Love! Had to reorder 1 size smaller than I normally wear. Of course Zappos was accommodating and wonderful.

They fit me perfectly! I love them and they are great to wear around the house so I can break them in for summer!

My son has finally joined the Birkenstock revolution. He hasn't seen the joy in the past and asked for them for Christmas. Loves the look and feel - can't wait for spring because I can't talk him into the wool sock/ sandal look. Had to order a size down for best fit.

Love them! Just too wide for my foot so exchanging for a narrow.

Love my Birks! Wanted to go for the whole boho-chic style and I am so happy with my purchase. Color is awesome and they are cozy, comfy too!

I love these shoes. I started wearing them years back and now remembered them again. They are still great.

The best part of summer and fall is my Birkenstocks. Each pair has lasted me about 4 years. I will be on my 5th pair. I will never buy another sandal. They take about 1 week to break in but well worth it.

I purchased 2 pairs of Arizona for my 2 sons. These and dark brown leather. The 17 year old chose these simply because of the color. Both boys wear 9.5 normally. I went with size 41 narrow and they fit him perfectly.

Had to break down and finally buy another pair. Had my first pair almost 25 year. :-) Resoled more than a couple times. Love them and the narrow works great. Only part of body left that still skinny!

So comfy but sizing recommendations was off. I am true size 7 and ordered the 37 and they fit perfectly. I would only recommend going with a 38 if you are more like a 7.5. I ordered the narrow and the width felt normal to me.

I love these sandals. I had a pair 20 years ago and decided I needed them again. The arch support is fantastic.

This is the 2nd pair of Birks I've ever bought in my life and they are always my most comfortable footwear. The arch support is perfect. Size is true to my foot and comfort is better in the suede than it was in the leather ones I've purchased in the past. Hope this pair lasts 5 years like my last pair.

A classic doesn't disappoint. Bought these for my husband for Christmas and he's already living in them. No socks of course. Well made, ultra comfortable. I only wish I could wear them too without looking like "that couple." Sigh.

Zappos is an amazing site/store. I basically buy all of my shoes from here now and have for the last few years. It's better than physically going into any store. If there are any issues (which doesn't happen often), they are very quick to take care of them. The shipping is fast, returns are free - what else could you ask for? Why would you shop anywhere else?

Zappos is amazing! I wish I could buy everything from them. I ordered these and they weren't quite right. I returned them for a new pair. They new pair was perfect. I received the new ones before I had even returned the old ones! I love Birks, the suede is amazing.

This sandal has been my go-to for years. However, I recently had a revelation that they are a good size larger than they claim to be. Order a size smaller than you would normally and you'll be a lot happier. It's not that the 'correct' size doesn't fit. It does. But in each of the 4 pairs I've owned, a year or two of use stretches the straps and the sandals won't adjust tighter. Going a size smaller they still fit my feet but the straps provide extra holes to be tightened in the future when they start to stretch. Great sandals though - I've rocked them for a solid decade.

Birkenstock always are a true value. Last pair was 7 years old - hate to say goodbye like an old friend. New ones take a couple weeks to break in but they fit your foot. So worth the time.

Simply the best sandal you'll ever own. This is my third pair. First two lasted over five years with a new set of soles. And I wear sandals for the entire summer and whenever else it is warm enough!

I've been a Birks fan and this style in particular since the '80s. This is a shoe you can depend on to last a long time (and can be resoled for longer life) and then to still be available when you're ready to replace it. Just watch Zappos' listing of the European sizes. I wear size 5 - 5.5 US. That has always translated into size 35 European for me so you may find you need to go down a size by Zappos' listing. If you haven't worn Birks before, just be aware that they are designed to work your feet as well as support them. They are generally worn looser than regular shoes so that your feet actively grip the foot bed while walking. This can make for a longer breaking in period but ultimately makes them not only comfortable but good for your feet.

My husband has worn the Arizona Birkenstock for years. He is never disappointed. This pair is no exception. And as always the service at Zappos is second to none. They always make shoe shopping fun!

Exactly as described. Comfortable and solid, great for those with foot problems. I wear Birks all summer and as much as possible the rest of the year. First time purchasers note that the conversion from European to US sizes is not accurate. For instance, I wear an 8 US which they say is a 39, yet always wear a 37, so they run larger than the charts would have you think. I obviously love them! Original footbed works best for me.

Great experience with Zappos generally. My husband needed to replace his Birks and we had a terrible time finding them in stores, and online until Zappos. Of course, it is a wonderful sandle, the only one he will wear becasue of comfort and fit. So, we are both happy.

Took me one round to get just the right size and style and it could not have been easier. Great service. A chat with an agent and it feels like an old friend.
