Best investment! The Birke-flor is by far the best leather choice because the leather doesn't get any creases and it maintains its shape wonderfully. I don't have narrow feet; however, I recommend getting a narrow size. I'm a size 7 and the 37 fits great! Just enough room to move around!

First off please know ZAPPOS is a first class company with amazing customer service. I am rarely impressed with any company enough to guarantee I ONLY buy their products but this is one of few. Second, these shoes are super comfy, look great, and are constructed well!

I'm very happy with my purchase. I was very hesitant to order the "Birko-Flor" because I wanted the leather, as well as something as durable as possible. The "Birko-Flor" is very similar to leather, is tough, and seems like it will hold up great. I also ended up ordering the narrow size, which for my (normal) size feet was fine. I thought I'd be disappointed I couldn't get the leather (out of stock), but I'm more than happy!

This shoe is perfect, as expected. It's comfortable, and durable. Birkenstock makes wonderful shoes, and the Arizona is pretty great. I love the Birko-Flor too, it's easy to clean and keep new looking.

I got these for my brother for his birthday. At first we was unsure of them, and thought about returning them. But, as soon as he had them on and was walking around, he loved them. He now wears them almost everyday and sends me pictures of how much he loves them. So comfy, and fit straight to your exact footprint. Also, supportive, which isn't easy to come by!! The size was also true to what it says.

I like these a lot! I've never owned Birkenstocks before, and these truly are comfortable. I wound up sizing down. I wear a size 8 regularly (I'm a lady), so I bought what the chart said was my size (39) and a size down (38) just in case. I wound up getting the 38. I have pretty wide, very flat feet, so I hope this helps my archless brethren.

I ordered these for my 62 year old daughter. She was thrilled. She said she can walk all day in these. She wears a 9 1/2 so I ordered her a 10.

I was hesitant to pass on the full leather sandal but the Birk-Flor has proven to be a great choice! Boyfriend, who is a long time Birkenstock fan, loves these and uses mainly as house shoes. The reviews drove my decision - thanks!

Love this sandal! Get so many compliments on this pair of Birkenstocks. The black is a great choice and matches everything. They are so comfortable I never want to take them off. They did take a little time to break in (could not wear them for long periods of time), but once they did they've been great ever since. I even walked 10 miles in them one day!

I'm a faithful woman's size 10R. After reading the reviews, I decided to size down (40N). I probably could've gotten away with a 41N, but I'm glad I sized down. These get super comfy once broken in, which didn't take long to do at all.

I bought these shoes for my 17 year old daughter. She wears them with fuzzy socks and loves them. This is one fashion trend I don't quite get; however, these sandals have been around a long time. I especially like that you can tighten or loosen the straps for a better fit. Zappos continues to rock!

Fits like a glove. Was experiencing onset plantar fasciitis and was advised to wear Birkenstock shoes and/or insoles. They have been a God send!

You can never go wrong with Birkenstock! So comfy and stylish at the same time! Love them!

They're wonderful! True to size, great durability thus far, and form to fit and support my feet just brilliantly. Love them! Also, I chose excellent arch support below, but please know that I mean they have really good arch support, not that it's ridiculously high or anything. Just that it does a good job and hits right where I want it to.

After mulling over buying these during a weekend in Vermont, I decided to go for it and get another pair. They came just in time for the promise of more time in Vermont. If you are going there, pack these!

They are so comfortable out the box. Might take a little getting used to if you are a first time birkenstock wearer. This material definitely has a matte finish in the black. Love them!

Love this shoe! Was hesitant because the only shoe available in my size was in narrow - but I don't really see much of a difference with that, they still fit and I wear them every day.

The perfect shoes to slip on before you head out the door! Very comfortable and they go with just about any summer/fall outfit. Also, a very trendy sandal style this year! I love mine!

I love the sandals! Purchasing these was my final effort prior to deciding that my feet needed more support than I could get from sandals. I have all the support I need, and love wearing them all day...walking and playing in them.

The Birkenstocks are a very cute shoe. Go with your normal size, the fit is perfect. Although the bedding of the shoe is hard, and the arch support is high, these are very comfortable shoes.

So the process was actually pretty awesome. I first ordered size 10 because I normally wear size 10.5. But then I got it and it felt a little big, and I wasn't sure what to do because I didn't want to have to deal with the constant back and forth on shipping. I called Zappos and true to their word, their customer service is awesome! They said they'd send over a size 9 and I had 14 days or so to compare. I got the size 9, decided it was better, and returned the other ones - I love Zappos customer service! For the first few weeks my feet hurt because I have a low arch, but after a while, a few weeks, it's super comfortable, and looks nice so it goes well with a lot of my clothes. Here's a tip: adjust the straps according to how you like it. I tried adjusting the 1st (closest to strap) strap, and then the 2nd. I ended up leaving the 1st (for comfort and aesthetic purposes) and tightening up the 2nd strap. Prior to adjusting, it was either extremely loose or tight, but after adjusting, it just fits really well! Overall, super happy with my purchase!

I had three pair of Birkenstocks when I was in college, and I loved them. Not really sure why I didn't stick with the brand, but I am very happy that I am back...and very happy! Maybe they're not the most fashion-forward shoe, but what they lack in bling to the eye, they excel in tender-loving care for the feet.

These are possibly the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own. It takes a while to break them in but the process doesn't hurt as much as breaking in rainbow sandals. I love that these are be used either dressed up or down. Totally worth the purchase!
