Comfortable and fit was spot-on. Took size from Birks that I already owned and the new ones were exactly the same size. Couldn't be easier. Zappos has a large selection to choose from.

Product runs a little big, but I was warned of that. Shipping was super great. Birks are super comfortable.

2nd pair in 8 years (only because I left in hotel around the world by accident), had to find exact same pair. Identical to my first pair, they didn't change a thing. Perfectly what I was hoping for. Awesome sandals.

I was unsure about this reincarnated trend for quite some time but I finally bit the bullet and decided on the less expensive Birko-Flor versus the more expensive leather option. From my initial assessment during unboxing, I can hardly tell that the upper material is not actually leather. It does not have a plastic feel and most certainly does not look cheap. From what I have researched in other reviews, the bottom material (cork padding etc.) remains consistent with the leather version. The cork padding is a god-send, if the style is not compelling enough to real you in, consider the extraordinary comfort factor of the Birkenstock line. No breaking in period was necessary, I love the feel of these so much I prefer them over any sneakers or Havianas. A+ in comfort. The shoes also feel extremely durable and substantial compared to many flimsy summer sandals I have owned in the past. I am that hoping these will last me for many summers to come.

These came in about 2 days (as I am starting to notice with Zappos) They are sooo fast. Note that the shoes are not leather uppers- it is more of a vinyl, but I have had many pairs like that and they are great. I bought these for my husband because I love Birks-- they have completely cured the plantar fascitis I had for years.

These shoes are beyond awesome. I have had them for almost a month now and I have only taken them off reluctantly at friend's houses or dutifully as I get into bed. Stop reading this and buy these shoes, you will not regret it.

I love Birkenstocks! I have worn Birks since I was 17 and It was time for a new pair. I ordered on Friday afternoon and they were delivered on Monday. Free shipping! Perfect fit...my feet are very happy.

Got a pair of myself and my husband. They both run to size. I am a size 8 and received the 38. Same goes for my husband. These are very comfy sandals. I got the white for myself and received lots of compliments. I saw complaints about having to break them in. That was not the case for either of us. We slid out feet in and not one blister. Also, if you wipe off any smudges off the white ones they comes right off. They do tend to run a little wide but we both have slightly wide feet so we were good with the regular width. Love them!

Purchased for my husband, wanted him to try the Birkenstock fit as inexpensively as possible in case he did not like them. Have only owned leather ones myself. Really like the Birko-Flor- not cheap looking. He is very happy with the comfort.

Bought these for my husband who is suffering from plantar fasciitis. While he is not a fan of the Birkenstock "look," these are the only shoes that provide any relief. Also purchased the Birkenstock insoles for his work/dress shoes. He no longer cares about the look as the comfort and relief are amazing.

Awesome shoe. Bought these for my 84 year old dad for Father's Day. He loved them. Also recommended them to my 80 year old uncle who bought a pair and loved them. My husband and I have been wearing Birkies for over 30 years. Nothing like them. Comfortable. Wear with socks. Wear without socks. Wear them in summer. Wear them in the winter.

These sandals are great! I bought them for my daughters, taking advantage that they are popular now. They wear them everywhere, especially after a night of high heels they find them to be a spa for their feet, a physiotherapy if you will. And they look great!

I've been wearing these Birks for many years; they are the most comfortable sandals this guy with flat feet has ever worn. They even serve as slippers in the winter.

This is my first pair of Birkenstock sandals and I like them a lot. I was tempted to go with a 1/2 size larger but decided to go with my exact size and glad I did.

I got these shoes because I heard it helped with plantar fasciitis. You really need to break them in before going on a whole day wearing these shoes. I started off by wearing these in the house (it was too cold to wear outside anyway!) and as the weather got warmer, i started off by wearing them to the store, then to the park, and then managed to finally break them in to wear it everywhere (i live in new york). overall, i think the arches really help me walk better but be warned-- they hurt like hell when you first wear them

I am so pleased with these. If you are on the fence about the faux leather, the Birko Flor seems of good quality and feels good, like new unbroken in leather. I am replacing a suede version that I wore for 20 some years, even resoled, they do not last forever. Pleased to feel these are supportive shoes that also tell me my others were very much past their prime.

Finally a Birkenstock in a narrow! As most Birkenstock's this shoe has great arch support. Thick leather adjustable straps, and now in a narrow size. I can wear a medium shoe (not a Birkenstock) therefore I do not always need a narrow shoe, but these Birkenstocks fit my foot perfectly. This is my second pair.

I am a huge fan of Birkenstocks. I have a slightly wide foot and the regular Birks have always been great. I wear a men's 10 in most shoes/sandals, sometimes a 9.5, and the Birk 42 fits ideally.

I love my new Birkenstocks, definitely I'd have liked the leather upper but the extra cost seemed like a little bit too much for it.

They are Birks - I knew what I was getting. They are super comfortable, you're walking on cork! I got the wrong size first and Zappos paid for the return shipping!! Couldn't believe it!

These were for my husband. He hasn't worn any sandals other than "shower" sandals for when at campgrounds or quick slide-ons that aren't too pretty. He enjoyed them. They do take a bit of a break in. He has wide feet, the regulars were a very good fit. He was debating on the 11 or 10, he is usually about 10 1/2, we went 11 and reordered the 10 in exchange. He has fairly flat feet and the arch support took some adjusting I think, but he didn't complain. He wore with socks through airport security- so much easier than tennis shoes!
