Classic Birkenstock fit and quality.

The arch shape and firmness can feel pretty aggressive if your foot isn't used to it, but my feet happen to love birkenstocks. Love the suede material and taupe color. The straps stretched pretty quickly for me... in fact, after 5 days straight of wearing these to the beach, I had to add new holes to tighten both the toe and mid-foot straps, which worked fine. The sizing is a little confusing for me though for all birks... I'm a US size 6 very consistently, but I still order the 36 despite it saying that this would be equal to a US women's 5-5.5. I think I could even get away with a 35 in birkenstock sizing for a really snug toe-to-heel length/fit.

This shoe was perfect! This is the second pair I've ordered for my daughter. I used her other pair for sizing and they fit like a glove.

I recently ruptured my acl and had reconstructive surgery. I wasn't aware that I had also really messed up the talus bone in the ankle/foot on the same leg until I started rehab. My foot was really painful and inhibited my progress. I realized that I needed a zero rise in my footwear and so I went back to my old standby, Birkenstock. Since all my other Birkenstocks were quite worn, I decided to purchase a new pair and wound up with the Arizona in beige suede. I initially bought the leather uppers but decided they were too stiff and exchanged them for the suede. They were super comfortable from day one and we're just what I needed to help my talus issue. My foot is much improved and now I'm making better progress with my acl rehab. Zappos was super helpful with my exchange and with helping with an issue I had with a defective shoe in another brand that I had also purchsed. Zappos has won my loyalty and I will continue to shop here from now on.

These are great sandals with fantastic support. I have knee problems if I wear shoes that are not like a tennis shoe and these work just as good. Can wear all day and feet and knees feel great. Color in picture is very true to life. I wear a 7 1/2 or 8 in shoes and bought a 37 in these.

My favorite summer shoe! These are so comfortable and go with any casual outfit. I love the color and the size, they are very wide, but I have large feet, so these fit so comfortably.

I ordered a the non softbed and they were somewhat comfortable but because they didnt have it in stock i will be returning! I just dont want to regret not getting the softbed especially knowing i will be wearing these sandals all summer! Just need the extra cushion for my tired feet!

I wear about a size 9.5 shoe and have less than chuncky feet. I purchased these in a size 9 narrow and they are perfect. I love the adjustable straps. If you are looking for a stylish sandal that is easy to wear, this is the one for you.

Ages ago I lost my beloved Birkenstocks, just never found that moss green color again. Then I bought a pair when out & once I put on I ended up buying 2 more pair plus another cute style with straps for ankles as not to lose them is doing heavy walking or with a sundress kind of look. I am an 8 a 8.5 but I size down in Birks.

These are my holy grail! I have quite a high arch and these shoes feel like magic on my feet. I don't know if it's just me but I found there was no "break in" period. They felt like a perfect fit right out of the box. I wore these for a week at Disney and Universal and I didn't get one blister. I think they are a great looking shoe, you don't have to be a "hippie" to wear them. I wear them with jeans shorts, jeans, dresses or even my athletic shorts. Love that they offer a vegan version as well. These are sure to last a long time.

I think I had these same birds 20 years ago in college and I love them now as much as I did then! They are comfortable, classic and will last for years just like all my previous birkenstocks. As always, quick delivery by zappos!

These are the best. This is my third pair of birkenstocks and they are ever so comfortable. My only complaint is that past pairs seemed to wear in the soles a little prematurely. This may be from over use, because I adore these shoes so much. Too much love.

This review is both for the shoe and for ZAPPOS! These birkenstocks are great - comfy, cute and practical. They are great for the summer and for long periods of walking. They do run a little big Now, ZAPPOS customer service has just surpasses all my expectations. JACK! This is a shoutout to you. This is my third pair of Birkenstocks. I love the Yara and the Gizeh, but found I was wearing my Gizeh's out too quickly as they've become my go-to house slippers as well. I have never liked the Arizona, but felt these would be the best slipper alternative so that I could also wear socks with them at home. Now that I have them, I actually think they are really cute! I think the taupe suede is a beautiful color and gives it a more modern look. I ordered both narrow and regular and really had a difficult time choosing which one. I ultimately decided to keep the regular for my slightly wide foot. I am slightly concerned about them stretching beyond the holes on the straps, but I felt that properly fitting the foot bed to my feet was more important for comfort. My husband preferred the narrow as they looked less bulky, so if you have narrow to average feet, definitely order the narrow.

Been wearing Birki's for 30 years. Love how they go with almost everything (still need manolo's) and they are timeless. However, I received the taupe and should have treated them before wearing. Picked up some scuffs and dirt marks.

I have a wide foot so I was pleased to find the the regular size Arizona sandal accommodated my foot with the provided straps opened all the way. I did go with the suede uppers as suede is the softest leather they have, this also helped with the fit, feel, and break-in. I tried an oiled leather upper first but it was hard and didn't fit me right, but the soft suede is very comfortable and I love them. I also love the arch support and raised toe bar, even with my wide foot they are comfortable for extended periods, both to wear and walk-in.

I love these Birkenstock's. This is my third pair to own. I wear them all the time until I completely wear them out. As others have said, I've found you should order a size smaller than you wear in normal shoes.

I have worn Birkenstocks for years. I have large wide feet and the unisex styles work great for me. I was surprised to find my new Arizona style are a bit wider than my older ones. The last ones I bought were before you had a choice of widths. Since these shoes last a long time it had been years since I got a new pair. I am very happy with my new pair.

I had a pear of these a few years ago and was in love with them. The only thing was that they were the regular width and fit a little loose but still loved them. I decided to repurchase them again after having to throw my old ones out and went with the narrow width instead. They fit even better now and I almost forgot how comfortable they are!

Wonderful sandal, well made, nice look, but cut a bit large.

These are like an old friend. You pick up right where you left off. Love these shoes. They are so comfortable and last forever!
