept orthotics.

Great shoe! - This shoe was recommended by a nurse I work with who bought this shoe at a local shoe store and paid about $20 more. I have several foot problems and have spent hundreds trying to get comfortable shoes. These shoes came in lightening time and were everything advertised to be. I have been wearing them to work for over a month and they are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in ages. I plan to order a couple more pair as soon as possible for off duty use. This is a great site for savings and service.

Best shoe ever - What a relief. They are the best shoe I ever had. I bought a pair for my mom, my friend and a backup pair for me.

The perfect walking shoe - I got these shoes because my podiatrist said I needed a rocker sole for the arthritis in my big toe. These are very comfortable on my daily walks. I have wide feet so I got the D width which is heavenly - my toes have all the room they need! I thought the rocker sole would make me walk funny or stiff but they don't at all. I will buy another pair when these wear out. Zappos is the best place to buy shoes in terms of selection and customer service.

I have searched & searched for a comfortable, cleanable shoe to wear in the hospital for all-day active work. After many different attempts (thanks to the wonderful customer service at Zappos), I have found a shoe that works well. It is comfortable for all-day wear, including support to my weak arches to prevent ankle/knee/back pain.

Great sneaker for flat feet! I recently started a walking program and was looking for the "perfect" sneaker. A physical therapist that I work with highly recommended New Balance. He spotted my flat feet immediately and told me what to look for in a sneaker. He was certainly right! I have been in heaven. These are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever had on.

Nice shoes - I got these shoes in the grey color - they're strangely clunky looking in the back, but I wear long jeans anyway so you can't really tell. The grey is a really nice color, and they look great. I usually have to buy wide-width shoes, but these fit just fine in standard width. It seems to be because of the different last used, making the shape of the shoe a little different.

Love the fit! This shoe has a great wide toe box. Due to the rocker sole, I am able to walk without aggravating the arthritis in the ball of my foot. I bought white and I love the no frills look of the shoe. It goes well with any sporty outfit I have.

COMFORT!! I really liked the New Balance 925's and I LOVE these 926's. I wear custom orthotics and they fit very nice in the shoes. My Podiatrist told me I couldn't find a better shoe and I agree completely...PLEASE DO NOT DISCONTINUE!!!!! Thank you.

Lots of toe room! I ordered a half size larger than my normal size and found that the shoe was very comfortable. I can even wiggle my toes!

Good walking shoe - I was looking for a shoe that would support my almost flat foot and be comfortable for my very wide feet. This shoe is very comfortable and very supportive. I got it in white which could be why it looks so big. So don't look at them, just walk!

Zappos is the BEST! I love my NB WW926! I purchased for the purpose of getting some more exercise. They are so comfortable I could walk for miles! And the Zappos service is EXCELLENT!! Thank you Zappos!!

Save time- try these shoes first- Comfort +Zappos Service! I was looking for 3 pair of Athletic shoes, one Black pair for work, one white for home and one white mesh for summer and this New Balance WW926 was the one that worked for me for my work and home pair. I have never been on such a shopping marathon- took me about 3 weeks. Between a New Balance store, a running store and Zappos I looked at 18 different shoes and took my time deciding on 6 top contenders. Zappos beat the local running shoe store by a mile. Not only did I find out that my local running store has a no return for cash back policy, most of the shoes I wanted to look at were not in stock in my size. They failed to mention their return policy when I plainly told them I was taking the shoes to compare with another shoe. I took them to try on a Saturday and went to return them the very next day they were open, which was on Monday. I had to persist, almost beg, for my money back. It did nothing to endear them to me! Zappos has what is almost impossible to find today both, service and quality and even price. New Balance was a good store but they still would have taken a week to get in one of the pairs of shoes I wanted to compare. I went home ordered on Zappos on a Sunday and on Monday I had them in to try. Now how on earth were they able to do that! My foot measures a perfect 7.5 C but I wear an 8.5 -2E (or double wide) in most athletic shoes. I also have had non troublesome bunions my entire life. The larger toe box of this WW 926 must be good for the shape of my foot. I am 50+ years old have mild OA and I am overweight with problems with knees, my left ankle and both of my feet. I have not been to a foot doc but I was wearing my shoes on the outside just a bit – I could not figure out from what I’ve read whether I was an over or under pronator. I did determine that I need stability and this New Balance WW926 was tops for stability. I did add the New Balance Pressure Relief Performance insoles for more comfort. You can generally toss a shoes original foot bed insole- since manufactures tend to skimp on them. I can now go out and run my errands on the weekend with out loading up on pain meds. What a blessing! I think the all leather of this shoe is also good for the health of my feet. These shoes are a little heavier than I’d like but I guess that is what the support takes. Also they are not the best looking shoe. But ya know people don’t care what your shoes look like if you just smile at them. You can make them more at ease and comfortable if you are more comfortable. If you relate to my situation, and you want to save time, try these shoes first. I read every review of every athletic shoe I could find both here and other spots on the net. In the past I wore SAS shoes, Etonic’s Stable Pro II and III and a light weight AP1 Easy Spirit. These 926’s are a needful step up in comfort. You should have seen my husbands face with all the large boxes of shoes coming and going. Hope all my efforts and Zappos patience with me will help you learn to love Zappos as much as I do. You deserve the comfort and they deserve the business!

I love this shoe. It is comfortable, light weight and makes my problematic feet feel pampered. My size 11 EE shoes do not make my feet look like barge boats.

The Greatest! I love these shoes! The comfort level is unbelievable. I have worn other New Balance styles, but nothing else can compare to the comfort that these shoes provide.

New Balance WW926 - The shoes felt very comfortable right out of the box. I can wear them all day without any problem and I have a hard time finding a shoe that fits and is comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

No blisters - First time I got a walking shoe that I didn't get blisters on my heels. I also have a wide foot and my toes are straight across and the shoe fit.
