Got these for my mom who is diabetic and has wide feet. I can see myself wearing these in 20 years. LOL. Not much on style obviously but great for older person with troubled feet.

I have ordered these shoes, in different colors many times because they fit! After a life time of wearing shoes that were too narrow, I fiinally have comfort! and style! Thank you for making a shoe wide enough for my foot even though I'm a woman! Yes, some of us have wide feet and we need shoes. Thank you for being here for me...

I purchased these shoes for my mom, she loves them! I was concerned that she could trip over her shoe laces ( wasn't tying her shoe laces). The Velcro closure are great for her, will be purchasing another pair when they wear out!

Just buy them. I am past retirement age and have arthritis. I LOVE these shoes. Easy on, easy off with the velcro. I am stable when I walk and able to walk my dog all over the place without my feet hurting. I only gave them a 3 on style because they are basically a boring white tennis show but I don't care because my feet don't hurt. Do yourself a favor and buy them.

If it wasn't for my bunions and crooked toes, there would be five stars. I have to say that after trying on at least 30 pairs of shoes and sending them back, I finally found a brand and shoe that was comfortable. I would also recommend SAS as a brand to try, when you have problems, problems, problems with your feet!!!

My normal size is 6.5 4E. I bought a 7 because 6.5 was out of stock, and it tuens out they are too long. I would say the sizing is true, and to buy the correct size. I'm keeping mine as they are super comfortable and my feet do swell sometimes. The velcro straps are easy for my arthritic hands to close. In addition the style is really cute.

This was the first time ordering from Zappos but it won't be the last. My sale went through without any problems and I received the shoes in the time frame promised to me. The shoes look very nice and they fit well. I haven't been outside with them yet but I did try both on and walked around the house to make sure of the fit and it was right on. I know I will be proud and happy to wear them out in the very near future. I would also recommend Zappos highly and will definitely purchase from them again.

The material is soft enough to allow easy entry into the shoe. Good support for walking. Great shoe for any age but especially worked well for a 91 year old!

Propet shoes work well for my feet, which are wide with high arches. Propet is one of my favorite brands (along with SAS and Easy Spirit). This shoe looks a bit clunky with the velcro; but I simply can't argue with fit, comfort, and durability! Zappos recommended a half-size larger, in 2E, than my usual size; and I ordered both sizes to try them (hooray Zappos for making it so easy to try out several pairs!). In particular, the shoe has good toe room (height as well as width). I kept the very-wide 4E shoe in my regular size.

I'm almost afraid that if I give a great review, the shoes will bite back! I've tried so many pairs of shoes for my problem feet; i.e. hammertoes, etc., etc. Finally, I've found a pair of shoes that feel comfortable!!!! I'm going to wear them in the house for a few days just to be sure.

I purchased these shoes for my elderly mom. She needed a wide shoe without shoe laces. She loves this brand, very comfortable, good quality.

I was so glad to find out Proper made this shoe in a wider size. The sales consultant helped me to find this shoe in the correct size. I love my new sneakers. O

Very nice shoes but had to return them. I am somewhere between an 8 and 8 1/2 and they were a bit too short for me. My big toes hit the end of the toe box. Had to return them. Otherwise they felt very comfortable.Nice padding and arch support.

Very comfortable. No need to break in. Wide across toe. Great while working on my feet, walking on concrete all day.

The fit was good. I have issues with water retention so my feet can be puffy. I need a lot of room in the toe box and these shoes provided good wiggle room. These shoes had velcro straps that are long enough to go across. They feel roomy enough for an orthotic insert. They seem a little stiff and firm, but the tongue does not irritate my ankle. I have been happy with Propet shoes. This is my 3rd pair, and the first in the athletic shoe category.

These shoes were comfortable right out of the box. Although they were a little roomy, I expect they will be perfect with heavy socks and look forward to wearing them.

Well........sometimes when you get older, your feet get a bit bigger! I had this shoe for quite a few years (don't wear it all the time) and all of a sudden it wasn't long enough so I had to order a pair a half size larger. It was a good deal.

I am very happy with this diabetic shoe. I haven't been wearing it for long but it is very comfortable so far. I am able to wear my orthodic insert with no problem. Easy to get on and off with the velcro straps.

I bought these for my 95-year-old mom who has difficult walking because of a neurological disorder. She said that they were comfy right out of the box, with no break-in needed. She feels as secure as she possibly can in them. The velcro is a big help too. For such a shoe, they are not too bad looking, with a smooth, understated profile. This is her second pair of these same shoes.
