The completely wrong shoe came, it was the wrong size and it was a men's shoe. I'm very disappointing this happened. It was a Christmas gift for my mom and she opened it Christmas morning. Very unlike Zappo's. My mother really wanted the slippers so I am going to re order them in hopes that my order will be correct this time.

Probably wouldn't be too bad if they actually fit. The XL size that is supposed to fit up to 10.5 is so small half of my heel falls off the back, and I generally wear 9.5-10. Terrible. I will be returning.

I normally wear a size 10, so I ordered the XL. They are everything I wanted in a slipper, except my heel is at the very edge of the foot bed, nearly hanging off. Very disappointed!

Garbage. Poor craftsmanship with crooked seams and unevenly cut fur. I thought I will save money buying these instead of Uggs. Huge mistake. Never again. Sizing is wrong too, size L (8/9) was too short and too wide for my 8.5 feet.

The 'fluffy looking' sheared sheep feels like thin Walmart-fake fuzz. The frail fuzz went flat underfoot in a week. Absolutely no padded insole either - and a hard inflexible bottom that's also thin and utterly flat! I could not find a single redeeming thing about these slippers that I liked. I tried so hard to wear them - but I just couldn't stand having them on my foot. Returned & seeking something better. Best Wishes to you and yours.

This slipper would be perfect with a heel added to the back. My feet tend to slip out of "scuff" style shoes, which can be dangerous when carry hot plates to the breakfast table. To all you slipper manufacturers out there, please make this slipper with a heel option.

I purchased these slippers in late December to replace my old Ugg slippers that lasted 5 years. I was excited to try them after seeing the high ratings. Unfortunately, I feel ripped off and very disappointed. The lining wore down within a few weeks and the sole just came apart a week ago. These slippers are not worth the price at all!

Did not like these slippers. Too loose, too fuzzy, hard and inflexible. Felt like my foot kept slipping backwards.

These slippers are not worth the cost. They are very soft, true, but they are clunky and the sole is hard and unyielding. I would not purchase anything like these again I am so dissatisfied.

For the life of me I cannot understand why so many people like these slippers. Even though I sized up they are still 1/2 size too short. They are a really wide medium width and the sole is hard and uncomfortable. As soon as the wool packs down or wears away the sole will be REALLY uncomfortable. I have owned a lot of sheepskin slippers and no matter what the brand or how much you pay the wool will eventually wear away. These are going back and will bite the bullet and try Uggs.

I am disappointed in this product. I found that it was short, wide and generally boxy. Hard to keep on a narrow foot. The shearling is thin and doesn't hold my foot in, or cushion the feel of the slipper. I wore it too long to return and will be giving it away.

Beware! I ordered these Ladies Scuff, they charged me $57, yet Zappos sent me the $45 pair. And it happened twice! It just dawned on me and I am returning them.

I found the sherling to be of good quality but that's about it. The slipper is heavy and clunky to wear. Like other reviews hard to scuff in them and pose a danger of tripping and falling. Wish I would have kept the box so I could return them. Oh well live and learn.

I bought these slippers thinking they would be great for the price versing the Uggs. They do have better fit and better fur lining although I do find them heavy and clunky to walk in. I don't really like them. Wasted my money!

Not comfy! I should have splurged on Uggs. These slippers are very stiff and tight. Slippers shouldn't run small and need a break in period. They will be returned.

These slippers are too stiff. They do not bend when you walk and you are very prone to trip. You should look elsewhere.

I take it back - they're not so great after all. I loved, loved, loved these slippers at first, but I am finding that they don't have a very long life - maybe if you always wear socks they'll hold up longer, but I buy shearling slippers so I can walk around the house without socks and these get worn out to the sole in just a few (2-3) months! I'm on my second pair in two different colors, so it isn't a fluke. I started buying these because they're half the price of the Uggs Fluff Scuff, but if they're going to last a fraction as long, I think I might switch back.

Old Friend Ladies Scuff - I love these slippers. I got them in the animal print and they are not only attractive, but comfortable as well. I have them on as I write this. These slippers are sturdy enough to wear to take the dog in the backyard. I love the soft sheep's wool on the inside. As always, Zappos has given me an excellent product and wonderful service!!! Only problem, I am running out of space for all of my Zappos additions.
