I typically wear a Regular width in Birks but I needed a Narrow in this version. Zappos sent the Narrow overnight and I am sending back the Regular width. Thanks Zappos for making shopping so easy!

Have heard these are the most comfortable shoes to have, but still working on breaking mine in. So far so good.

Love these shoes. I bought these shoes for my teenage daughter in black last year so that she would have a comfortable everyday summer sandal. The black look great still, but she wanted them in brown this year. We finally wear the same size shoe and I love the extra support the sandal gives. Both of our pairs are the narrow, regular are just too wide looking and leave a little too much room.

Absolutely love Birkenstocks! I have a pair in leather but wanted to try out the suede and could not be more happy with my purchase. Love the color and comfort!

I have wanted these shoes for years, and never pulled the trigger to buy them. So happy I purchased from Zappos to get free shipping and the flat cost. Wearing my Birks as much as I knew I would, wish I would have ordered sooner.

I ordered these to replace old Birkenstock sandals, with the closest match. They are extremely easy, matched fit, very comfortable. I am wearing them inside on hardwood floors all the time.

These are absolutely incredible! Foot therapy. The contoured footbed is magic. This is my second pair. The first pair lasted nearly a decade with heavy use. I wear a size 12 US in most shoes which translates into M 10 or size 43 in Birks.

This is my third pair of Birkenstocks. I wear these around the house in cold weather and try to limit use outdoors when it's wet--moisture makes the cork bed deteriorate faster. But they're extremely comfortable when broken in, and light.

These shoes were beautiful, but unfortunately too big. I bought a US 6-6.5 (37) and I normally wear right in between these two sizes. They were definitely one size too big. Sad to need to return because I really do like the shoe!

This sandal is Narrow width which is fine for my daughter's foot. The medium width was out of stock. She loves these shoes and they look cute on her feet.

Here's the thing. I have been wearing Birkies since the 60's. If you buy the unisex styles, you get a fit for men or women, which is problematic since the arches and width are different. Also, these shoes were only sold in Birkenstock stores when the founder was alive, so the store owner was trained on how to adjust where the raised toe grips hit on your sole. Mine are always filed down.. So, if you have small narrow feet, this shoe may not fit you. Bigger and wide feet, yes. I love them and have 7 pair, all but one from a B store so I could get the fit adjusted. They last years and years, and you can have them re-soled.

Sandals are beautiful. They arrived on time and as promised. Very pleased and plan to shop Zappos again.

These sandals are so comfortable. I am a straight 8 and was advised to get a 39...however I did have to exchange for a 38. 38's fit perfectly. I think they run a tad big. Zappos is always excellent!

I had to return a pair of shoes due to size, and it was so easy and uncomplicated to do! I received my new pair in 2 days! Awesome customer service!

My daughter has very long, very narrow feet. She is quite happy with the fit. The adjustable straps allow her to wear them with socks (highly fashionable now, I'm told) and without. I appreciate the durability.

I have a wide foot and a high instep. So finding shoes that fit and support my arches has always been difficult for me. I am a 7.5 - 8 W. I take a 38 R (regular) in Birkenstocks. I started wearing Birkenstock sandals over 20 years ago. I have 5 pairs in my closet at the moment! These are my absolute favorite for comfort and support. I just put these on and right out of the box they are so comfortable! I had one pair with the soft foot bed and I didn't care for it. I love the original foot bed. I have read that people who have never worn Birkenstocks before might have an easier time adjusting to the soft foot bed. But once you get used to the original, you won't go back. Thank you Zappos for quick delivery -- as always! Super easy returns as well. Although I never have to retun my Birkies!

My favorite shoe in the whole world! I have owned quite a few pairs of these over the years and I always try to have a nice looking pair to wear in the summer.

Birkenstocks are always great, but this one is the best. That lovely soft suede is just perfect on the foot and the structured footbed is just what the doctor ordered.

My husband has been wearing these for years now, so I thought it was finally time for me to try these out, and they are super comfortable. I'm a big sandals guy, and I think this these might be the best. I highly recommend them!

I had been wanting a pair of Birkenstocks for many years! I wore them as a little girl, and always loved them. I purchased a pair of these in the taupe about a year ago and they are a dream come true. I have small feet and high arches, and often will get some pain in my arches when wearing other shoes. I never have any problems with these Birkenstocks! I joke with my husband saying that it's like walking on clouds. I also tell everyone who is considering Birkenstocks that I wore them for days in Disneyland, and my feet never hurt and weren't ever an issue! True to size, they break in quickly (although breaking them in isn't painful or uncomfortable at all), and I even wear these in the winter with socks! I'm just about to purchase the Gizeh Birko-Flor and I'm really looking forward to having another pair of Birkenstocks.

I bought a new pair of Birkenstocks for my husband as a birthday gift. The order was processed, mailed and received in 3-4 days and we live in PA. When my husband put them on, it appeared they were too wide. I contacted customer service to see if we could exchange them. The CS rep was as friendly and helpful as could be. She sent out a new pair in narrow width immediately, and sent an email with a return label for the original pair. I was advised there would not be a second charge as long as the return was received in 14 days. The new pair arrived the next day and was perfect. I totally appreciated the fabulous service in every aspect. I am definitely a Zappos fan and will use and recommend this company whenever possible.

Much less boat-like than I anticipated, though I ordered an 11 narrow. I can tell it's going to take some breaking in, but they already feel super comfortable
