The shoes were for someone else. She loves them! They are very comfortable and fit as expected.

I was so happy to find a comfortable shoe that had tabs instead of laces. I haven't started using the shoes but I've walked around my house quite a lot to make sure they are going to be comfortable. They were bought for my walking purposes.

My third pair of Propet walking shoes-all different styles, but all have been comfortable right out of the box. Walk at least 5 miles a day in them with no issues.

I happen to come across Zappos when looking for a pair of shoes for my mother. I called and what helpful and most phenomenal customer service I received. My mother has a medical condition which her legs swell all the way down to her toes. She has to usually special order these ugly shoes and also requires a lift to be put in. She wears a 3X E. And Never in her Lifetime has she ever had a pair of tennis shoes! I was ever So Thankful to have found these tennis shoes on Zappos in a 4X E, they have the adjustable straps so she can move those accordingly to how badly her swelling is or isn't. I prayed that they would fit after I ordered them and had them sent directly to her. And they did??!!!!! My mother is 72 years old, with her first ever pair of tennis shoes, so now she can go to seniors and walk "no where", as I like to pick on her, on the tread mill with her friends in shoes that are light, they fit, and are appropriate for the occasion. Please Zappos, continue to bring in wider width shoes for people. I'm sure there is a Great Demand for people in Need of shoes for Really Wide feet and also for Very Narrow feet. What a wonderful place to shop for shoes! So to sum it it- this is one happy daughter and mother thanks to Zappos! I cannot add any comments to the comfort and such at this time because my mom still need to have someone put a lift on the bottom of the shoe for her.

These shoes are so comfortable and I have all kinds of foot problems. I'm so glad I found them. And Zappos, as always, has the best service everytime...all the time. Can't go wrong with Zappos.

This is a very comfortable shoe. It was great to walk in and fit me well. Just a little to short. All I have is good stuff to say about the shoe. If I had to come up with something bad about them, all I can say is that they were just a little too short and I didn't care for the straps like I thought I would.

These shoes are perfect for my mom in the nursing home. Lots of support. She thinks they look big, but her feet are swollen. Probably will end up getting black ones when winter rolls around.

If you take a wide in Keen, you might consider going up a notch in the width of this shoe. I returned an 8.5 w because it is just a hair too narrow. I am hoping the 8.5 x will do it. I think it will. From a styling point of view it's obviously a shoe for those with foot issues, but the velcro closure is really helpful.

The Velcro straps on the shoe are great, because they are long enough to reach over and hold the shoe in place; not too short like most of the shoes with Velcro straps. Overall quality of the shoe was good and price reasonable. Zappos was a good choice for purchasing the shoe.

Very comfortable for walking. Also nice looking. Plus I love not having to tie laces!

I am diabetic with foot problems. I work a ten hour shift on my feet. This is my third pair. They are very comfortable and I will continue to buy them. I have tried many others and they don't compare.

Great shoe with lot of support. This is my first time trying the Velcro but have worn the tie ups for years. Can't go wrong with this shoe if you are having any type foot problem.

I bought the first pair of these shoes in December for my 93-year-old mother. She has a great deal of trouble with her feet, and she absolutely loved the first pair. I bought two more of the same shoe in different colors so that she can have the comfort and some variety. She says they are the most comfortable shoes she's ever worn. I've noticed that she's walking much better in these. Excellent shoes!

I work in a busy hospital and stand all day on hard floors. I had a pair of Dansko's I loved but my feet were feeling tight in them after gaining some weight and I decided a pair of tennis shoes would be good. I tried a different brand for a while and was not having good luck with getting the support I needed. After looking at many pairs of shoes I decided to try the Propet Tour Walker. Honestly, I was a bit unsure about them since they are not nearly as expensive as other brands I have good luck with but these are amazing! After standing all day my feet do not hurt and are not swollen. My high arches are supported and I do not suffer from back pain. I would suggest these to anyone!

2nd pair of these well-made, supportive shoes that I've purchased (both from Zappos) for my 99-year old mom, who is still mobile--in fact, she wore out her first pair over the past few years! Since her feet have changed a bit in that time, I ordered various sizes/widths for her to try and she found a perfect fit. Thank you, Zappos, from both me, and my (amazing) mom!

This is a very nice shoe but the fit in the heel will not work for me. Think I will try the lace up Propet and see if that will tighten up the heel. Other than the heel the fit was great.

I had ordered a black pair and love them. I have so many feet and ankle issues and I can wear this shoe all day and my feet do not hurt. So I ordered the white pair too! I hope they never stop making these shoes!

These shoes are great! I wear them almost every day to work. I like the velcro instead of the tie and they are so comfortable. I dont know what makes them for diabetics, but they are one of my favorites. Most of my other shoes are orthopedics and this shoe is just as comfortable. I wear them all day. Worth the money.

This is an amazing shoe! My 81 yr-old mother-in-law needed new tennis shoes, so I immediately went to Zappos to see what I could find. She is diabetic, and almost completely blind, so I thought these would be ideal based on the description and reviews. She fell in love with them as soon as she put them on, because she had never invested in a good quality shoe before; always shopping at a discount store and paying around $20. My husband and I gave these to her as a Christmas gift, she was so thrilled.

Though I could have used a 10 1/2, they are just the width that I needed and with heavy winter socks are just fine and clean looking.

Purchased for my Mom currently in a nursing home. She is mostly in a wheel chair but needs to have some type of shoe to wear. This shoe is wide enough and very comfortable for her.
