This is my fourth purchase of Birkenstocks sandals. I wear the sandals everywhere, indoors and out. I prefer the standard footbed, which takes about a week to break in. This product works great for my planter fasciitis. The sizes run larger for me, I wear a size 10 US, but wear 42 continental. I highly recommend Birkenstocks for individuals who need firm support for foot disorders.

I bought these for my husband as a gift. He loves the classic black and the Birkenstock comfort. He has owned several pairs in the past and wears only the Birkenstock Arizona so I knew this was the perfect gift! He was very pleased with his new sandals!

Although I got these as a gift, I have had a pair for a long time and I love them! In fact, I don't wear anything else! Even with no strap across the heel, I've never "walked" out of them. And best of all they have a real arch support, something most other shoes only pretend to have. I dearly love my "Birkis"!

I recently bought my son a pair of Birkenstock sandals. Fortunately, I did not have to return them because the fit was perfect. I ordered from Zappos because had they not fit, or if there was any kind of issue, I could return them AT NO COST TO ME! Zappos is awesome!

Love the feel of this shoe. Very good support in the cold weather I wear them around the house instead of slippers. It really does fit a narrow foot. Color a little weirder than pictured - purple really - but it's OK.

Great shoes. I loved them for myself, but my little sister didn't like them so I am having to return them and give her cash. She is the only person who wouldn't take up a free offer on some Birks!

I have a short little story to tell. I was at Rehoboth Beach with my sister, niece and nephew. everyone wanted to go walk everywhere, I didn't have proper shoes on so my niece said, here Aunt Dar wear these. They were too big but really comfortable, needless to say they were Birkenstocks, so when I got home I ordered a pair and I love them. Thanks to my Natalie for telling me about them! Good job.

I have these in another color so I knew the size I needed. But If they didn't fit, Zappos pays to have them picked up and return. It is a win/win! These shoes are so comfy!

I've worn Birks for 40 years and would never wear another type of sandal. The service from Zappos was very good. Fast, courteous and effective. And a real human touch -- very rare these days.

I initially ordered the regular width, but it turned out to be wider than I thought. I then ordered the narrow width. It did appear slightly narrow for my feet. However, after a while the Birks seemed to have adjusted themselves to fit my feet well.

Ordered these for my husband and much cheaper than what's available in local stores. Great for anyone with plantar fasciitis.

The sandals are wonderful. I have worn Birkenstocks for about 18 years and have not had a complaint about them at all. Comfort fit the moment I put them on. I do have a comment about Zappos! We are all human and errors occur but here is my story: I purchased two pairs of Birks. When they arrived (within a couple of days) I was really surprised when one pair was for a little girl! Shiny silver and lime green aren't my style! I called Zappos! Spoke to the most kind person who apologized and explained how to return. He was most gracious. I received the correct pair the next day! I am impressed. Good job, Zappos! And congratulations on your perfect customer service. It is a delight to work with a company like yours. Thank you.

Love Birkies. I have diabetic feet and Arizonas are the only shoe my feet are comfort in. Very well made and last for years.

These are my 16 year old son's first Birkenstocks. They are perfect for an active guy. He loved them for school and now everything he does during the summer. We needed to size down and as always, Zappos returns are almost entirely painless.

These sandals are extremely comfortable and a pleasure to wear. More importantly, though, is the company selling them. I ordered the wrong size and had to exchange them. The process was simple and pain-free. I truly believe Zappos is a service company that just happens to sell products. Customer service is second to none!

Since I have owned a pair of Birkenstock's before, I knew to expect the most comfortable sandals would arrive in the mail from Zappos, which I was anticipating with relish. When they arrived, several days ahead of schedule I might add, Zappos and my Birkenstock's did not disappoint. The best sandals ever!

I've had Birkenstocks for nearly ten years. I mostly use them around the house and quick trips to the store. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. I can't wait to get my work shoes off and my Birkenstocks on. Zappos makes it all possible with their easy ordering and super fast delivery time. I had my new sandals in two days time. I just gave my old pair to my hound dog since she is the reason for my getting a new pair.

Ordering my Birkenstocks online was very easy. My sandals came quickly. I loved the informational video on my new shoes. It's what helped me choose. These are the most comfortable shoes I own! I will definitely buy my next shoes from Zappos.

By far these are my favorite summer shoes. My daughters call them my "Jesus sandals," but they are very great comfortable and easy to wear. I can make these things look so good with certain outfits. I love them!

Very pleased to be able to buy well made shoes at good prices. Now that Birks are available in narrow sizes and soft footbeds, I now have several pairs. The adjustable straps are a must for my very narrow foot.

Great sandal, although, the top strap hit my foot a little high making the Arizona not as comfortable as the Mayia. Wondering if purchasing the Arizona that is not unisex would have a different fit. I've been a Birkenstock fan for 4 years now, wearing hardly anything else since I am on concrete all day every day & always need a look that is fitting for whatever I am wearing. Shop nowhere else but Zappos!

Believe this or not. I have been rotating 2 pair of the sandals for, ready for this, 10 years. When needed, I have them re-bottomed for $20.00. I wear them daily in L.A., resole once a year.
