Really happy with these for my older mom who is recovering from back surgery, so not as stable on her feet and occasionally suffers from edema (swelling) in her feet. These in a size 10 D fit her wider, size 9.5-10 feet perfectly, and the velcro not only makes it easier for her to put them on and take off than laces, it will accommodate her foot if she suffers a bout of swelling. The leather seems substantial enough for winter use. They're maybe not the cutest, but not too bad either and look more like a sneaker than orthopedic shoes. These are well made for those who need extra consideration in their footwear.

these are great. lightweight and appear comfy. but it appears my 83 year old mom's feet have grown from a 7.5 to 8.5. i couldn't even get these size 8's on, so have to return.

I purchased these shoes for my 88-year-old mother. We've had quite a time trying to find shoes to fit and be comfortable. From the moment she put these on she was hooked! She tells us (multiple times a day) just how good these feel. Based on prior reviews, we ordered a half-size larger than her normal shoes and we happy with that decision.

Purchased these shoes for my mom who has a very difficult time finding the correct shoe. The fit, comfort , and look of these shoes according to my mom are great. My mom is learning to walk again after surgery and these sneakers have given her the confidence and stability to get up and walk.

nice shoes but I had to send them back even with a 4 E width the toe box was smaller than the New Balance that I usually buy I have both R. A. as well as O.A. and have to have a shoe that will accommodate my wide feet.

I love these shoes. The size was spot on. The comfort was immediate. I wore them to school on day one. I even had "duty" in the morning which means I had to walk around the cafeteria for 20 minutes at the beginning of the day. I am on my feet all day - concrete floors with old tile on them. I was amazingly comfortable all day.

I wear these because I have a pinched nerve in my toe. I needed a extra wide shoe as my toes wouldn't touch. I didn't want surgery. I found these and they come in 4x. I love them, my feet don't hurt, very comfortable, wear everywhere, even to church. They last a long time, have one pair for 3 years, still wear, but the sole wears out from walking, just got a new pair, feet are in heaven. Love love love this shoe!Not just for diabetics!

EXCEPTIONAL. Ten months ago I had a knee replacement following which the Quad Tendon severed. The other knee is what it is. I have significant osteoarthritis, including in my feet. I walk daily and my feet always HURT when the walk was done. Then I found these shoes. I ❤️ them. I have walked for 2 days now with just some mild discomfort. If my foot swells I can easily adjust the Velcro closure. My lower back does not ache when I walk in these shoes. I wear an 8-1/2 Narrow and the fit is perfect. They were comfortable right out of the box. I recommend them without reservation.

My feet swell any time I stand for a half an hour or sit for more that an hour. I purchased these shoes to try and ease the pain in my feet, due to diabetes, and ended up with not only soothing my aching feet, but relieving the swelling in my feet and my right knee. These shoes are fantastic to wear and I can now stand over an hour with no pain in my feet or my right knee! Did I mention that they were pretty sporty too!

This is my third pair of this shoe. I love the fit and the comfortable feel on my feet. I have a slim prosthetic right foot and a wide left foot and these shoes look great on both feet, giving me self confidence to wear them anywhere.

Feels true to size, and true to width. These have a nice pop of color to distract you from all the white. Can't wait to wear them more.

This is the first time buying Propet brand. I am very pleased. I have a part time job where I stand in one place for 6 hrs. The shoes have not only helped my feet but hey have helped my back also. I will certainly buy this brand again.

I just bought my 5th pair of these shoes. Two years ago I had extensive back surgery and ever since I've been wearing these shoes. Nothing else gives me the support I need, especially in the heel which absorbs the shocks when walking. With each pair I have ordered a smaller size: a half size smaller and a narrower shoe. These are the perfect shoes for me for lots of walking, shopping and traveling. Don't pay too much attention to the label "diabetic" and "Medicare."

Love these shoes!!! I have hard-to-fit feet. I need a wide shoe with generous space in the toe box and moderate support for my flat feet. Sounds easy to find... But it wasn't. I tried a number of shoes that fit the description but most were too stiff, heavy, or blocky-looking. Eventually I found a pair of Saucony's that I thought were as good as I could get - until I tried these Propet Tour Walkers. Wow! Solid support and nice cushioning in a well-made, relatively light-weight walking shoe. I chose these initially because I was having hip surgery and needed the convenience of the Velcro closure. I no longer need the Velcro but these are now my everyday go-to shoes; I just bought another pair in black. My old Saucony's cost twice the price but have been moved to the back of my closet. I highly recommend these Propets!

I needed plenty of toe room because of recent surgery and I also needed a removable inner sole so I could use my orthotics. You would think that would not be hard but I have had a heck of a time finding something that felt comfortable. This does it all. Plenty of toe room, orthotic friendly and comfortable plus the come in wide sizes.

BINGO! Finally shoes that are lightweight, comfy as a cloud, and supportive. I've been buying too many shoes over the last few years to help my back and feet, and I think I have found the answer with these Tour Walkers!

with so many excellent reviews I decided to purchase it. I would not call them the most comfortable shoes but it is sill worth buying. Good for walking, light-weighted and comfortable enough. You will need a couple days to break them in though.

As we get older, diabetic or not, edema and swollen feet seem to be a part of elderly life. My rather small, almost 90 year old mother needs a wide, deep, lightweight shoe with a velcro closure as her arthritic hands can no longer pull and tie laces. After visiting 2 local chain shoe stores like Famous Footwear and Payless, I was shocked how few wide width shoes they carry. Nothing in the store fit her. I myself have big, wide, diabetic feet and online shopping has been my salvation. I started with Zappos and immediately found these great wide, deep, lightweight, diabetic rated Propet Tour Walkers. The only problem with online shopping, regardless of the vendor, is that all shoes fit differently, even in your normal size, so I ordered her normal size and one size bigger (one size bigger can help when you need extra wide shoes). I hate ordering two pairs when I only need one, but the Zappos people understand this and were great about letting me do that and return the one that doesn't fit as good. They give you a preprinted label to slap on the box, all you do is tape it up and drop it off at your local UPS store. The credit to my account was quick and easy, I would definitely order from them again.

I love the shoe it is sooooooo comfortable. The first pair I bought were not quite the ones I wanted so I had to send them back. It was so easy to return and get credit.. Zappos does and excellent job when you have to return a product. I was able to wear these shoes immediately and all day.

This is my second paid of Propet shoes. I have had my first pair for over six months. They are still very comfortable, clean up good and still look almost new. Like the first pair, this pair is comfortable and well made. Will be ordering this brand again.
