Satisfied - I'm glad that I can get a true fit and that narrow is available.

Freedom from socks - It took me a while to train my feet to wear Birkenstocks again. The arch support is pretty severe, but I am now used to it, and the shoes fit like a second skin. I could do with a higher heel.

Great shoe - I bought these for my husband as his other pair was worn into the ground. They look great and he loves the comfort.

Great Support! I was looking for a comfortable supportive shoe to wear around the house. I love them and would wear them everywhere if they were a little more stylish.

Great Shoe...but ran much larger than expected. I love Birkes... but this one ran a whole size too large for me. But I'll still try them again.

Awesome sandal - Super comfortable shoe. It’s my first pair and I’m a complete convert. I ordered a half size larger and they fit perfectly. I wish they made a flip-flop style sandal. I’d be set!

Birko-Flor's are a dream! This pair of shoes has been my best experience so far. I have a bad back and these have helped my pain as well as given my airy support. The straps are very comfortable and I'm glad to support non-leather uppers. Great-fantastic shoe! Would recommend to anyone.

Great shoe - Always loved this sandal, it has always been very comfortable.

I'm usually a size 7.5 or 8, and had to re-order in a size 6. I wore birks a lot as a teenager and thought they were super comfy. This is my first time wearing them in 20 years, and the break in on these shoe has been super tough. I've been wearing them for an hour or so every other day, for a week now, and they still just really hurt. Other reviews have said two weeks, so I'm hoping that's the magic number for me, too.

This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I have a wider foot so I'm happy they came in the regular/wider width. I usually wear a 6.5 US woman and originally ordered a 36 regular but it was big and the arches did not hit the right spot. I exchanged for a 35 regular which felt better but slightly small with my toes sometimes touching the edges when I walk. The width also decreased slightly when going down a size. I'm really in-between these two sizes but decided to keep the 35 (two sizes smaller than my usual 6.5 or 37).

My husband loves these sandals...it took him time to adjust to sandals but now that he has his "Birkenstocks" he is happy!

Love my Birkenstocks - I ordered the Birkenstocks that were supposedly my size, but even though they were the "right" size they were too big. I called Zappos and was immediately sent the smaller size and info on sending back my too-big pair. It was amazingly simple! I love my Birkenstocks, but it does take a few days to get used to them. Plus, I've always had the leather before and decided to try the Birko-Flor this time. (I'm a vegetarian so try to avoid leather when possible.) My leather Birks lasted between 10 and 15 years, I had two pair I alternated. I'm happy with the Birko-Flor, they're comfortable, but I will admit to preferring the look and feel of the leather. This might be because I've worn leather versions for 20 years and am just used to the leather. And it does take awhile for the wearer to get their Birks "just right." The "fake" leather does clean up nicely, and after a couple of days the shoe feels great! Still, if you're an 8/39, you should probably order a 7/38. My old Birks were 38's but I'd worn off the size thru the year so wasn't sure. Again, great service from Zappos. I couldn't believe how easy it was to return/reorder! Thanks!

First pair - These are the first pair of sandals that were comfortable enough to wear daily. no rubbing or chafing. Highly recommended.

Super comfy and love the look unfortunately, they are too wide ( I got the narrow and I’m a 37 in my other Birkenstock’s). I’ve had to have these on the tightest hole, I wore these on a camping trip and the straps are already starting to show wear, not dirt wear but strain. I’m afraid they’ll break soon so now I only wear around the house . My partner purchased crocs and I’m thinking I should have done the same :(

This was my first time trying Birks. These are clearly designed for men, not women. After I buckled them on the tightest notch, they were still just too wide. Meanwhile, too much strap end was hanging off the shoes! Didn't hold my foot in place, very sloshy. Had to immediately return.

Fit, size and comfort were great. The problem is that the last two pairs of Birks that I bought wore out within one year of easy to moderate wear on easy surfaces. The tread material was nearly flat and the heel was starting to grind into the base material to the point of needing replacement. I have running shoes that get 300+ miles and aren't nearly as worn out and tired as these. In the past, I used to get years out of these sandals - I can't afford to keep throwing $100 at a pair of sandals that last <1 year so I'm on the hunt for a new go-to sandal.

Extremely large. Had to go down 2 sizes! Otherwise, great and stylish!

I've worn Birkenstocks for over 20 years and they are great for my feet.

LOVE--- I own several pairs

I wear size 7 US, and have always bought 37 EU. Size charts say 6-6.5 = 37 and 7-7.5 = 38, but I have found that my size 7 feet fit size 37.. The Birkenstock box has a good measurement chart for actual foot length.

Bought this pair to replace a Gizeh that cracked, they were a well worn out pair. Ordered my same size, no problems. I'm a solid 8.5, preferring the roominess of 39s in Birkenstocks. This Arizona pair is a first for me, both straps I used the tightest size hole, which works fine for me. I love how these sandals are so great for walking and I tend to wear this style a lot as I feel they have a bit of arch support. I can keep sandals like these on my feet for longer periods when I choose.

These are by the backdoor all summer long so I can slip into them easily. They feel great once you adjust to them.

I’m really enjoying these sandals. They are extremely comfortable. They mold to your feet pretty quickly. I normally wear a size 39 but had to return for a size 38. Fit is much better now.

I have been wearing these shoes for a few days now. Still trying to get used to them. I have been wearing CROC flip flops around the house but needed something more supportive and comfortable since my knee replacement surgery. These are definitely better than the flip flops. I did have to tighten the buckles as far as I could for the best fit. Considered sending them back for the next size down, but don't think the foot bed would be long enough in a smaller size. Hopefully I will truly love these shoes once I get them broke in good.
